Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein als Verteiler ausgebildetes elektrisches Gerät dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Einen gattungsfremden Steckverbinder , der ansonsten die Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1 aufweist, ist aus der EP 0 700 130 A1 bekannt.
  • Es ist bekannt, den Anschlüssen elektrischer Geräte, insbesondere den Anschlüssen von Verteilern (z.B. von SAI-Verteilern), Statusanzeigen in Form von Leuchtanzeigen, insbesondere LEDs zuzuordnen, beispielsweise derart, dass aus der Anzeigefarbe (z.B. grün oder rot oder gelb) der Status des Anschlusses optisch am Verteiler erkennbar ist. Dies hat sich an sich bewährt.
  • Die Erfindung hat vor diesem Stand der Technik beim Erkennen der Aufgabe an, diese Statusanzeige noch weitergehend zu nutzen.
  • Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch den Gegenstand des Anspruchs 1.
  • Durch die Erfindung wird die Statusanzeige ergänzend dazu genutzt, ein Markiererschild - insbesondere vom Hintergrund her - zu beleuchten, so dass in vorteilhafter Weise eine Doppelnutzung der sowieso vorhandenen Statusanzeige erfolgt. Die verbesserte optische Erkennbarkeit der Markiervorrichtung erleichtert das Ablesen von Informationen auf dem Markiererschild insbesondere unter rauhen Einsatzbedingungen z.B. an Produktionsanlagen.
  • Da nicht nur das Markiererschild beleuchtet wird sondern ein Teil der Leuchteinrichtung auch direkt sichtbar bleibt (z.B. grün oder rot oder gelb), wird zudem auf einfache Weise verhindert, dass beispielsweise bei einer Verwendung nicht transparenter Markiererschilder die Anzeigefähigkeit des Statusanzeige beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezug auf die Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 ein perspektivisch sowie teilweise geschnitten dargestelltes elektrisches Gerät mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Statusanzeigevorrichtung; und
    • Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht des elektrischen Gerätes aus Fig. 1.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein schematisch angedeutetes Gehäuse 1 eines elektrischen Gerätes, das beispielsweise als SAI-Verteiler (Sensor-Aktor-Interface-Verteiler) mit mehreren Anschlüssen 2 zum Anschluss von Feldgeräten wie Aktoren, Sensoren, Initiatoren oder dgl. ausgebildet sein kann.
  • Die Anschlüsse 2 können intern z.B. mit einer Leiterplatte verbunden sein (hier nicht dargestellt).
  • Wenigstens einem, vorzugsweise jedem der Anschlüsse 2 ist eine Status-Anzeigevorrichtung 3 mit einer Leuchteinrichtung 4 zugeordnet. Dabei ist die Status-Anzeigevorrichtung 3 derart ausgelegt, dass ein Teil des von der Leuchteinrichtung 4 abgegebenen Lichtes zur Statusanzeige und ein weiterer Teil des von der Leuchteinrichtung 4 abgegebenen Lichtes zur Beleuchtung eines Markiererschildes 8 genutzt ist.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Leuchteinrichtung 4 eine Leuchtdiode 5 auf, die unterhalb eines Lichtleitelementes (z.B. ein Lichtleitstift) 6 angeordnet ist, dessen von der Leuchtdiode abgewandte Oberfläche 7a abschnittsweise unterhalb des transparenten Markiererschildes 8 angeordnet ist und dessen übrige Oberfläche 7b (hier weniger als 50% der Grundfläche) an dieser Seite freiliegt (oder z.B. unter einer Klarsichtscheibe liegt), so dass das Lichtleitelement 6 in diesem Bereich einfach und sicher als Statusanzeige erkennbar ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Als Verteiler ausgebildetes elektrisches Gerät mit wenigstens einer Status-Anzeigevorrichtung für wenigstens einen Anschluss (2) des elektrischen Gerätes, insbesondere mit einer Status-Anzeigevorrichtung (3) für wenigstens einen Anschluss für Feldgeräte wie Aktoren Feldgeräte oder dgl., wobei die wenigstens eine Status-Anzeigevorrichtung (3) eine Leuchteinrichtung (4) zur Anzeige des Status des Anschlusses aufweist und wobei ein Teil des von der Leuchteinrichtung (4) abgegebenen Lichtes zur Statusanzeige und ein weiterer Teil des von der Leuchteinrichtung abgegebenen Lichtes zur Beleuchtung eines Markiererschildes (8) genutzt ist, das aus einem transparenten Material besteht, wobei die Leuchteinrichtung als Leuchtdiode (5) ausgebildet ist, die unterhalb eines Lichtleitelementes (6) angeordnet ist, dessen von der Leuchtdiode abgewandte Oberfläche (7a) direkt als Status anzeige erkennbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lichtleitelement (6) abschnittsweise direkt unterhalb des Markiererschildes (8) angeordnet ist.
