- Method for manufacturing a sealing device according to one of Claims 1 to 5, comprising a duct (2, 16), characterized in that it consists- in forming an opening (5) through a flexible membrane (4, 19), this opening (5) being smaller than the cross section of the said duct (2, 16);- in radially placing this flexible membrane (4, 19) on or at a slight distance from an end edge of the duct (2, 16), in a position such that the annular part (6, 2) of the membrane (4, 19) adjacent to its opening extends towards the inside of the duct (2, 16);- and in engaging an inner ring (7, 17) in the end of the duct and in deforming this ring radially outwardly, such that the annular part (6, 20) of the membrane (4, 19) passes and is held between the inner face of the end of the said duct (2, 16) and the outer face of this inner ring (7, 17).
- Method according to Claim 6, characterized in that the outward radial deformation of the inner ring (7, 17) produces an outward radial deformation of the duct (2, 16).
- Method according to either of Claims 6 and 7, characterized in that it consists, prior to placing the membrane (19), in engaging an outer ring (22) around the end of the duct (16) and radially inwardly deforming this ring (22), such that this outer ring (22) grips around the end of the duct (16).
- Method according to Claim 8, characterized in that, prior to placing it around the duct (16), the outer ring (22) has an inside diameter at at least equal to the outside diameter of the duct (16).
- Method according to any one of Claims 6 to 9, characterized in that, prior to placing it in the duct, the inner ring (7, 17) has an outside diameter at least equal to the inside diameter of the duct (2, 16).
- Method according to any one of Claims 6 to 10, characterized in that it consists, prior to placing it, in forming radial cutouts (42) in the said annular part (6, 20) of the membrane (4, 19).
- Method according to any one of Claims 6 to 11, characterized in that it consists in producing the said deformation with the aid of a tool (37) which is radially deformable in the direction of a peripheral counter-tool (35).
- Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that the said tool (37) has a projecting annular part (39) and in that the said peripheral counter-tool (35) has a radially corresponding annular groove (36).
