Abstract

La présente invention concerne des cylindres d'entraînement pour une machine textile produisant des bobines croisées. Ces cylindres d'entraînement permettent d'assurer un entraînement par friction d'une bobine croisée maintenue rotative dans un cantre à bobines d'un dispositif de bobinage. Selon cette invention, un tube métallique à paroi mince (19), profilé par usinage interne sous haute pression, forme la périphérie externe (21) du cylindre d'entraînement (11).

Claims (9)

  1. Cylindre d'entraînement pour une machine textile (1) produisant des bobines croisées destiné à entraîner par friction une bobine croisée (8) maintenue de façon à pouvoir tourner dans un cadre à bobine d'un dispositif de bobinage, caractérisé en ce que la périphérie extérieure (21) du cylindre d'entraînement (11) forme un tube métallique à paroi mince (19) profilé par formage intérieur sous haute pression.
  2. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube métallique profilé à paroi mince (19) est en acier, de préférence un alliage d'acier spécial inoxydable.
  3. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube métallique profilé à paroi mince (19) est conformé en tant que manchon métallique revêtu.
  4. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'entraînement (11) est entraîné par un entraînement individuel à moteur électrique en forme d'induit extérieur (22), sur la cage de rotor (28) duquel le tube métallique profilé à paroi mince (19) est fixé.
  5. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tube métallique profilé à paroi mince (19) présente une épaisseur de paroi entre 0,1 mm et 0,4 mm, de préférence 0,2 mm.
  6. Cylindre d'entraînement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le tube métallique profilé à paroi mince (19) présente un profilage décalé au moins dans le sens de rotation (R) du cylindre d'entraînement (11), par exemple en forme de pastilles (20) et/ou de nervures (30).
  7. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les pastilles (20) s'étendent sur la zone médiane (31) du cylindre d'entraînement (11), tandis que les nervures (30) sont disposées dans les zones latérales (32, 33).
  8. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre d'entraînement (11) présente des nervures (30) dans sa zone médiane (31).
  9. Cylindre d'entraînement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les pastilles (20) s'étendent uniformément sur toute la périphérie extérieure du tube d'acier profilé à paroi mince (19).
