Claims (5)

  1. Toit de bâtiment avec une couche portante (20) étanche à l'eau et une couche de revêtement (30) fixée dessus, une couche d'étanchéité (22) étant disposée sur une face de la couche portante (20), caractérisé en ce qu'un écrou de rivet borgne (10), qui comporte une tête de rivet (12) formée par une collerette sur une première face de la couche portante (20), un bourrelet de rivet (24) sur une seconde face de la couche portante (20) et une tige (14) sensiblement en forme de pot, ouverte uniquement à l'extrémité côté tête de rivet de l'écrou de rivet borgne (10) avec un taraudage (26), est disposé dans un trou de rivet (18) de la couche portante (20) de manière à traverser la couche d'étanchéité (2), ce qui fait que celle-ci est maintenue par serrage entre la tête de rivet (12) et le bourrelet de rivet (24), et qu'ainsi l'écrou de rivet borgne (10) est assemblé de manière étanche à la couche d'étanchéité (22), et en ce que la couche de revêtement (30) est fixée sur l'écrou de rivet borgne (10) par une vis (32) vissée dans le taraudage (26).
  2. Toit de bâtiment selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'étanchéité (22) recouvre à plat la couche portante (20).
  3. Toit de bâtiment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'étanchéité (22) est disposée entre la couche de revêtement (30) et la couche portante (20).
  4. Toit de bâtiment selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche de revêtement (30) prend appui, par un élément intermédiaire (28), sur la couche d'étanchéité (22) et/ou la tête de rivet (12).
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un toit de bâtiment avec une couche portante (20) étanche à l'eau et une couche de revêtement (30) fixée dessus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    - mise en place d'une couche d'étanchéité (22) sur une face de la couche portante (20),
    - réalisation d'un trou de rivet (18) dans la couche portante (20),
    - insertion d'un écrou de rivet borgne (10) qui comporte une tête de rivet (12) formée par une collerette et une tige (14) sensiblement en forme de pot avec un taraudage (26), qui est ouverte uniquement à l'extrémité côté tête de rivet de l'écrou de rivet borgne (10), avec la tige (14) la première dans le trou de rivet, ce qui fait que la tête de rivet (12) se trouve sur une première face de la couche portante (20) et la tige (14) traverse la couche portante (20) et la couche d'étanchéité (22),
    - formation d'un bourrelet de rivet (24) sur une seconde face de la couche portante (20) par serrage de la tige (14) contre la tête de rivet (12), la couche d'étanchéité (22) étant serrée entre la tête de rivet (12) et le bourrelet de rivet (24), et l'écrou de rivet borgne (10) étant assemblé de manière étanche à la couche d'étanchéité (22), et
    - fixation de la couche de revêtement (30) au moyen d'une vis (32) vissée à l'intérieur du taraudage (26).
