Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dispenser pump for drop-free metered dispensing of liquid to pasty products from containers such as bottles, canisters or tubes, consisting of a provided with a suction pump base for attachment to the container opening, wherein the suction with the product via, for example, a hose in contact and from a pump top with a movable hood for sucking the product through the suction opening of the pump base into a suction chamber and for dispensing the product via a dispensing channel with application opening from this suction chamber.
  • a paste dispenser with a hollow cylindrical dispenser housing which is open at its lower end to the atmosphere and closed by a Nachschreibkolben and which contains at its upper end an axially displaceable pump piston with a tubular piston rod trained.
  • the upper pump piston and the lower Nachschreibkolben limit a paste chamber formed between them.
  • paste is pressed out of the paste chamber through the hollow piston rod to the application opening by a downward external pressure on the upper pump piston.
  • the regenerated piston is pulled upwards by the vacuum created in the paste chamber. This process can be repeated until the paste chamber is empty and the follower piston makes contact with the pump piston.
  • a dispenser for pasty products known with a metering pump for dispensing dosed amounts of bottle or can-like paste containers with a bellows rubber-elastic plastic, which is arranged connecting between two housing parts made of dimensionally stable plastic, which engage telescopically in the axial direction.
  • the housing parts are axially movable between two stroke limits against each other and formed with return springs. To dispense the paste, these are led downwards by an external pressure on the housing parts, whereby the paste located inside the bellows is pressed through the housing parts to the application opening. After completion of the external pressure, a reset of the housing parts by the spring force of the bellows takes place.
  • a now opened valve at the lower opening of the bellows causes by the provision of a refilling of the bellows, while also here by a Nachschkolben more paste is pulled up.
  • dispensers are known with a dispenser head arranged in the dispenser pump, the pumping chamber input and output side is limited by check valves.
  • an axially displaceable pressure piston which is displaceable downwards by an external pressure and which is returned to its initial position by means of return springs arranged in the pumping chamber - after elimination of the external pressure.
  • dispenser head arranged in the dispenser head, the actuation of which, by means of an applied external dispensing pressure, presses the product to be dispensed via a pumping chamber through an application opening.
  • the invention has for its object to improve a dispenser pump of the type mentioned above, such that with a relatively simple design and low installation effort allows a precise and reliable, portioned dispensing of the product with ease of use.
  • the acting with this dual function elastic valve disc is made of a thermoplastic elastomer or rubber and can be inventively formed in its outer region with bellows-like waves.
  • the lower dispensing channel part is led down with its lower opening centrally to directly to the valve disc, so that its lower opening in the initial position of the dispensing pump is closed from below by the middle part of the valve disc.
  • the larger intake opening of the lower pump part is closed by the outer edge region of the valve disk in the starting position from above.
  • valve disc The outer edge region of the valve disc is pressed at the same time by the overpressure firmly on the correspondingly designed suction port of the pump base, so that they continue remains closed. Due to the overpressure in the suction chamber and the opened lower opening of the dispensing channel, the product to be dispensed is forced out of the suction chamber and conveyed through the dispensing channel and its partially angled upper dispensing channel portion with application opening which is led out laterally from the pump top.
  • the hood is made of an elastic material, for example of a thermoplastic elastomer, so that it is axially deformable. It is sealingly attached above the upper angled dispensing channel portion on an upper edge of the pump top.
  • the entire dispensing channel is formed here as a stationary in the pump upper part molded dispensing tube, and the pump upper part is fixedly connected to the pump base.
  • an axially displaceable protective cap is attached to the upper part of the pump in such a way that the outer pressure on the hood is now indirectly effected by pressure on this protective cap.
  • the pump upper part is connected via a hinge with a hinged lid to protect the sensitive hood, which covers the hood when not in use, the donor pump.
  • the pump upper part is axially displaceable relative to the pump lower part, so that the upper dispensing channel part and the hood, which are both parts of the pump upper part, are axially displaceable.
  • the lower dispensing channel part is fixedly connected to the pump base.
  • the suction chamber is piston-like similar formed with an annular space and annular piston, wherein the annular space surrounds the lower dispensing channel part in an annular shape and is thus fixed in place with the pump lower part.
  • the annular piston of this piston pump-shaped suction encloses stationary the upper Spendekanalteil and is thus axially displaceable with this and with the hood.
  • the return spring can be arranged within the dispensing channel or outside of the dispensing channel and the suction chamber.
  • a dispenser pump 1 shows a vertical section of a dispenser pump 1 according to the invention, which consists of a pump upper part 8 and a pump lower part 6.
  • the pump base 6 is sealingly in the container opening 5 of a bottle 26 (only the bottleneck is shown) pressed while the pump upper part 8 is screwed on the outside of the bottle neck.
  • the projecting into the container opening 5 from above suction port 4 of the pump base 6 is is formed as a hopper 16 with a connection for fixing a hose 21, which is immersed in the product of the bottle 26 (the product itself is not shown).
  • To close the suction opening 4 is located on the funnel 16 of the pump lower part 6, a valve disc 7, which closes in the illustrated starting position with its outer edge region 25, the suction port 4 tightly.
  • valve disc 7 Above the valve disc 7 is a limited by the valve disc 7 and a deformable hood 10 suction chamber 14, which is in operative connection with the hood 10. Centered on the valve disc 7, the lower opening 2 of the dispensing channel 3 'is guided, which is also closed by the valve disc 7 in the illustrated starting position.
  • the elastically deformable hood 10 is sealingly secured above the partially angled upper dispensing channel part 3 "with application opening 24 on an upper edge 9 of the pump top 8.
  • the hood 10 is formed at its upper end with a stop 13 by which its axial displacement (deformation ) is limited upon reaching the dispensing channel part 3 ".
  • an axially displaceable protective cap 18 is attached to the pump upper part 8, by the displacement of the hood 10 is indirectly moved. Within the pump top 8, the cap 18 is guided and held by annular beads 29, 29 'slidably.
  • FIGS. 2 and 3 show a similar (second) embodiment of the dispenser pump 1 'according to the invention.
  • the donor pump 1 ' is not covered here for protection of the hood 10 with an axially movable cap, but by a hinged lid 12 which is connected via a hinge 11 with the pump upper part 8.
  • a hinged lid 12 Opposite the hinge 11 is located on the hinged lid 12, a clamp closure 23 which engages with the hinged lid 12 closed at an upper edge of the pump upper part 8.
  • an upper air hole 17 for pressure equalization is arranged laterally in the pump upper part 8 outside the suction chamber 14 and is closed by a sealing pin 28 in the hinged lid 12 for securing the transport.
  • FIG. 3 further air holes 19 are arranged in the pump upper part 8, via which the lower air hole 15 (see FIG. 1) communicates with the upper air hole 17 (see FIG. 2).
