- Machine d'étiquetage pour récipients, boîtes, bouteilles et tout élément similaire, formée par des moyens de transport des récipients (1), un support (4) rotatif avec plusieurs plateaux rotatifs (5), montés sur celui-ci de manière à être actionnés en rotation et/ou en oscillation et prévus pour une réception par support et centrage des récipients (1), avec des postes aptes à être attachés de manière fixe au bord périphérique du support (4) rotatif, à savoir au moins un poste d'encollage (6), un poste de stockage des étiquettes avec un magasin d'étiquettes (11) et un poste de transfert des étiquettes avec des éléments de transfert, le poste d'encollage (6) étant formé par un cylindre de collage rotatif, un organe d'application de la colle, apte à être actionné en plus, et/ou un poste de projection de colle, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un premier dispositif de guidage (12) stationnaire et assisté par vide, associé du côté frontal au magasin d'étiquettes (11), et au moins un deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) assisté par vide, associé à chaque plateau rotatif (5) et tournant avec celui-ci autour de l'axe longitudinal (15) de la machine, en vue d'un guidage forcé commandé des étiquettes (13) à appliquer pendant le processus d'étiquetage.
- Machine d'étiquetage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le prélèvement d'une étiquette (13) hors du magasin d'étiquettes (11) est effectué après un encollage initial préalable du récipient (1) et par celui-ci et l'étiquette (13) ainsi prélevée peut être tirée hors du magasin d'étiquettes (11) en glissant le long du premier dispositif de guidage (12) et, pendant que le récipient (1) continue à tourner par lui-même et avec le plateau rotatif (5) et pendant la rotation simultanée de celui-ci autour de l'axe longitudinal (15) de la machine au moins à la fin de l'encollage initial, ladite étiquette est prélevée en étant dirigée par le deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) et est guidée par glissement sur sa longueur restante.

- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le premier dispositif de guidage (12) stationnaire est maintenu de manière à pouvoir définir son réglage frontal par rapport à la longueur d'une étiquette (13) et à la position de guidage nécessaire.
- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) est monté de manière réglable en hauteur.
- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) peut suivre au moins partiellement la paroi latérale d'un récipient.
- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) peut être amené hors de sa propre position de travail au moins dans la zone d'admission et de sortie des récipients (1).
- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) peut être amené hors de sa position de travail dans la zone d'admission et de sortie (2) au moyen d'un guidage courbe.
- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un encollage de recouvrement est effectué juste avant le processus de fermeture des extrémités d'étiquette.
- Machine d'étiquetage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que l'encollage de recouvrement est réalisé sous forme d'encollage par pulvérisation (10, 28).
- Machine d'étiquetage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'encollage initial du récipient en vue du prélèvement des étiquettes est effectué sous la forme d'un encollage par pulvérisation (9).
- Machine d'étiquetage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'encollage initial du récipient est effectué sous la forme d'un encollage par pulvérisateur et par cylindre (7, 8).
- Machine d'étiquetage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, en présence de récipients (1) avec un contour extérieur variable, il est prévu au moins dans la zone initiale du processus d'étiquetage un guidage asservi sensiblement de même distance du deuxième dispositif de guidage (14) ou d'un dispositif de guidage (14) supplémentaire.
