Claims (6)

  1. Flüssigkeitsverpackungs- und -abgabeanordnung (1), umfassend:
    - einen Behälter (3) mit einem Abgabehals (9), der sich entlang einer Längsachse (L) erstreckt, und
    - eine Schließvorrichtung (5) des Behälters (3), wobei die Schließvorrichtung (5) selbst folgendes umfasst:
    einen Pfropfen (33) zum Aufdrehen auf den Abgabehals (9), und
    ein Originalitätssicherungsband (35), das unter dem Pfropfen (33) angeordnet ist und materialschlüssig über einen zerbrechlichen Bereich (37) mit dem Pfropfen (33) verbunden ist,
    wobei das Originalitätssicherungsband (35) Stützelemente (43) umfasst und der Abgabehals (9) Anschläge (21) umfasst, auf denen sich die Stützelemente (43) beim Herausdrehen des Pfropfens (33) abstützen, um eine Verdrehungssicherung des Originalitätssicherungsbands (35) um die Längsachse (L) gegenüber dem Abgabehals (9) zu erzeugen und den Bruch des zerbrechlichen Bereichs (37) zu bewirken,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabehals (9) außerdem mindestens ein Rückhalteelement (22) umfasst und das Originalitätssicherungsband (35) mindestens einen Vorsprung (45) zum Einrasten unter dem Rückhalteelement (22) umfasst, damit das Rückhalteelement (22) das Originalitätssicherungsband (35) in Längsrichtung auf dem Abgabehals (9) nach dem Bruch des zerbrechlichen Bereichs (37) zurückhält,
    dass die Schließvorrichtung (5) Laschen (38) umfasst, die den Pfropfen (33) nach unten verlängern, wobei die Laschen dafür geeignet sind, sich auf das Originalitätssicherungsband (35) zu stützen, wenn die Schließvorrichtung auf den Abgabehals (9) aufgedreht ist und das Originalitätssicherungsband bei seiner längsgerichteten Abwärtsbewegung wegen der Anschläge (21) auf einen Widerstand trifft,
    dass sich die Anschläge (21) ab einer Oberfläche (31) des Rückhalteelements (22) nach oben erstrecken,
    dass das Rückhalteelement (22) in Längsrichtung unter den Anschlägen (21) angeordnet ist,
    und dass ein Längsspiel (J) zwischen den Stützelementen (43) und dem Rückhalteelement (22) besteht, wenn der Vorsprung (45) unter dem Rückhalteelement (22) eingerastet ist.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückhalteelement eine Scheibe (22) ist.
  3. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschläge Rasten (21) sind.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere winklig um die Längsachse (L) herum beabstandete Vorsprünge (45) zum Einrasten unter dem Rückhalteelement (22) umfasst.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung oder jeder Vorsprung (45) eine untere Rampenfläche (51) umfasst, die dazu ausgebildet ist, den Übertritt der Anschläge (21) und des Rückhalteelements (22) mit einer einzigen Bewegung der Schließvorrichtung (5) gegenüber dem Hals (9) zu ermöglichen.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Stützelemente (43) nach innen abstehend ab dem Originalitätssicherungsband (35) erstrecken, und dass der zerbrechliche Bereich (23) aus brückenförmigen Stegen (37) besteht, die materialschlüssig mit inneren Enden (49) der Stützelemente (43) verbunden sind.
