Claims (14)

  1. Formungsvorrichtung (1), vorzugsweise zum Formen von im Wesentlichen länglichen Elementen, wobei die Formungsvorrichtung umfasst: wenigstens ein Formungswerkzeug (3), eine Träger- und Hüllenstruktur (2, 22, 23), über der das Formungswerkzeug (3) platziert ist, und Führungsmittel (43, 432, 45, 46) für die Elemente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel horizontale Führungsmittel (43, 432, 46) und vertikale Führungsmittel (45) umfassen, die in der Träger- und Hüllenstruktur (2, 22, 23) platziert sind; wobei die horizontalen Führungsmittel (43, 432, 46) zwei gleitfähige Aufsätze (43) umfassen, wobei jeder der Aufsätze (43) eine Kerbe umfasst, die an der Oberfläche dem anderen Aufsatz (43) zugewandt ist, wobei die Kerbe, die geeignet ist, einige der Führungsmittel (45, 46) aufzunehmen, unter einer Zunge oder einem Vorsprung (432) verwirklicht ist, wobei jede der Zungen (432) eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Form aufweist und geeignet ist, die seitliche Kante eines geschlossenen Führungskanals zu erzeugen; und dadurch, dass die Führungsmittel mit Mitteln (44, 42, 421, 49, 491, 47) versehen sind, die mit den Aufsätzen (43) gekoppelt sind, um im Betrieb des zu bearbeitenden Elements die Abmessungen des geschlossenen Führungskanals einzustellen.
  2. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur eine untere Basis (2) und eine obere Basis (23) umfasst, die durch vertikale Träger (22) beabstandet sind, wobei die obere Basis (23) ein Loch (231) für die Kopplung des Formungswerkzeugs (3) bereitstellt.
  3. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellmittel für die Führungsmittel horizontale Stellmittel (44, 421, 42, 41) und vertikale Stellmittel (49, 491, 482, 47) umfassen.
  4. Formungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Stellmittel wenigstens zwei Querträgerelemente (44) umfassen, die einander zugewandt sind, wobei die Querträgerelemente (44) entlang der Führungen (421) gleitfähig und mit der unteren Basis (2) gekoppelt sind.
  5. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querträgerelemente (44) eine Abschrägung aufweisen, die den zwei oberen Ecken der einander zugewandten Oberflächen entspricht.
  6. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Stellmittel wenigstens eine Schneckenschraube (42) umfassen, die durch ein Rad (41) betätigt werden kann, wobei die Hälfte des Gewindes der Schneckenschraube (42) linksgängig sein kann und die Hälfte des Gewindes rechtsgängig sein kann und wobei sie mit entsprechenden Gewindeabschnitten gekoppelt sein kann, die an den einander zugewandten Querträgerelementen (44) in der Weise vorgesehen sind, dass sie durch die Verstellung voneinander wegbewegt oder einander angenähert werden können.
  7. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Aufsätze (43) an einem der Querträgerelemente (44) befestigt ist.
  8. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontalen Führungsmittel zwei im Wesentlichen rechtwinklige trapezförmige Elemente (46) umfassen, die unter den Zungen oder Vorsprüngen (432) vorgesehen sind.
  9. Formungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Führungsmittel ein erstes dreieckiges Element (45) umfassen, das geeignet ist, mit seiner Basis die untere Kante der Kanalführung zu erzeugen, wobei das erste dreieckige Element (45) über den im Wesentlichen rechtwinkligen Trapezelementen (46) vorgesehen ist.
  10. Formungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Stellmittel einen oberen Stellkeil (491) und einen unteren Stellkeil (49) umfassen, wobei jeder der Stellkeile (49, 491) ein gleichschenkliges Dreiecksprofil aufweisen kann, wobei der obere Stellkeil (491) in den Kerben des Aufsatzes (43) in Eingriff sein kann, wobei der untere Stellkeil (49) auf den Abschrägungen der Querträger (44) platziert sein kann, wobei die vertikalen Stellmittel Mittel (482) bereitstellen können, um den oberen Stellkeil (491) zu der oberen Basis (23) zurückzubringen.
  11. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellmittel eine vorgespannte Feder (482) umfassen.
  12. Formungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4-11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikalen Stellmittel folgendes umfassen: zweite Rückstellmittel, vorzugsweise eine zweite vorgespannte Feder, die zwischen dem ersten gleichschenkligen Dreieckelement (45) und dem unteren Stellkeil (49) vorgesehen sind, dritte Rückstellmittel, vorzugsweise eine dritte vorgespannte Feder (481), die zwischen dem unteren Stellkeil (49) und der unteren Basis (2) vorgesehen sind, und vierte Rückstellmittel, vorzugsweise zwei vorgespannte Federn (47), die insbesondere geneigt zwischen den Querträgermitteln und den gleichschenkligen Trapezelementen (46) platziert sind, alles Obige in der Weise, dass infolgedessen, dass sich die Querträgerelemente (44) wegbewegen, die Aufsätze (43), die sich wegbewegen, ermöglichen, dass sich der obere Stellkeil (491) durch die Wirkung der ersten Feder der oberen Basis (23) annähert, wobei sich das erste gleichschenklige Dreieckelement (45) durch die Wirkung der zweiten Feder absenkt, wobei sich der untere Stellkeil (49) durch die Wirkung der dritten Feder absenkt, wobei sich die gleichschenkligen Trapezelemente (46) durch die Wirkung der zwei gemäß einer geneigten Orientierung vorgesehenen Federn (47) wegbewegen.
  13. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur Kopplungsmittel für das Formungswerkzeug (3) umfasst.
  14. Formungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Formungswerkzeug eine Fräsmaschine ist.
