Definitions
- the invention relates to a centrifugal fertilizer spreader according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- centrifugal fertilizer spreader is known, for example, from German published application 19953 074 A1. With this centrifugal fertilizer spreader, throwing blades of different lengths are arranged on the centrifugal disc. The spreading vanes therefore have different effective lengths to cover different spreading areas of the spreading fan, so that a uniform fertilizer distribution is achieved over the working width.
- centrifugal disks with throwing blades of different effective lengths in a centrifugal fertilizer spreader for different working widths.
- centrifugal discs on which throwing blades with shorter effective lengths are arranged are used, while centrifugal discs with longer effective lengths are used to achieve larger working widths.
- the invention has for its object to provide a centrifugal fertilizer spreader with which the desired working widths can be effectively achieved with respectively adapted throwing distances of the fertilizer particles thrown off the throwing blades.
- the throwing blades of the group of longer throwing blades can be arranged in a simple manner on the centrifugal disc and can be removed therefrom, it is provided that the throwing blades of the group of longer throwing blades are removably arranged on the centrifugal disc by means of a quick-release fastener.
- holding elements for carrying the removed throwing blades of the group of longer throwing blades are provided on the centrifugal spreader in its easily accessible and / or rear area.
- An advantageous and quick arrangement and removal of the throwing vanes for carrying on the centrifugal fertilizer spreader can be achieved in that the holding elements have snap locks for receiving the throwing vanes.
- the centrifugal fertilizer spreader may be necessary to adjust the centrifugal fertilizer spreader to the different spreading properties of the fertilizer particles to be spread by adjusting the throwing vanes.
- the throwing blades are arranged such that they can be pivoted at an angle in the plane of the disk and can be locked in at least two positions.
- FIG. 2 shows the lower area of the pre-acceleration unit with a centrifugal disc in a side view and on a larger scale and in a basic illustration
- Fig. 3 shows the pre-acceleration unit with centrifugal disc in partial section and in a schematic representation
- FIG. 4 the pre-acceleration unit with a centrifugal disc in the view IV-IV and in a schematic diagram.
- the centrifugal fertilizer spreader has the frame 1, which has three-point coupling elements 2 on its front for attachment to the three-point linkage of a tractor.
- the storage container 3 is arranged on the frame 1 of the centrifugal spreader, the lower funnel-shaped end of which is closed by means of a metering element 4 which has at least one outlet opening 6 arranged in a base plate 5 and an associated slide 8 which can be adjusted by means of adjusting elements 7.
- a cylindrical pre-acceleration chamber 9, the design and mode of operation of which is explained below, is arranged below the metering element 4.
- the floor of the pre-acceleration chamber 9 is formed by the centrifugal disc 11, which is driven in rotation by means of a drive device 10.
- Throwing vanes 12 are arranged on the centrifugal disc 11, the inner ends 13 of which begin directly on the outer wall 14 of the annular wall 15 of the pre-acceleration chamber 9.
- the throwing vanes 12 have different effective lengths in order to cover different spreading areas of the spreading fan, so that a uniform fertilizer distribution over the working width is achieved.
- the centrifugal disc 11 has a much larger diameter than the pre-acceleration space 9, so that the centrifugal disc 11 projects outwards beyond the space 9.
- the pre-acceleration blades 16 have their outer ends 17 up to the inner wall 18 of the annular wall 15 of the cylindrical Reach pre-acceleration space 9, arranged.
- the center axis 19 of the pre-acceleration space 9 coincides with the axis of rotation of the centrifugal disc 11.
- the pre-acceleration blades 16 have a convex shape on their side leading in the direction of rotation 20 of the centrifugal disc 11, while the inner region of the throwing blades 12 adjacent to the pre-acceleration space 9 has a concave shape on the side facing the direction of rotation 20.
- the passage opening 20 is arranged, through which the material accelerated in the pre-acceleration space 9 can pass from the acceleration blades 16 to the throwing blades 12.
- the ring wall 15 of the pre-acceleration space 9 is about the axis 18 by means of adjusting means 22 which are arranged between the ring wall 15 of the pre-acceleration space 9 and the storage container 3 or the frame 1 of the centrifugal fertilizer spreader can be rotated so that the position of the passage opening 21 relative to the centrifugal disc 11 and the storage container 3 or the frame 1 of the machine can be adjusted, so that the position of the spreading compartments and thus the beginning of the discharge of the material by the throwing blades 12 can be adjusted in order to suit the to be able to adjust the machine accordingly to the respective scattering properties of the material, so that the desired uniform or another desired distribution of the material can be set and achieved.
- these setting means 22 can be controlled via an electronic regulating and control device.
- the floor 23 of the pre-acceleration space 9 runs, as shown in FIG. 3, by a corresponding configuration of the centrifugal disc 11 falling outwards from the center.
- the floor 23 can be curved or rectilinear.
- the top of the acceleration blades 16 slopes downward from the center of the acceleration space 9. The top can be straight or curved.
- a group of shorter throwing blades 12a and 12A and a group of longer throwing blades consisting of several throwing blades are arranged on each centrifugal disc 11.
- the group of shorter throwing blades sprinkles the inner working width area and the group of longer throwing blades sprinkles the outer working width area.
- the inner and outer working width area partially overlap to get an even spreading.
- the throwing blades assigned to each group of throwing blades have, at least, as shown in FIG. 4, a different length.
- the throwing blades of the group of longer throwing blades are removably arranged on the centrifugal disc by means of a quick release mechanism, not shown.
- the group of the longer throwing blades is removed from the centrifugal disc for work preparation between 24m and 48m and the longer throwing blades are removed from the centrifugal disc when sprinkling smaller working width ranges, for example from 12m to 24m, in order not to achieve too large a throwing distance.
- the longer throwing blades When the longer throwing blades have been removed from the centrifugal disc, they are arranged on the centrifugal spreader in its easily accessible and rear area by means of snap fasteners. By means of these holding elements, the removed throwing blades of the group of longer throwing blades can be carried along during work and can be arranged on the centrifugal disc if necessary.
- the group of longer and the group of shorter throwing blades are arranged on the centrifugal disc, while when using the centrifugal fertilizer spreader for smaller work sizes up to or 24m, the group of longer throwing blades from the Centrifugal disc removed and the centrifugal spreader is then used only with the group of shorter throwing blades.
- the at least some of the throwing blades which are not shown, can be pivoted at an angle in the plane of the disk and can be locked in at least two positions by means of corresponding locking elements.
