Description

The invention relates to a recirculation system for stationary storage rooms and cargo holds of reefers with high-bay storage for stacked or palletized goods.

Air circulation systems in the cargo hold of refrigerated ships have the task of circulating the cargo with cooled air and thus also cooling the entire cargo space.

The quality of the cargo during transport requires a constant room temperature and a clean cargo room atmosphere. This applies in particular to fruit trips. Here, the air circulation system should not only transmit the temperature, but also absorb the heat of maturation of the fruit and thus the development of maturing gases such as CO 2 , acetylene, ethylene, etc. This, in turn, requires that the cargo is really sufficiently bathed in cooling air in all positions.

In the standard cooling vessels, an airway through the cargo of about two to three meters is usually expected. In these areas, the airways through ducts, etc. are very easy to control. There is also sufficient experience for these systems. High-bay warehouses on board ships, especially for the transport of fruit, are much more difficult to ventilate due to their construction.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a recirculation system for stationary storage rooms and cargo holds of reefers with high-bay storage for stacked or palletized Good, with the it is ensured that the charge is completely surrounded by cooling air while maintaining a constant cooling temperature in all positions.

This object is achieved with a recirculation system for localized storage rooms and cargo holds of reefers with high-bay warehouses for stacked or palletized goods with the features specified in claim 1.

Thereafter, the recirculation system according to the invention is that in the storage room or the hold of a refrigerated ship in the region of each shelf storage two superimposed air circuits are designed to cool the cargo and the load compartment, wherein in the cargo space at least one shelf storage, preferably two rack storage, are arranged and each shelf storage a shaft for the stacking vehicle is assigned or between the two shelf storage a shaft for the stacking vehicle is arranged, wherein the shaft serves as a common pressure distribution chamber of the supply air for each shelf storage.

Thereafter, the high-bay warehouse in a storage room or on board ships is characterized by the fact that before each shelf storage a shaft for the stacking vehicle must be present and subject to change. This shaft is used for the air circulation system as air distribution shaft.

The air duct system according to the invention consists hereinafter of two superimposed air circuits. Each of these air circuits passes through an air cooler by means of the power of fans, which is mounted on the opposite side of the shaft of the shelf storage.

Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Thus, the merging of the two superposed air circuits opens in front of the suction side of the superposed air cooler. Each of the air circuits passes through an air cooler through the power of fans mounted on the opposite side of the shaft in front of the shelf storage.

The air duct is such that for the upper air circuits, the air cooler are flowed vertically upwards, wherein the air is passed through a ceiling duct in the shaft. The bottom walls of this ceiling channel are provided with air outlet openings, so that a direct loading of the upper regions of the load or the pallets takes place.

In the lower air circuit, the air is vertically guided from top to bottom by fans through the air cooler, the air is guided through a bottom channel to the shaft. Again, the upper wall of the bottom channel is provided with air outlet openings for supplying the lowest layer of the stacked goods or pallets with freshly cooled air.

For cooling the outer walls of the storage space or the loading space, the air ducts facing the air coolers of the air circuits are designed so that a portion of the cold air is diverted to cool the outer walls of the storage room or the load compartment.

After that, in the air circulation system according to the invention, the air duct is designed so that the air cooler are flowed vertically upwards for the upper circles and the air is passed through the ceiling duct in the stacking shaft. In the lower air circuit, the air is guided vertically from top to bottom over the fans through the air cooler and also led through a channel to the stacking shaft.

With a circulating air system designed in accordance with the invention, it is ensured that the high-bay warehouse and also the storage space or the cargo space are uniformly and with cooling air played around while maintaining constant predetermined temperatures, so that the charge is sufficiently cooled in all positions.

Furthermore, the invention comprises a stationary storage space or a cargo space of reefers with at least one high-bay warehouse, wherein the storage space or cargo space is provided with a recirculation system with the features of claims 1 to 11.
