Claims (26)

  1. Silencieux constitué et destiné pour un compresseur ou une pompe à vide, qui compriment un flux de gaz,
    le silencieux présentant une entrée (12) pour le flux de gaz quittant le compresseur, et une sortie (13),
    une bifurcation (14) comportant un canal d'afflux (15) et deux segments de canal (16, 17) qui en partent étant prévue à l'intérieur du silencieux,
    un premier segment de canal étant constitué comme conduite principale (16) de prolongement pour le flux de gaz et un deuxième segment de canal étant constitué comme embranchement (17) fermé du côté de l'extrémité, l'embranchement (17) présentant une direction préférentielle axiale (A) qui est orientée parallèlement à la direction d'écoulement du flux de gaz dans le canal d'afflux (15), de telle manière que le flux de gaz heurte au moins sensiblement de front l'embranchement (17) fermé du côté de l'extrémité,
    un élément couvercle (19) pourvu d'évidements (18) étant disposé sur ou dans l'embranchement (17) en chevauchant sa section transversale intérieure et l'élément couvercle (19) étant disposé soit du côté de l'embranchement (17) qui est tourné vers le canal d'afflux (15) soit de manière déportée à l'intérieur de l'embranchement (17),
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un rétrécissement (27) à passer par le flux de gaz est en outre constitué à l'intérieur de la bifurcation (14), le rétrécissement (27) étant constitué comme fente annulaire (53).
  2. Silencieux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le compresseur ou la pompe à vide est constitué(e) comme compresseur fonctionnant selon le principe du refoulement ou pompe à vide fonctionnant selon le principe du refoulement.
  3. Silencieux selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le flux de gaz comprimé est présent comme flux d'air comprimé.
  4. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la conduite principale (16) est constituée et orientée de telle sorte que le flux de gaz sorte de la bifurcation (14) dans une direction transversale au flux de gaz dans le canal d'afflux (15).
  5. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embranchement (17) et le canal d'afflux (15) sont disposés coaxialement ou au moins selon une orientation sensiblement coaxiale l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  6. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embranchement (17) est subdivisé par des parois intérieures en volumes partiels auxquels respectivement une quantité partielle des évidements (18) et un segment correspondant de l'élément couvercle (19) sont affectés et qui agissent comme éléments d'atténuation largement indépendants avec des fréquences de résonance différentes.
  7. Silencieux selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les volumes partiels de l'embranchement (17) présentent des faces de terminaison (28) à distance différente du canal d'afflux (15).
  8. Silencieux selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les volumes partiels agissent au moins en partie comme tubes λ/4 pour différentes fréquences.
  9. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le comportement d'atténuation du silencieux est finement réglable via la disposition et/ou la taille et/ou la forme et/ou le nombre des évidements (18) dans l'élément couvercle (19) ou l'épaisseur de l'élément couvercle (19).
  10. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embranchement (17) constitue une chambre de résonateur (26).
  11. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embranchement (17) agit au moins en partie comme résonateur de Helmholtz.
  12. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embranchement (17) agit au moins en partie comme tube λ/4.
  13. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rétrécissement (27) est constitué en aval de l'embranchement (17).
  14. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rétrécissement (27) est constitué dans la conduite principale (16) qui part transversalement au canal d'afflux (15).
  15. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le flux de gaz qui sort de la bifurcation (14) transversalement au flux de gaz dans le canal d'afflux (15) quitte la bifurcation (14) à un endroit où règne une extinction ou réduction de la pulsation, liée à une réflexion ou résonance, dans le flux de gaz.
  16. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le silencieux (11) est constitué avec la bifurcation (14) dans un boîtier (20) sensiblement cylindrique plat ayant deux faces d'extrémité (21, 22) et une face d'enveloppe (23) disposée entre eux,
    l'entrée (12) étant disposée sur une première face d'extrémité (21) et la sortie (13) sur la face d'enveloppe (23).
  17. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embranchement (17) comprend un corps de base (24) en forme de pot ou se compose de celui-ci.
  18. Silencieux selon les revendications 16 et 17,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la deuxième face d'extrémité (22) du boîtier (20) est formée par une plaque d'extrémité (48) du corps de base (24) en forme de pot.
  19. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le silencieux (11) comprend en outre, en aval de l'embranchement (17), un atténuateur supplémentaire ou un moyen d'absorption sonore supplémentaire (55) qui entoure au moins en partie l'embranchement (17), de préférence en constituant un espace annulaire (52).
  20. Silencieux selon la revendication 19,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le moyen d'absorption sonore supplémentaire (55) entoure entièrement l'embranchement (17), de préférence de manière sensiblement concentrique.
  21. Silencieux selon la revendication 19 ou 20,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'espace annulaire (52) comprend deux extrémités frontales opposées (58, 59), la première extrémité frontale (58) définissant une entrée, et la deuxième extrémité frontale (59) présentant un ou plusieurs orifices pour le transfert du flux de gaz vers la sortie (13).
  22. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 19 à 21,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'espace annulaire (52) comprend une extension (56), en particulier radiale, qui est de préférence recouverte par un recouvrement (57) perméable à l'écoulement.
  23. Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 19 à 22,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'atténuateur supplémentaire ou le moyen d'absorption sonore supplémentaire (55) est accordé à une autre fréquence, de préférence plus élevée, que les composants du silencieux (11) en amont du moyen d'absorption sonore supplémentaire (55), pour obtenir en combinaison un effet de bande particulièrement large.
  24. Compresseur ou pompe à vide, en particulier fonctionnant selon le principe du refoulement, comme par exemple un compresseur à vis ou une pompe à vide à vis, comprenant une chambre de compression ainsi qu'une sortie,
    caractérisé(e) par
    un silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 23 raccordé à la sortie.
  25. Procédé de réduction de pulsations dans un flux de gaz généré par un compresseur ou une pompe à vide, en particulier fonctionnant selon le principe du refoulement, comme par exemple un compresseur à vis ou une pompe à vide à vis,
    le flux de gaz étant guidé pour entrer dans un silencieux (11) via une entrée (12) et sortir de celui-ci via une sortie (13),
    une bifurcation (14) comportant un canal d'afflux (15) et deux segments de canal (16, 17) qui en partent étant prévue à l'intérieur du silencieux (11),
    un premier segment de canal étant constitué comme conduite principale (16) de prolongement pour le flux de gaz et un deuxième segment de canal comme embranchement (17) fermé du côté de l'extrémité,
    une contre-pressurisation étant générée et exploitée via un comportement sonore de réflexion et/ou de résonance dans l'embranchement (17), qui est orienté avec une direction préférentielle axiale (A) parallèlement à la direction d'écoulement du flux de gaz dans le canal d'afflux (15), afin de réduire la pulsation dans le flux de gaz,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le flux de gaz, à proximité immédiate de la contre-pressurisation générée dans l'embranchement, est guidé via un rétrécissement (27) constitué comme fente annulaire (53) afin d'obtenir un saut d'impédance.
  26. Procédé selon la revendication 25,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le flux de gaz, en aval de l'embranchement, est guidé via un atténuateur supplémentaire ou un moyen d'absorption sonore supplémentaire (55), une atténuation d'absorption étant provoquée moyennant le moyen d'absorption sonore supplémentaire (55).
