Description

The present invention relates to the field of equipment for the building, specifically a wall spacer for assembling plasterboard false ceilings. It is characterized by its surprising robustness and ease of assembly the enjoyment of extremely resistant and manageable materials.

Currently a wall spacer does not exist for plasterboard but false ceilings are mounted on the wall directly with the help of metal manic profiles with dowels and vines.

The leaflet of the D1 patent EP-A-0 872 606 discloses a rectangular longitudinal section element for laying a ceiling frame horizontally against a wall so that the lower surface of the strip extending between the wall and the frame remains visible and is endowed in the same lower part with the sight of a protective film. The fascicle of the D2 patent DE-U - 298 21 319 describes a plastic profile that prevents lizards from forming in the interior corners between the vertical wall plaster and plasterboard false ceilings caused by the movements of the plasterboard structure during assembly and / or maintenance. These are, in any case, inventions which differ from this subject of the present patent application and solve problems different from those of which the present invention is concerned.

The invention aims to allow the creation of a "leak" (distance between the walls and plasterboard plywood spread to the entire perimeter of the surface of the false ceiling itself).
This object is achieved by the wall spacer according to claim 1.
Such a leak allows the assembly of the false ceiling with a lowering, with respect to the point of connection, of 30 or 50 millimeters according to the type of spacer used.
All this makes it possible to obtain areas of the false ceilings of different levels that may seem visually so rancid and allow the enjoyment of colors different and / or tone of paint. It should also be underlined that the perimeter enjoyment of the spacer makes it possible to obtain aesthetically, always visually, the separation between the wall and the false ceilings with the possibility of applying different finishes either in terms of color and / or tone, or in terms of material thanks to the absence of union angles between wall and plasterboard surface.

  • 1. robustesse: capacité considérable de soutien du placoplâtre grâce au matériel dont il est composé (Bois type MDF - Médium Density Fiberboard), en effet, soumis à des nombreuses preuves de charge et sollicitations de type rotatoire et flechissants elle s'est montrée capable d'absorption considérable;
  • 2. vitesse d'application: son caractère exhaustif permet la liaison directe soit au mur au moyen de equerres communs en métal fixées avec des chevilles, soit à la structure portante du panneau de placoplâtre au moyen de guide métallique fixé avec des vis-tarauds;
  • 3. tenue des supports: adhérence considérable des supports de liaison, (equerres et guides), vu que le matériel duquel il est composé permet une tenue excellente des vis-tarauds;
  • 4. non modification: sa structure n'est pas sujette à modifications de forme et dimension grâce au matériel spécial duquel elle est composée;
  • 5. avant-peinture: l'application du produit glacé de fond évite la nécessité de mastiquer et appliquer peintures de fond après l'assemblage avec toutes les difficultés qui comporterait;
  • 6. dimensions: elle peut être produite avec différentes dimensions et mesures;
The "Plasterboard False Wall Spacer" is a new product that is to be used in the building field and meets the frequent demand to obtain between the wall and plasterboard false ceilings a detachment of a few centimeters as well as the possibility of assembly of false ceilings even with a lowering compared to the connection point which allows to apply different finishes aesthetically, as the surfaces appear different and separate. It also allows, if used inside the false ceilings, to obtain different levels of surface with different parts and possibility of different finish.
The "wall spacer for false ceilings in plasterboard" has many values among which we emphasize:
  • 1. robustness: considerable capacity of support of plasterboard thanks to the material of which it is composed (Wood type MDF - Medium Density Fiberboard), indeed, subjected to numerous proofs of load and solicitations of the rotary type and defective it was shown able considerable absorption;
  • 2. speed of application: its exhaustive nature allows the direct connection to the wall by means of metal brackets fixed with pegs, or to the load-bearing structure of the plasterboard by means of metal guide fixed with tap-screws;
  • 3. holding of the supports: considerable adhesion of the connecting supports, (squares and guides), since the material of which it is composed allows an excellent resistance of the screw-taps;
  • 4. non-modification: its structure is not subject to modifications of shape and dimension thanks to the special material of which it is composed;
  • 5. Pre-painting: application of the frozen background product avoids the need to chew and apply background paints after assembly with any difficulties that would involve;
  • 6. dimensions: it can be produced with different dimensions and measurements;
  • 7. absorption irregularity: its ease of assembly allows, with the help of thicknesses, the absorption of the irregularities of the walls on which it is mounted.

  1. 1. Section des panneaux en bois type MDF, avec le résultat de deux bandelettes de dimensions différentes;
  2. 2. Fraisage d'une des bandelettes dans la partie inférieure; dans cette phase une des deux bandelettes est coupée dans sa partie inférieure pour obtenir une cannelure sur toute sa longueur qui est traitée avec application de peinture spéciale prymer saisisante qui permet une union durable entre le placoplâtre et l'"entretoise" grâce a la jouissance de mastic spécial pour placoplâtre; grâce à ce fraisage et à l'application de produit saisisant, on obtient une adhérence durable et stable entre les parties unies qui ne permet pas se vérifier de fentes et/ou lézardes;
  3. 3. Encollage et clouage, avec petits clous spécifiques decoupages à la cisaille, des deux bandelettes une en horizontal et l'autre (celle-là fraisée dans la partie inférieure) en vertical en obtenant une bandelette unique de forme, en section, semblable à la lettre "L" de l'alphabet avec fraisage poste en bas et à l'extérieur de l'"entretoise";
The spacer according to the invention is constituted by MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) type wooden strips, glued and nailed among them by obtaining a single strip which has the shape, in section, similar to the letter of the alphabet "L" milled in the lower outer part and varnished in the inner part to the sight (illustration 2).
The phases of the productive process with which the spacer of the invention is obtained can be distributed as follows:
  1. 1. MDF wood panels section, with the result of two strips of different dimensions;
  2. 2. Milling of one of the strips in the lower part; in this phase one of the two strips is cut in its lower part to obtain a groove along its entire length which is treated with special seizing prymer paint application which allows a lasting union between the plasterboard and the "spacer" thanks to the enjoyment of special putty for plasterboard; thanks to this milling and the application of seizing product, we obtain a durable and stable adhesion between the united parts which does not allow to check slots and / or cracks;
  3. 3. Gluing and nailing, with small specific nails cutting with the shears, of the two strips one in horizontal and the other one (the one milled in the lower part) in vertical obtaining a single strip of shape, in section, similar to the letter "L" of the alphabet with milling post at the bottom and outside the "spacer";
  4. 4. Paint the strip in the inner part to the sight with the enjoyment of special glossy product that allows the application of any kind of water-based paint and / or finish of other kind.

  1. a) application d'équerres spéciales en métal qui sont vissées sur la partie supérieure de l'"entretoise" et sur le mur sur lequel on appliquera l'"entretoise" même;
  2. b) application de guide métallique spécial sur la partie externe verticale de l'entretoise avec le secours de vignes;
    1. 1. assemblage du panneau en placoplâtre sur le guide métallique avec des vignes de fixation et stucage de la zone fraisée inférieure de l'"entretoise".
The operation of the "Spacer" can be so summarized (illustration 3):
  1. a) application of special metal brackets which are screwed to the top of the "spacer" and to the wall on which the "spacer" itself is to be applied;
  2. b) application of special metal guide on the external vertical part of the spacer with the help of vines;
    1. 1. assembly of plasterboard on the metal guide with fixing vines and stuccoing of the lower countersunk area of the "spacer".
