In Fig. 1 ist eine Schleifwalze 11 teilweise schematisch im Querschnitt dargestellt. Sie weist ein Innenrohr 13 auf, welches links mit einem Einspannende 14a und rechts mit einem Einspannende 14b versehen ist. Die Einspannenden 14 dienen sozusagen als Wellen und werden in üblichen Walzenlagern gelagert. Mittels zweier Konusringe 16a und 16b samt Verschraubung wird ein dazwischenliegendes Außenteil 18 auf dem Innenrohr 13 befestigt. Das Außenteil 18, welches den eigentlichen Schleifteil bildet, besteht aus einer äußeren rohrartigen Hülle 19, welche einen Schleifbezug 20 trägt.In Fig. 1 a grinding roller 11 is shown partially schematically in cross section. Claims (14)

  1. Roller (11) for grinding objects having a planar surface, particularly printed circuit boards, where it is provided with an applicable coating (20) on an outer, tubular sleeve (19) and in the interior of the outer sleeve it has means (22) for forcing apart or supporting the outer sleeve, the means acting at least in a central area of the length of the roller (11), said means (22) exerting a pressure against the inside of the outer sleeve (19), characterized in that the means (22) have a tensioning element (27) which can be forced apart and the tensioning element is a ring, a countertensioning element (34) being provided for forcing apart the tensioning element (27), the counter tensioning element being positioned radially within the tensioning element.
  2. Roller according to claim 1, characterized in that the tensioning element which can be forced apart is an elastic ring and is preferably elastically compressible or extensible.
  3. Roller according to claim 1, characterized in that the tensioning element which can be forced apart is a radially slotted ring (27) or sleeve, the slot preferably being axially directed.
  4. Roller according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioning element (27) is made from metal.
  5. Roller according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioning element and countertensioning element can be moved against one another.
  6. Roller according to claim 5, characterized in that the tensioning element (27) and countertensioning element (34) can be moved against one another by means of a screw adjuster (24, 25), preferably in both directions along the longitudinal axis of the roller (11).
  7. Roller according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the countertensioning element (34) is constructed in conically tapering manner and/or the tensioning element (27) is constructed in conically widening manner in the direction of the in each case other element and preferably both elements in each case taper in inverted conical manner towards one another and the tensioning element engages over the countertensioning element.
  8.
