Claims (4)

  1. Kochvorrichtung (1), die Folgendes umfasst: eine Garungskammer (2), in die Lebensmittel, die gegart werden sollen, gelegt werden, und eine Tür (3) mit einer Oberseite, einer Unterseite und zwei seitlichen Seiten, wobei die Tür (3) ferner eine Außenverkleidung (4), wobei eine Fläche derselben in Kontakt mit der Außenumgebung steht, und eine Innenverkleidung (5) umfasst, wobei eine Fläche derselben mit der Garungskammer (2) in Kontakt steht, wobei Luft zwischen der Außenverkleidung (4) und der Innenverkleidung (5) von untennach oben strömt, um die Türtemperatur zu senken, und wobei die Tür (3) wenigstens zwei Ablenkeinrichtungen (7) umfasst, die zwischen der Außenverkleidung (4) und der Innenverkleidung (5) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens zwei Ablenkeinrichtungen (7) an den seitlichen Seiten der Tür (3) mit einem bestimmten Winkel zueinander hin geneigt sind, wodurch der Querschnitt verengt wird, durch den die Luft strömt, wodurch sich die Strömungsrate der Luft erhöht, die über die Fläche der Außenverkleidung (4) strömt, um die Wärmeübertragung zwischen der Tür (3) und der Luft zu erhöhen, wodurch die Temperatur der Tür (3) gesenkt wird.
  2. Kochvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens zwei Ablenkeinrichtungen (7) an der Seite der Tür (3) zwischen der Außenverkleidung (4) und der Innenverkleidung (5) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie sich unter Hinneigung zueinander in dem Bereich nahe der Unterseite der (3) aneinander annähern und parallel zueinander sind, wenn sie die Oberseite der Tür (3) erreichen.
  3. Kochvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (3) weitere Ablenkeinrichtungen (107) in Plattenform umfasst, die zwischen der Außenverkleidung (4) und der Innenverkleidung (5) angeordnet sind und die Außenverkleidung (4) und die Innenverkleidung (5) vollständig voneinander trennen und von der Innenverkleidung (5) zur Außenverkleidung (4) hin geneigt sind.
  4. Kochvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablenkeinrichtungen (107) in Plattenform derart zwischen der Außenverkleidung (4) und der Innenverkleidung (5) angeordnet sind, dass sie zwischen einer Luftauslass- und einer Lufteinlassöffnung (8a und 8b), der Außenverkleidung (4) und der Ablenkeinrichtung (7) angeordnet sind.
