  • the springs 46, 68 tend to make the corresponding stop pins 34, 54 move into the radially innermost possible position, in such a way that their proximal ends 44, 64 protrude into the first portions 30, 50 of the first and second passages 32, 52, pushing the adjacent ends of the magnetic pin 28 and the feeler pin 48. Because of this protrusion of the proximal ends 44, 64 of the stop pins 34, 54, the rotation of the cylindrical member 18 about the axis 22 is impeded.
