Claims (10)

  1. Flan pour un emballage de transport d'articles, comportant
    des panneaux de paroi latérale (1, 2) et des panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4) reliés les uns aux autres de manière articulée le long de bords latéraux adjacents, une languette de fixation (5) étant articulée le long d'un des bords latéraux libres,
    des panneaux supérieurs (10, 11, 12, 13) respectivement reliés de manière articulée aux bords supérieurs des panneaux de paroi latérale (1, 2) et des panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4),
    des premiers panneaux inférieurs (6, 8) respectivement contigus aux bords inférieurs des panneaux de paroi latérale (1, 2), et des seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) respectivement contigus aux bords inférieurs des panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4), les premiers panneaux inférieurs (6, 8) étant reliés de manière articulée aux bords inférieurs des panneaux de paroi latérale (1, 2) et les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) étant respectivement reliés le long d'un bord latéral de manière articulée aux premiers panneaux inférieurs (8) disposés entre ceux-ci,

    la longueur (L1) des bords latéraux des premiers (6, 8) et seconds (7, 9) panneaux inférieurs est plus courte que la longueur (L2) des bords supérieur et inférieur des panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4) et
    qu'elle comporte également des moyens de blocage par l'intermédiaire desquels, dans un état redressé, les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) peuvent être respectivement bloqués dans une relation partiellement chevauchante avec une mise en contact des surfaces par rapport aux panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4), les moyens de blocage comportant des languettes pliables (14, 15) formées dans les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) et respectivement reliées de manière articulée au panneau inférieur le long d'une ligne de pliage s'étendant longitudinalement (18, 19) qui est parallèle au bord inférieur.
  2. Flan selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les languettes pliables (14, 15) sont sensiblement rectangulaires.
  3. Flan selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les languettes pliables (14, 15) comportent un prolongement analogue à un tenon (16, 17) à leur extrémité opposée à la ligne de pliage s'étendant longitudinalement (18, 19).
  4. Flan selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comportent en outre des évidements (20, 21) pour la réception respective des prolongements analogues à des tenons (16, 17) des languettes pliables (14, 15), les évidements (20, 21) étant respectivement formés sur la ligne de pliage reliant le panneau de paroi latérale (1) et le panneau de paroi d'extrémité (3), ainsi que sur la ligne de pliage reliant le panneau de paroi d'extrémité (4) et la languette de fixation (5).
  5. Flan selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle une languette-poignée (22, 23) est poinçonnée dans les panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4) respectivement, et les languettes-poignées (22, 23) sont respectivement reliées de manière articulée aux panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4) sur une ligne de pliage (30, 31), de telle sorte qu'une ouverture de poignée est formée dans chacune de celles-ci, chaque ouverture étant, à l'état redressé, respectivement alignée avec les ouvertures de poignée (28, 29) formées dans les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9).

    des premiers panneaux inférieurs (6, 8) respectivement contigus aux bords inférieurs des panneaux de paroi latérale (1, 2), et des seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) respectivement contigus aux bords inférieurs des panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4), les premiers panneaux inférieurs (6, 8) étant reliés de manière articulée aux bords inférieurs des panneaux de paroi latérale (1, 2) et les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) étant respectivement reliés le long d'un bord latéral de manière articulée aux premiers panneaux inférieurs (8) disposés entre ceux-ci,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la longueur (L1) des bords latéraux des premiers (6, 8) et seconds (7, 9) panneaux inférieurs est plus courte que la longueur (L2) des bords supérieur et inférieur des panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4) et
    qu'il comporte également des moyens de blocage par l'intermédiaire desquels les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) sont respectivement bloqués dans une relation partiellement chevauchante avec une mise en contact des surfaces par rapport aux panneaux de paroi d'extrémité (3, 4), les moyens de blocage comportant des languettes pliables (14, 15) formées dans les seconds panneaux inférieurs (7, 9) et respectivement reliées de manière articulée au panneau inférieur le long d'une ligne de pliage s'étendant longitudinalement (18, 19) qui est parallèle au bord inférieur.
  7. Emballage de transport d'articles selon la revendication 6, dans lequel les languettes pliables (14, 15) sont sensiblement rectangulaires.
  8. Emballage de transport d'articles selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel les languettes pliables (14, 15) comportent un prolongement analogue à un tenon (16, 17) à leur extrémité opposée à la ligne de pliage s'étendant longitudinalement (18, 19).
  9. Emballage de transport d'articles selon la revendication 8, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comportent en outre des évidements (20, 21) pour la réception respective des prolongements analogues à des tenons (16, 17) des languettes pliables (14, 15), les évidements (20, 21) étant respectivement formés sur la ligne de pliage reliant le panneau de paroi latérale (1) et le panneau de paroi d'extrémité (3), ainsi que sur la ligne de pliage reliant le panneau de paroi d'extrémité (4) et la languette de fixation (5).
