The invention is based on the object to propose a collapsible container for the transport of bulk materials, which in a simple and inexpensive construction in a comfortable way foldable and erectable and its related mechanisms of contamination of bulk material are not exposed to remain fully functional under all weather conditions.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the folding parts are reinforced by struts frame structures, which are articulated on the sides of the frame, wherein on the longer side parts of the frame two Aufstellmechanismen are arranged, each on the lower frame and the lower flap part of the front arranged folding element are hinged, and wherein the side walls and / or the end walls of the inlets are provided with elastic elements which pull the material in the direction of folded position and inwardly.
In an inventively executed container thus the folding mechanisms are arranged on the frame sides of the outer frame outside of the inlet and therefore protected from contamination by the bulk material, whereby their function is maintained regardless of the bulk material. With a correspondingly stable construction, the weight of the frame is kept low, whereby the folding mechanism is constructed with good stability functional and simple. The Flexible Inlet has the further advantage that moist bulk material can hardly freeze. According to the invention, mechanisms are provided on the frame, which support a setting up from the folded position. Thanks to the elastic elements, the container with inserted inlet can easily be brought into the folded position.
It is quite sufficient if each side part of the frame has at least one folding element.
The erection mechanisms can be constructed very simply and in particular have spring-action elements.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower frame, preferably also the upper frame, of the frame have receptacles for inserting lifting elements of an emptying device. The emptying device can therefore, on the one hand, lift the container for emptying from its transport device, for example a railway wagon, and transport it to the emptying point. The receptacles on the upper frame of the frame allow lifting of the upper frame relative to the lower frame by the emptying device and thus easy and simple installation of the container.
The recordings can be made in different ways, a particularly simple variant are openings in the frame sides, another also very simple variant is an embodiment as a hollow profile, the latter being provided above all in the region of the bottom of the frame.
The inlet has an upper opening which is surrounded by a support frame, whereby it is possible to suspend or attach the supporting frame of the inlet to the upper frame of the frame. Preferably, this frame is provided with openings which correspond to the openings on the upper frame of the frame.
The elastic members may be made of an elastic material and sewn on the walls of the inlets straps and thus be simple and convenient.
If the two straps are arranged crosswise, the inlet is collapsed almost automatically when folded.
