Claims (9)
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung für Schwingtüre, Schwingfenster oder Schwingverandatür, aufweisend in Kombination eine pilzförmige Gestaltung (3) und zwei Schwenkorgane (4, 5), die mit der pilzförmigen Gestaltung (3) zusammenwirken können, um sie beim Schließen des Flügels (2) festzusetzen und sie beim Öffnen des Flügels (2) freizugeben, in Kombination dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die pilzförmige Gestaltung aus einem Profil besteht, das in einem festen Fenster- bzw. Tür- Rahmen (1) angebracht werden kann, und daß die Schwenkorgane (4, 5) aus Profilen bestehen, die jeweils eine Eingangsfase aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Schwenkorgan (4 oder 5) einstückig mit der Schwenkachse in dem Rahmen (2) des Flügels ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Schwenkorgan (4 oder 5) ein Ende zum Zusammenwirken mit wenigstens einem Arretierungswinkel (B) aufweist, der mit einem Arretierungsteil (11) fest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierungsteil (11) an einem Drehgelenkachse (14) angebracht und durch eine Feder (11a) in Verriegelungsposition vorgespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierungsteil (11) ein Gleitelement (10) zum Steuern der Drehung des Arretierungsteils (11) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit einem Arretierungsteil (11) fest verbundene Arretierungswinkel (B) von den Schwenkorganen (4 und 5) durch Mittel (9, 10) gelöst wird, die durch die Betätigung einer Klinke oder eines Griffs (8) zum Zusammenwirken gebracht werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit einem Arretierungsteil (11) fest verbundene Arretierungswinkel (B) von den Schwenkorganen (4 und 5) durch Mittel (9, 10) gelöst wird, die durch einen von einem Schlüssel betätigten Schlüsselbartzylinder (15) zum Zusammenwirken gebracht werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitelement (10) zum Steuern der Drehung zwischen drei Positionen verschiebbar ist, wobei die erste Position der Verriegelung der Vorrichtung die zweite Position dem Öffnen des Flügels (2) mittels einer Klinke oder eines Griffs (8) entspricht und die dritte Position dem Öffnen des Flügels (2) mittels eines Schlüssels zum Betätigen des Türschließzylinders (15) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung ein Element (9) aufweist, das mit einer Klinke oder einem Griff (8) verbunden werden kann und direkt oder indirekt die Schwenkorgane (4 und 5) lösen kann, um die Entriegelung der Vorrichtung zu gewährleisten.
