Description

KIOSQUE DE DISTRIBUTION DE PRESSE AUTOMATISE La présente invention concerne un kiosque de distribution de presse automatisé. Un kiosque de distribution de presse comporte de façon connue dans une enceinte ouverte sur l'un de ses cotés un ensemble de présentoirs étages permettant de stocker des exemplaires de différentes publications, ainsi qu'un espace prévu pour permettre à un vendeur de se tenir entre ces présentoirs et un comptoir de vente, le comptoir de vente étant situé du coté ouvert du kiosque. L'espace prévu pour le vendeur limite la surface occupée par les présentoirs et donc le nombre d'exemplaires de publications pouvant être contenus. De plus, la position de chaque présentoir et de chaque compartiment de ce présentoir doit permettre son accessibilité par le kiosquier, ce qui limite également le nombre de compartiments de présentoir pouvant être disposés dans le kiosque. En conséquence, un kiosque de ce type occupe un espace important pour un nombre d'exemplaires de publications disponibles à la vente limité. De plus, la présence d'un vendeur dans chaque kiosque représente un coût de gestion important qui ne peut pas être supporté pour un kiosque de petite taille. Il est également connu de distribuer des exemplaires d'un titre unique de façon automatisée par des dispositifs automatisés comportant un logement pour un ensemble d'exemplaire, et un compartiment ouvert dans lequel un exemplaire peut tomber pour être mis à disposition d'un utilisateur. Ces dispositifs ne permettent pas, dans un même logement, le choix entre plusieurs publications. D'autre part, la distribution automatisée d'exemplaires de publications est rendue difficile par les caractéristiques d'un exemplaire : il s'agit d'un ensemble de feuilles constituant un élément non rigide, dont les dimensions et la tenue mécanique varient d'une publication à l'autre, et qui, de plus, peut éventuellement comporter des inserts entre ses feuilles n'étant pas solidaires des feuilles de l'exemplaire. Le but de la présente invention est de fournir une solution automatisée permettant de distribuer à des utilisateurs plusieurs publications différentes, dans un espace restreint. A cet effet, la présente invention concerne un kiosque de distribution de presse automatisé comportant au moins un présentoir comprenant au moins un compartiment permettant de loger au moins un exemplaire d'une publication, et au moins un réceptacle de distribution permettant de donner accès à un utilisateur à un exemplaire choisi, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également un dispositif de distribution permettant de prélever un exemplaire d'un compartiment et de le disposer dans un réceptacle de distribution, le dispositif comprenant un bras robotisé selon au moins trois axes, sur lequel est montée la base d'une tête de préhension comportant : - des moyens d'entraînement permettant de déplacer un exemplaire disposé dans un compartiment, selon un axe initialement parallèle au plan de la surface de cet exemplaire, par une force de contact, entre sa position initiale dans le compartiment et une position au moins partiellement sortie de ce compartiment, et - des moyens de blocage d'au moins un exemplaire, situés dans le prolongement de l'axe du déplacement et permettant de bloquer l'exemplaire en position par rapport à la tête de préhension, lorsque celui-ci est en position sortie. Avantageusement, les moyens d'entraînement déplacent les exemplaires en translation entre la position initiale et la position sortie. Selon une possibilité, les moyens d'entraînement comprennent au moins une ventouse souple maintenue en dépression et assurant la force de contact entre un exemplaire et la ventouse, ainsi que des moyens permettant de déplacer les ventouses en translation, par rapport à la base de la tête, d'une position initiale à une seconde position correspondant à la position sortie. Selon un mode de réalisation, les moyens permettant de déplacer les ventouses en translation, par rapport à la base de la tête d'une position initiale à une seconde position correspondant à la position sortie, comportent au moins un vérin pneumatique. Selon une autre possibilité, les moyens d'entraînement comprennent au moins un galet d'entraînement mobile en rotation autour d'un axe sensiblement horizontal et parallèle à la surface de l'exemplaire. Selon un mode de réalisation, les premier et second organes sont mobiles en rotation l'un par rapport à l'autre autour d'un axe parallèle au plan de la surface de l'exemplaire. Selon une possibilité, les moyens de blocage comportent un premier organe constitué par au moins une tige, pouvant être maintenue solidaire de la base de la tête lors du pincement de l'exemplaire, et orientée sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de la surface de l'exemplaire. Selon un autre possibilité, les moyens de blocage comportent un premier organe constitué par au moins un rail solidaire de la base de la tête. Selon un mode de réalisation, le kiosque est équipé de moyens de paiement. De toute façon, l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé, représentant à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme de réalisation d'un kiosque selon l'invention. La figure 1 en est une vue d'ensemble en perspective. La figure 2 est une vue de dessus en coupe du kiosque de figure 1. La figure 3 est une en coupe selon lll-lll de figure 2. Les figures 4 à 7 sont des vues de détail à échelle agrandie du kiosque de figure 1 montrant la tête de préhension et un compartiment de présentoir contenant des exemplaires d'une publication, et illustrant les étapes de préhension d'un exemplaire par la tête. Les figures 8 et 9 sont des vues de détail à échelle agrandie du kiosque de figure 1 montrant la tête de préhension et un réceptacle de distribution, et illustrant la mise en place d'un exemplaire dans le réceptacle par la tête de préhension. Un kiosque 2 selon l'invention, comporte une enceinte fermée 3 formée par : - une partie arrière 4 présentant une paroi verticale de section horizontale semi-circulaire, prolongée par une portion présentant deux paroi parallèles, et - une partie avant 5 présentant une paroi plane verticale, et comprenant dans ce mode de réalisation une porte d'accès 6. L'enceinte est fermée verticalement par un toit et un sol. La partie avant présente deux ouvertures 8 permettant à un utilisateur d'atteindre deux réceptacles 7 de distribution. Le kiosque 2 comporte des moyens de commande 9 sur la partie avant 5, permettant à un utilisateur de réaliser une sélection d'un ou de plusieurs exemplaires 10 de plusieurs publications. Ces moyens sont constitués d'un ensemble de boutons de commandes. Le kiosque 2 est également muni de moyens de paiement 12 permettant à l'utilisateur de régler l'achat des exemplaires 10 de sa sélection. Dans ce mode de réalisation, l'enceinte fermée 3 est réalisée en matière transparente afin de permettre à l'utilisateur de voir à l'intérieur du kiosque, et de visualiser la couverture des publications proposées à la vente. A l'intérieur de l'enceinte 3, le kiosque 2 comprend plusieurs présentoirs 13. Chaque présentoir 13 comprend des compartiments 14 ordonnés en rangées et en colonnes permettant chacun de loger plusieurs exemplaires 10 d'une ou plusieurs publications en des positions déterminées. Chaque compartiment 14 est ouvert vers le haut et présente une paroi avant 15, une paroi arrière 16 de taille supérieure à la paroi avant, et un fond 17. Les compartiments 14 sont assemblés verticalement ou horizontalement de façon à ce que la paroi avant 15 d'un compartiment soit confondue avec la paroi arrière 16 du compartiment suivant. Les compartiments sont inclinés d'un angle aigu par rapport à la paroi sur laquelle ils sont fixés. L'ensemble des compartiments 14 est disposé selon une surface correspondant sensiblement à une portion de sphère. Chacun des compartiments 14 comporte des indications de référence, non représentées, permettant le choix de l'utilisateur. Le kiosque 2 comporte un dispositif de distribution 18 permettant de prélever un exemplaire 10 d'un compartiment 14 et de le disposer dans un réceptacle de distribution 7. Les moyens de commande 9 comprennent des moyens de motorisation et de contrôle du dispositif de distribution de réaliser la distribution d'un exemplaire 10 à partir d'un compartiment 14 vers un réceptacle de distribution 7, en fonction de la sélection réalisée par l'utilisateur. Ces moyens de motorisation et de contrôle sont connus par ailleurs de l'état de la technique et comprennent notamment un calculateur. Ce dispositif 18 comprend un bras robotisé 19, articulé selon six axes, réalisé de façon connue dans l'état de la technique, ce bras 19 étant fixé sur une base 20 situé sensiblement au centre de la surface sensiblement sphérique sur laquelle sont disposés les compartiments 14. Sur ce bras articulé 19 est monté une tête de préhension 22 comportant : - des moyens d'entraînement 23 permettant de déplacer en translation par une force de contact un exemplaire 10 disposé dans un compartiment 14 selon un axe A initialement parallèle au plan de la surface 24 de cet exemplaire 10 tournée vers la paroi avant 15 du compartiment, entre sa position initiale dans le compartiment 14 et une position sortie, et - des moyens de blocage 25 d'au moins un exemplaire 10, situés dans le prolongement de l'axe A du déplacement et permettant de bloquer l'exemplaire 10 en position par rapport à la tête de préhension 22 lorsque celui- ci est en position sortie. Les moyens d'entraînement 23 comprennent, dans ce mode de réalisation : - quatre ventouses souples 26 fixées sur un support mobile 27, les ventouses 26 pouvant être maintenue en dépression par un dispositif d'aspiration non représenté et assurant la force de contact entre un exemplaire 10 et chaque ventouse 26, et - un premier vérin pneumatique 28, permettant de déplacer en translation le support mobile 27, par rapport à la base 29 de la tête fixée 22 sur le bras articulé 19, d'une première position à une seconde position, ces deux positions correspondant à la position initiale et la position sortie d'un exemplaire 10. Les moyens de blocage 25 comportent dans ce mode de réalisation : - deux tiges 30, fixées sur le support mobile 27 et faisant face à la surface 24 de l'exemplaire, orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan cette surface 24, la longueur de ces tiges étant telles qu'elles sont en retrait de l'extrémité des ventouses souples avant le blocage, et - une plaque 32, située en regard du support mobile 27 lorsque celui est dans sa seconde position, par rapport à l'axe A du déplacement de l'exemplaire 10, et sensiblement parallèle au plan formé par la surface de l'exemplaire 10 dans sa position initiale. La plaque 32 est mobile en rotation par rapport à la base 29 de la tête 22 autour d'un axe B parallèle au plan de la surface 24 de l'exemplaire 10. Un second vérin 33 fixé sur la base 29 de la tête 22 permet de rapprocher la plaque de la base 29 de la tête pour pincer l'exemplaire 10 entre la plaque 32 et les deux tiges 30 et le maintenir en position par rapport à la tête de préhension 22. Une pointe 34 permettant de percer les pages et les éventuels inserts constituant un exemplaire 10 et d'assurer ainsi la cohésion de l'exemplaire 10 est montée sur le support mobile 27. Cette pointe peut être sortie ou en mise en retrait par rapport aux ventouses 26 et aux tiges 30 pour permettre un perçage facultatif en fonction de l'exemplaire par des moyens de positionnement 35. D'autre part, la tête de préhension 22 comporte un capteur de pression non représenté, destiné à mesurer la pression exercée par la tête 22 sur l'exemplaire 10, fixé au niveau du support mobile 27. La distribution d'un exemplaire 10 situé dans un compartiment 14, illustré sur les figures 4 à 9, est réalisée de la façon suivante. En fonction de la sélection réalisée par l'utilisateur, les moyens de motorisation et de contrôle du dispositif de distribution 18 permettent de commander la trajectoire du bras et les actionnements de la tête de préhension décrits ci-dessous. Dans une première étape, illustrée sur la figure 4, suite à une sélection de l'utilisateur, le bras robotisé 19 positionne la tête de préhension 22 à proximité du compartiment 14 dans lequel sont logés les exemplaires 10 de la publication sélectionnée, de façon à ce que les ventouses 26 soit orientées sensiblement perpendiculairement aux parois avant 15 et arrière 16 du compartiment et donc à la surface 24 de l'exemplaire 10, les ventouses 26 se trouvant en regard de la surface 24 et la plaque 32 étant décalée par rapport à la paroi arrière 16 du compartiment de façon à ne pas entrer en contact avec celle-ci lors d'un mouvement selon un axe C perpendiculaire à cette paroi. Le support mobile 27 est dans sa position initiale, position la plus éloignée de la base 29 de la tête. Dans une seconde étape, illustrée sur la figure 5, le bras articulé 19 fait avancer la tête selon un axe C perpendiculaire aux parois avant 15 et arrière 16 du compartiment et donc à la surface 24 de l'exemplaire 10, en approchant la tête de préhension 22 jusqu'à ce que les ventouses 26 viennent au contact de la surface 24 de l'exemplaire et applique une pression déterminée sur cette surface, mesurée par le capteur de pression. Dans cette position, les ventouses 26 sont mises en dépression par le dispositif d'aspiration non représenté et assurent ainsi la force de contact entre l'exemplaire 10 et les ventouses 26. La plaque est disposée sensiblement dans le prolongement de la paroi arrière 16 du compartiment 14. Dans une troisième étape, illustrée sur la figure 6, le vérin 28 entraîne le support mobile 27 en translation selon un axe A parallèle à la surface 24 de l'exemplaire 10, de façon à le rapprocher de la base 29 de la tête 29, dans sa seconde position. Ce mouvement entraîne l'exemplaire 10 dans une position sortie du compartiment 14, l'exemplaire étant maintenu contre les ventouses 26. Dans cette seconde position, le support mobile 27 est en regard de la plaque 32. Dans une quatrième étape, illustrée sur la figure 7, le vérin 33 entraîne la plaque 32 en rotation en la rapprochant de la base de la tête 29 et du support mobile 27. L'exemplaire 10 est alors pincé entre la plaque 32 et les tiges 30 et maintenu en position par rapport à la tête de préhension 22. Le dispositif d'aspiration est alors arrêté. Dans une cinquième étape, illustrée sur la figure 8, le bras articulé 19 positionne la tête de préhension 22 au dessus du réceptacle de distribution 7. Dans une sixième étape, illustrée sur la figure 9, la plaque 32 est déplacée en rotation afin de s'éloigner des tiges 30, l'exemplaire qui n'est plus maintenu glisse dans le réceptacle de distribution 7 qui présente une forme inclinée permettant de réceptionner l'exemplaire 10 sans l'endommager. Selon un second mode de réalisation, non représenté, les moyens d'entraînement comportent des galets mobiles en rotation autour d'un axe horizontal sensiblement parallèle à la surface des exemplaires. Ces galets sont entraînés en rotation et permettent, par contact avec la surface libre de l'exemplaire, de déplacer un exemplaire vers sa position sortie. Au contraire des ventouses du premier mode de réalisation, les galets ne sont pas montés sur un support mobile mais sur un support fixe, situé à distance du corps de la tête, dans une position similaire au support mobile dans sa position la plus éloignée du corps de la tête de préhension. Les moyens de blocage sont constitués dans ce cas par : - deux rails fixés sur la base de la tête, situés du coté des galets par rapport à la surface de l'exemplaire et ne présentant pas de butée à l'avancement de l'exemplaire mais permettant de guider celui-ci, et - une plaque similaire à la plaque utilisée dans le premier mode de réalisation. Les galets sont constitués sur leur périphérie d'un matériau présentant un coefficient de frottement important, comme du caoutchouc. Comme il va se soi, l'invention ne se limite pas aux formes de réalisation préférentielles décrite ci-dessus, à titre d'exemple non limitatif ; elle en embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes de réalisation dans le cadre des revendications ci-après. The enclosure is closed vertically by a roof and a floor. The front part has two openings 8 allowing a user to reach two distribution receptacles 7. The kiosk 2 comprises control means 9 on the front part 5, allowing a user to make a selection of one or more several copies 10 of several publications. These means consist of a set of control buttons. The kiosk 2 is also provided with means of payment 12 allowing the user to pay for the purchase of the copies 10 of his selection.
