Claims (11)

  1. Sac à poussières (1), notamment pour un aspirateur comportant un orifice d'entrée (10) entouré par une plaque de fixation (6) et un non-tissé (4) perméable à l'air pour filtrer le passage d'air,
    * le sac à poussières (1) ayant partiellement un film (5) étanche à l'air, soudé de manière étanche au non-tissé (4),
    * le sac à poussières (1) étant constitué de deux couches soudées l'une à l'autre au niveau du bord,
    sac à poussières caractérisé en ce qu'
    la couche se compose d'un non-tissé (4) et d'un film (5).
  2. Sac à poussières selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le film (5) est transparent et permet un contrôle du niveau de remplissage.
  3. Sac à poussières selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le non-tissé (4) est constitué de plusieurs couches et il comporte un pré-filtre en un non-tissé en volume avec une surface rugueuse et un filtre principal en un non-tissé plus fin.
  4. Sac à poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le non-tissé (4) est constitué d'une combinaison à plusieurs couches formées de non-tissé extrudé et de non-tissé extrudé par son soufflage.
  5. Sac à poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le non-tissé (4) comporte des nanofibres, en particulier une couche d'un non-tissé obtenu par extrusion soufflage.
  6. Sac à poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le film (5) est muni sur le côté intérieur du sac d'un revêtement antibactérien.
  7. Sac à poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'orifice d'entrée (10) est entouré par le non-tissé (4) auquel est fixée la plaque de fixation (6) et un anneau (11) en non-tissé constitue un joint pour l'embout engagé dans l'orifice d'entrée (10).
  8. Sac à poussières selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le non-tissé (4) perméable à l'air se compose d'un pré-filtre en non-tissé, d'un accumulateur de poussières grossières, d'un filtre fin et d'une couche de stabilisation.
  9. Sac à poussières selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'accumulateur de poussières grossières a une perméabilité à l'air de plus de 1000 1/m2 x s et une épaisseur comprise entre 1 et 2 mm.
  10. Sac à poussières selon les revendications 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le filtre fin a une perméabilité à l'air de plus de 200 1/m2 x s et une épaisseur inférieure à 0,5 mm.
