L'"Entretoise murale pour fauxplafonds en placoplâtre" présente nombreuses valeurs parmi lesquelles on souligne:
- 1. robustesse: capacité considérable de soutien du placoplâtre grâce au matériel dont il est composé (Bois type MDF - Médium Density Fiberboard), en effet, soumis à des nombreuses preuves de charge et sollicitations de type rotatoire et flechissants elle s'est montrée capable d'absorption considérable;
- 2. vitesse d'application: son caractère exhaustif permet la liaison directe soit au mur au moyen de equerres communs en métal fixées avec des chevilles, soit à la structure portante du panneau de placoplâtre au moyen de guide métallique fixé avec des vis-tarauds;
- 3. tenue des supports: adhérence considérable des supports de liaison, (equerres et guides), vu que le matériel duquel il est composé permet une tenue excellente des vis-tarauds;
- 4. non modification: sa structure n'est pas sujette à modifications de forme et dimension grâce au matériel spécial duquel elle est composée;
- 5. avant-peinture: l'application du produit glacé de fond évite la nécessité de mastiquer et appliquer peintures de fond après l'assemblage avec toutes les difficultés qui comporterait;
- 6. dimensions: elle peut être produite avec différentes dimensions et mesures;
- 7. absorption irrégularité: sa facilité d'assemblage permet, avec le secours d'épaisseurs, l'absorption des irrégularités des murs sur lesquels elle est montée.

Les phases du procès productif avec lequel on obtient l'entretoise selon l'invention peuvent se répartir de la manière suivante:
- 1. Section des panneaux en bois type MDF, avec le résultat de deux bandelettes de dimensions différentes;
- 2. Fraisage d'une des bandelettes dans la partie inférieure; dans cette phase une des deux bandelettes est coupée dans sa partie inférieure pour obtenir une cannelure sur toute sa longueur qui est traitée avec application de peinture spéciale prymer saisisante qui permet une union durable entre le placoplâtre et l'"entretoise" grâce a la jouissance de mastic spécial pour placoplâtre; grâce à ce fraisage et à l'application de produit saisisant, on obtient une adhérence durable et stable entre les parties unies qui ne permet pas se vérifier de fentes et/ou lézardes;
- 3. Encollage et clouage, avec petits clous spécifiques decoupages à la cisaille, des deux bandelettes une en horizontal et l'autre (celle-là fraisée dans la partie inférieure) en vertical en obtenant une bandelette unique de forme, en section, semblable à la lettre "L" de l'alphabet avec fraisage poste en bas et à l'extérieur de l'"entretoise";
- 4. Peinture de la bandelette dans la partie intérieure à la vue avec la jouissance de produit glacé spécial qui permet l'application de n'importe quel type peinture à l'eau et/ou finition d'autre genre.

Claims (10)
