Claims (39)

  1. Fenêtre comportant
    a) un dormant (2) et un battant (23) mobile par rapport au dormant (2) dans une position de rotation et une position de basculement,

    d) la poignée (13) présente des éléments de commutation et/ou des capteurs pour la détection de la position de rotation de la poignée,
    e) ainsi qu'un commutateur (47) pouvant être actionné manuellement, disposé directement sur la poignée (13) destiné à commuter un entraînement pour la position de basculement,
    caractérisée en ce que
    f) la poignée (13) n'est reliée aux éléments de verrouillage (8, 9) et aux ferrures (4-7) par aucun élément mécanique tel qu'un engrenage mais est reliée sans fil ou par des câbles électriques à
    i. au moins un élément de verrouillage (10-12) électromoteur pour le battant et
    ii. au moins un élément de couplage (10-12) électromoteur pour le palier oscillant et
    g) la poignée (13) est de plus reliée par des câbles électriques ou un trajet radio à un dispositif d'entraînement électromécanique pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du battant (23) dans et hors d'une position de basculement, et
    h) le dormant (2) et le battant (23) sont réalisés sans tige de crémone.
  2. Fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la poignée (13) est conçue pour l'ouverture et la fermeture manuelles du battant dans et hors d'une position de rotation.
  3. Fenêtre selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la poignée (13) présente un commutateur (47) pouvant être actionné manuellement pour l'actionnement d'un entraînement électromoteur sur un ciseau de projection pour l'ouverture et la fermeture automatiques du battant dans et hors d'une position de basculement.
  4. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de surveillance et/ou de commande électrique pour la détection de la position de la poignée (13) est associé à la poignée (13).
  5. Fenêtre selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la poignée est reliée sans fil ou par un câble électrique au dispositif de surveillance et/ou de commande.
  6. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un espace de feuillure (26) est réalisé entre le dormant (2) et le battant (23) et en ce qu'au moins un ou plusieurs des éléments de verrouillage (8-9) sont disposés et répartis dans ou sur l'espace de feuillure, lesquels recouvrent l'espace de feuillure et servent à verrouiller le battant (23) sur le dormant (2) dans la position de fermeture de la fenêtre, sachant qu'au moins un élément de verrouillage peut être commandé sans fil ou par des câbles électriques selon la position de la poignée (13) et présente un élément de fermeture (27) agissant par voie électromagnétique ou électromécanique.
  7. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments fonctionnels, en particulier de couplage (10-12) sont conçus pour le couplage et le découplage d'un palier de pivotement et/ou d'un palier oscillant (5) dans et hors de leur position fonctionnelle, sachant que les éléments fonctionnels (10, 11, 12) sont commandés sans fils ou par des câbles électriques selon la position de la poignée (13).
  8. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un dispositif de projection (7) destiné à limiter la possibilité de basculement ou de rotation du battant (23).
  9. Fenêtre selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que l'entraînement électromécanique pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de la fenêtre est associé au dispositif de projection (7).
  10. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que l'un des éléments fonctionnels (10, 11, 12) est associé au dispositif de projection (7).
  11. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poignée (13) est reliée sans fil ou par au moins un câble de données à un dispositif de commande et/ou de surveillance.
  12. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un circuit électronique est associé directement à la poignée (13) sur le battant (23).
  13. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le circuit électronique de la poignée (13) est disposé dans un boîtier de poignée, en particulier à la manière d'une rosette.
  14. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le battant (23) est réalisé comme un battant oscillant-battant.
  15. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le battant (23) est réalisé sans châssis ou présente un châssis de battant.
  16. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dormant (2) est réalisé sur toute la périphérie.
  17. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un circuit électrique pour la poignée (13) est disposé dans la poignée (13).
  18. Fenêtre selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le circuit électrique et la poignée (13) forment une unité structurelle fonctionnelle.
  19. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poignée est pourvue d'au moins un dispositif d'affichage tel qu'une diode électroluminescente qui indique l'état de service et fonctionnel en particulier en ce qui concerne les dispositifs de verrouillage, les ferrures ou l'entraînement.
  20. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poignée, son commutateur et un dispositif électronique de commande afférent sont conçus de sorte que la poignée soit utilisée pour l'ouverture manuelle du battant dans une position d'ouverture rotative autour de l'axe de rotation vertical, alors que le basculement autour d'un axe de basculement horizontal de préférence inférieur est effectué à l'aide d'un entraînement électromoteur, par exemple avec une chaîne.

  23. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif électronique de commutation et de commande est relié par radio ou câble à une centrale de commande supérieure.
  24. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poignée est une poignée de fenêtre tournante (46), sur le côté éloigné du battant de laquelle est disposé le commutateur (47).
  25. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un commutateur pouvant être manipulé manuellement, accessible de l'extérieur est réalisé sur la poignée.

  28. Fenêtre selon la revendication 26, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de commande et/ou de surveillance est disposé à un endroit espacé de la fenêtre.
  29. Fenêtre selon la revendication 26, 27 ou 28, caractérisée en ce que la coulisse de commutation coopère avec au moins un capteur électrique ou magnétique (111a, 111b, 111c) et les capteurs (111a, 111b, 111c) sont raccordés par la liaison radio ou le câble électrique au dispositif de commande et/ou de surveillance.
  30. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications 26 à 29, caractérisée en ce que la coulisse de commutation (118) coopère avec au moins deux capteurs (111 a, 111 b, 111c) disposés décalés en angle dans le sens de rotation de l'arbre de poignée (102).
  31. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que trois capteurs (111a, 111b, 111c) associés aux différentes positions de poignée de la ferrure oscillo-battante, à savoir fermée, pivoté ouverte, basculée ouverte sont prévus.
  32. Fenêtre selon les revendications 26 et 31, caractérisée en ce que les capteurs sont réalisés comme des microcommutateurs électriques (111a, 111 b, 111c) et la coulisse de commutation (118) est une coulisse mécanique avec au moins une came de commutation (118a).
  33. Fenêtre selon les revendications 26 et 31, caractérisée en ce que les capteurs sont réalisés comme des contacts pouvant être actionnés magnétiquement, par exemple des contacts à lames souples et la coulisse de commutation (118) porte au moins un aimant.
  34. Fenêtre selon la revendication 31, caractérisée en ce que les capteurs (111a, 111b, 111c) sont disposés sur une platine (108) maintenue par une partie de fond (106) de la ferrure de poignée (2, 6), portant de plus un bloc d'électronique radio (116).
  35. Fenêtre selon la revendication 31, caractérisée en ce que les capteurs (111a, 111b, 111c) ainsi qu'un bloc d'électronique radio (116) sont disposés dans un cadre de support à insérer entre le boîtier de poignée (6, 7) et le châssis de battant (84) sur une platine (108) et en ce que la platine (108) présente un trou de passage (110) pour un arbre de poignée (102) rallongé de la hauteur du cadre de support.
  36. Fenêtre selon la revendication 26 avec une platine recouvrant au moins partiellement la zone d'extension de l'arbre de poignée (102), caractérisée en ce qu'elle est pourvue d'une ouverture de passage (110) pour l'arbre de poignée (102).
  37. Fenêtre selon la revendication 36, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un capteur magnétique (113a, 113b), de préférence un contact à lames souples, est disposé sur la platine (108), lequel coopère avec un aimant (120) fixé sur le châssis de fenêtre (103).
  38. Fenêtre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la poignée est une poignée de fenêtre tournante (46), sur le côté éloigné du battant de laquelle est disposé un commutateur (47) pouvant être actionné manuellement.
  39.
