Description

The invention relates to a noise barrier, with a filling space formed by greenable grid mats for receiving bodigem filling material, which is held with support mats in the filling space.

Such noise barriers are earthworks designed to protect residential areas from the traffic noise of adjacent roads. They usually consist of mutually opposed grid mats, which form a free filling space between them. This free filling space can then be filled with on-site, earthy filling material, for example excavated soil, overburden from road construction or the like. Subsequently, these earthworks are provided on their outer sides with a biological greening.

From the DE 94 08 184.0 is a wall body for a soundproof wall or for horticultural design with known in the range of arranged on the front and side surfaces of the wall body mats, in which a waterproof layer is provided as evaporation protection with holes in the areas of the planting.

The EP 0 100 374 A1 discloses a multi-layered sound-absorbing structure overgrown with bulk-resistant plants. This structure is highly complex and less cost efficient to produce.

Finally, in the DE 20 2004 012489 U1 nor a gabion basket system reveals that can be hung with vegetation mats.

The achieved by such noise barriers sound absorption is highly dependent on the locally existing filler. This filling material may for example consist of coarsely crushed rock or the like, which has a relatively low sound-tightness. The sound absorption is thus not always guaranteed to a sufficient extent. Often, therefore, additional, better attenuating the traffic noise filling material must be used, which must be brought over possibly longer distances; This is time consuming and costly.

Object of the present invention is to provide a noise barrier of the type described above, with the one independent of the filler material used good sound absorption is achieved.

This object is achieved with a noise barrier, with a formed by green grid mesh filling space for receiving bodigem filling material, which is held with support mats in the filling space, in the filling space a noise absorbing insulating layer is integrated, the noise absorbing insulating layer between the filler and the support mats is arranged, the insulating layer consists of a fiber material and is formed multi-layered, and the thickness of the insulating layer is about 10 to 20 times greater than that of the support mat.

Through these measures, a noise barrier is created, which has its own sound insulation layer. The extra effort compared to conventional noise barriers is thus much lower and the bringing in of local, sound-insulating filling material can be omitted.

Figur 1
die schematische Darstellung eines Straßenabschnittes mit einer Lärmschutzwand mit erfindungsgemäß integrierter Lärm-Dämmschicht;
Figur 2
Further advantageous measures are described in the subclaims. The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings and will be described in more detail below; it shows:
FIG. 1
the schematic representation of a road section with a noise barrier with inventively integrated noise-insulating layer;
FIG. 2
the section through a noise barrier after FIG. 1 in detail.

Like in the FIG. 1 is shown schematically, there are noise barriers 10, which are intended to prevent the emanating from a street 18 traffic noise from a residential area, from a plurality of opposing grid mats 11, which form a free filling space 15 between them. The free filling space 15 is filled after construction of the noise barrier 10 with locally available filler 14 to make them stationary and stable.

The lattice mats 11 consist primarily of mild steel mats having a plurality of grid openings 17. At these grid openings 17, depending on the particular season biological greening 16 tend to rank up or root themselves on the outer sides of the noise barrier.

As the FIG. 2 shows in detail, layers of a textile support mat 12 are provided behind the grid mats 11, which consist for example of hot-dip galvanized steel or sheet material. The textile carrier mats 12 may for example consist of a non-woven fabric, which is usually provided with quilted coconut fibers.

Between the support mat 12 and the filling material 14 an inventively integrated insulating layer 13 is provided. The integrated insulating layer 13 may be formed one or more layers. It consists of a fibrous noise absorbing material or a Kunststoffdämmschicht. Likewise rock wool or textile fibers can be used.

The additional integrated noise insulation layer 13 is about ten to twenty times as thick as the support mat 12. It ensures a consistently high noise absorption. The noise absorption achieved in this way is independent of the filling material 14 used, for example coarse gravel, soil mixture or the like. On the supply of off-site, earthy filling material can be dispensed with.
