Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de siège permettant à un utilisateur de s'asseoir soit en position de yoga avec les jambes croisées, soit de manière traditionnelle. Claims (17)

  1. Appareil pour supporter un utilisateur assis dans une position de jambes croisées comprenant : un siège (11) ; une base (40) reliée en fonctionnement au siège pour supporter le siège ; et des supports de jambe réglables (12, 13) étant chacun reliés par charnière à un côté du siège pour soutenir chacune des jambes de l'utilisateur pendant que l'utilisateur est assis dans une position de jambes croisées, dans lequel les supports de jambe (12, 13) sont chargés du poids des jambes de l'utilisateur et dans lequel les supports de jambe (12, 13) sont réglés en faisant pivoter les supports de jambe (12, 13) autour des charnières (21, 22) et les supports de jambe (12, 13) sont maintenus en place à l'aide d'un bras réglable (25) reliant chacun des supports de jambe (12, 13) au siège.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication, 1 dans lequel le bras réglable (25) se compose d'un coulisseau de bras (26) et d'un réceptacle (27).
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le bras réglable (25) comprend un dispositif de verrouillage pour bloquer la position réglée.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le réceptacle (27) comprend un système de ressort élastique (24) pour imprimer au coulisseau (26) un mouvement de va-et-vient.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le réceptacle (27) comprend un système de pression pneumatique pour imprimer au coulisseau un mouvement de va-et-vient.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le réceptacle (27) comprend un système de pression d'huile pour imprimer au coulisseau (26) un mouvement de va-et-vient.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le réceptacle (27) comprend un système de pression hydraulique pour imprimer au coulisseau (26) un mouvement de va-et-vient.
  8. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la position de jambes croisées est une position de yoga avec jambes croisées.
  9. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le siège (11) se rétrécit vers l'intérieur en partant des hanches de l'utilisateur pour recevoir les supports de jambe (12, 13) puis s'incurve vers l'extérieur pour recevoir les pieds de l'utilisateur pendant que celui-ci est assis dans une position de jambes croisées.
  10. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la forme du siège (11) définit des renfoncements effilés conçus pour donner de l'espace aux jambes de l'utilisateur lorsqu'il est assis de façon classique sur l'appareil.
  11. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la base (40) est une base de chaise de bureau ou une base de chaise en bois.
  12. Appareil selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la base (40) est une base de chaise de bureau (50) comprenant une tige et une base au sol (51).
  13. Appareil selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la base au sol (51) comprend des roues (52) pour assurer la mobilité de la chaise.
  14. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appareil comprend un support (23) fixé au siège (11) pour supporter fermement les supports de jambe (12, 13) et permettre à chaque support de jambe (12, 13) de se déplacer selon une plage angulaire plus importante.
  15. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'appareil comprend un support de dossier (30) relié par charnière à l'arrière du siège.
  16. Appareil selon la revendication 15, dans lequel le support de dossier (30) comprend un dossier réglable (14) conçu pour soutenir le dos d'un utilisateur.
  17. Procédé pour permettre à un utilisateur de s'assoir dans une position de jambes croisées comprenant l'étape de : réalisation d'un appareil comprenant un siège (11), une base d'appareil (40) reliée en fonctionnement au siège (11) pour supporter le siège (11) et des supports de jambe réglables (12, 13) chacun reliés par charnière à un côté du siège (11) pour soutenir chacune des jambes de l'utilisateur pendant que l'utilisateur est assis dans une position de jambes croisées, dans lequel les supports de jambe (12, 13) sont chargés du poids des jambes de l'utilisateur et dans lequel les supports de jambe (12, 13) sont réglés en faisant pivoter les supports de jambe (12, 13) autour des charnières (21, 22) et les supports de jambe (12, 13) sont maintenus en place à l'aide d'un bras réglable (25) reliant chacun des supports de jambe (12, 13) au siège.
