Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a new razor consisting of a
From DE10117766A1 a razor with a shaving device is known, which has an additional dispenser for a shaving means, in particular for a shaving gel, the dispenser extending from the shaver spatially separated but extending parallel to it substantially over the entire length of the shaving head.
The known shaving device has a stable handle, in which the shaving agent is stored in a reservoir. The emptying of the reservoir via a drive device which is operated either manually or with an electric motor.
The known device is complicated to manufacture and complicated to handle, since the dispenser for the shaving foam impairs the shaving process. Also, the higher weight of the known shaver is suitable only for certain areas of skin, but not for a universal shave.
The object of the present invention is to develop a new razor and a method for its production, with which all parts of the face are easily accessible and a wet shaving using a shaving medium stored in the holder is economically feasible.
This object is achieved by the features specified in the claims. The new razor is characterized by a handle having a cavity, which is at least partially elastic in the region of the cavity is deformable to press out a stored in the cavity shaving by finger pressure.
Preferably, the cavity is subdivided into a space for a shaving means and into an area for an after shave. The elastic sidewalls then extend over both the shaving cavity cavity and the aftershave cavity.
A particularly favorable manufacturing method is characterized in that the handle is made in one piece from plastic, wherein the walls are formed thinner in the region of the cavities. As a result, an elastic deformability is achieved, so that the volume of the cavities for dispensing the shaving means or aftershave agent can be reduced.
An alternative to the above-mentioned one-piece manufacture of the razor according to the invention is that the handle is pressed in skeletal form of plastic and then coated with an elastic skin. This plastic skin is drawn by shrinkage taut over the rigid handle body wherein the nozzle openings are arranged in the region of the rigidly formed skeleton part in the central region of the razor handle.

- Figure 2 side view as a cross section of the inventively designed razor
According to FIG. 1, the razor according to the invention comprises a
- a) Gießverfahren
- a) Gießverfahren
- 1. Forming the cavities for the shaving and the Aftershavemittel
The cavities are to define a certain volume that is sealed from the environment. At certain predetermined locations at least one opening of the respective cavity is arranged. The opening is self-sealing, ie the shaving agent or the aftershave agent only reaches the surface when a sufficiently high pressure is built up in the cavity.
The pressure builds up mechanically by reducing the void volume. For this purpose, either the side surfaces or the front side of the razor are formed elastically in the region of the respective cavity. "Elastic" means that the respective outer surface can be pressed inwards by finger pressure so far that the cavity volume is reduced by approximately 10 to 90%. - 2. Filling and refilling the cavities
First, it is thought to form the razor according to the invention as a disposable product. This means that the filling of the cavities takes place only once. Thus, after deformation of the corresponding pressure surfaces no spring back to the initial state is required as a rule.
But you can also equip each opening of the cavity with a double-acting valve. The valve in the outlet direction would have the effect that it only releases the opening at a certain pressure. In the Inlet direction, the valve provides for a gas exchange to rebuild the cavity back to its original shape.
The manufacture of the razor according to the invention takes place at the head part of the razor as usual. Only the handle is designed as a plastic part with a new configuration. In the simplest case, the handle is made in one piece with a uniform or separated into two subspaces cavities. As plastics flexible thermoplastics, PE, PVC, PA and combinations of the aforementioned substances are used.
At least two different production methods are conceivable: - 3. Production of the razor according to the invention
- a) casting process
The razor is manufactured as an injection molded part with lost cores. The lost cores form the cavities, over which either on both sides of the narrow sides or on the front compliant elastic pressure surfaces are incorporated. - b) The razor is manufactured in skeleton construction, whereby a flexible
Plastic outer skin is pulled over a load-bearing skeleton, in which the shaving means and the Aftershavemittel are inserted as finished bag packing. The openings are formed as plastic nozzles, which are screwed into the outer skin and penetrate with their pointed end in the bag packages.
- a) casting process
- 4. Razor variant with refill pack
The handle part of the razor is designed as a hollow body and provided at its widest point with a clampable or screwed closure. After the closure has been opened, shaving means and aftershave agents in bag form can be inserted into the interior of the holder. By turning a pointed nozzle opening, this penetrates into the respective bag and stops a connection to the outer surface of the razor according to the invention. All other operations of pressing on corresponding pressure surfaces of the handle made as described above.
The task of the new disposable razor is to be able to start with a wet shave without tools and without much preparation. Conventional razors, especially razors for wet shaving, are equipped with a shaving device, also called a razor head, and equipped with a handle. The razor head has razor blades for shaving. In wet shaving, a shaving agent is usually applied first to the areas of the skin to be shaved, such as shaving cream or shaving gel or foamed shaving gel, which aids shaving by the razor blades and thereby protects the skin areas to be shaved.
For this purpose, it is provided that in the handle of the razor, a dispenser in the form of two spaces for saving shaving and aftershave is to be created. To apply the shaving agent directly to the area of the skin to be shaved, it is necessary to simply hold one hand on the surface of the respective space in the handle so that the shaving agent or aftershave agent flows through a hole on the other hand.
This razor blade holder, shaving and aftershave donors are combined in one device and so an ideal wet shaver for travelers, vacationers, truckers, fitters, soldiers, etc. manufacture.
According to a particular aspect of the invention, a space for the shaving means and another for aftershave means is preferably provided in the handle of the shaver, and the shaving agent or the aftershave agent is dispensed from the respective space. The shaving agent and the aftershave agent are thus advantageously stored and carried in the razor itself and does not have to be transported in a separate container. This is particularly useful when the shaver is used while traveling or on the move and thus does not need to be thought of extra to the shaving kit.
The discharge from the storage space can be done manually by a pressure with the fingers (pointer and thumb) of a hand on the respective space, which is also preferably provided in the handle of the razor and by the advantageous manner, the delivery of shaving through a hole in the room , The operation of this pressure by the user of the razor can be particularly convenient by a preferably provided on an outer side of the handle of the razor operating surface.
