- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le tabac (28, 28') est, à partir des au moins deux cheminées d'accumulation (40, 40'), transporté sur au moins une surface d'écoulement (44, 44') respective, et est ensuite amené aux au moins deux transporteurs aspirants de boudin (50, 50').

- Installation pour confectionner au moins deux boudins de tabac (90, 90') dans une machine à produire des boudins de cigarette, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :des moyens d'alimentation (17, 38, 39, 40, 40', 52, 70) destinés à transporter du tabac (28, 28'), en particulier du tabac dosé et/ou tamisé, vers au moins un transporteur aspirant de boudin (50, 50') respectif, étant précisé que les moyens d'alimentation (17, 38, 39, 40, 40', 52, 70) comprennent au moins deux cheminées d'accumulation (40, 40'), qu'un moyen de chargement (39) est prévu, et que le moyen de chargement (39) permet un remplissage en alternance des au moins deux cheminées d'accumulation (40, 40') avec du tabac (28, 28'), caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de réglage de hauteur d'accumulation comportant au moins un capteur (11 à 16), destiné à détecter la hauteur d'accumulation (27, 27') du tabac dans une cheminée d'accumulation (40, 40'), et un dispositif de commande et/ou de régulation (22), la vitesse de transmission du tabac d'un organe transporteur (42, 42'), qui fait immédiatement suite à la cheminée d'accumulation (40, 40'), en aval de celle-ci dans la direction de transport du tabac, pouvant être commandée au moyen du dispositif de commande et/ou de régulation (22), la durée respective du chargement de la cheminée d'accumulation (40, 40') respective pouvant être commandée, et la durée de remplissage des cheminées d'accumulation (40, 40') respectives étant réglée en fonction de la vitesse de transmission des organes transporteurs (42, 42') faisant immédiatement suite aux cheminées d'accumulation (40, 40').
- Installation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que l'organe transporteur (42, 42') est un cylindre de prélèvement.
- Installation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la vitesse de rotation du cylindre de prélèvement (42, 42') peut être commandée.
