Claims (8)

  1. Sac à poussière pour aspirateur comprenant un sac (10) perméable à l'air, muni d'un orifice d'entrée (19) pour introduire un embout (1) d'aspirateur,
    l'orifice d'entrée (19) est muni d'un joint périphérique (12),
    le joint (12) vient en saillie dans le sac (10) et forme une lèvre d'étanchéité s'appliquant contre l'embout (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le joint (12) est réalisé par impression de la matière du sac (10) autour de l'orifice d'entrée (19).
  2. Sac à poussière d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le joint (12) forme un anneau venant en saillie dans le sac (10).
  3. Sac à poussière d'aspirateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le joint (12) va en diminuant vers son extrémité suivant une forme conique.
  4. Sac à poussière d'aspirateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le sac (10) est réalisé en un matériau non tissé.
  5. Sac à poussière d'aspirateur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé par
    une plaque de fixation en matière plastique prévue sur le sac (10) autour de l'orifice d'entrée (19).
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'un sac d'aspirateur selon lequel
    on emboutit une bande de matière (13) pour fabriquer un orifice d'entrée (19),
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    - on imprime la zone autour de l'orifice d'entrée (19) pour former une lèvre d'étanchéité (12), annulaire, venant en saillie,
    - on assemble la bande de matière (13) avec la lèvre d'étanchéité (12) à une autre bande de matière, on découpe et on termine la fabrication du sac à poussière.
  7. Procédé de fabrication selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    en imprimant la matière avec le poinçon d'impression (15) et la matrice d'impression (16) on chauffe la matière, de préférence à une température comprise entre 50°C et 200°C.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7
    caractérisé en ce que
    la bande de matière (13) est un non tissé.
