Abstract
A wet razor with a gel/foam dispenser and made up of a razor head 3 which is attached to the razor shaft/handle 2, which in turn is made from durable and soft rubbers and has a gel/foam dispenser molded into the end of the shaft/handle 1 (Fig 1). The dispenser would be molded from a supple rubber so that when pressure is applied in the form of a squeezing motion to point 1 the gel/foam discharges from the chamber 4 (Fig 4).
Description
DISPOSABLE WET RAZOR
The invention is to do with a disposable wet shaving razor the type of which is used by individuals on a daily basis.
Although the modern day razor works well the invention i propose changes the capability of the razor and the sequential routine of how an individual would normally shave.
The concept of the invention I am proposing is one of a disposable wet razor with an integrated shaving gel/foam dispenser.
In essence, the invention is essentially made up of two parts, the razor head and the razor shafVhandle. However what makes this razor different from the rest is that its able to be used for a dual purpose (rather than just shaving) and eradicates the need for others products that would normally be used in the method of shaving. The shafVhandle would be made out of rubber and molded into the end of the shafVhandle is a shaving gel/foam squeezable dispenser containing the liquid content.
The razor head would be made from plastics and metals blades. The shafVhandle with integrated gel/foam dispenser would be molded from a mixture of durable and soft rubber materials. I have introduced the use of rubber for two reasons the first that it is a water resistant based material and therefore gives better control when shaving. The second is that the gel/foam dispenser needs to be of a supple rubber to allow discharge of the gel/foam content when gently squeezed.
Enclosed with this presentation are number of accompanying drawings which are intended to encapsulates the invention and provides a visualization to the general public.
The drawings enclosed will now be described by reference to the following: Fig 1 Shows a plan elevation of the razor Fig 2 Show the razor from a side view i Fig 3 Is a view of the razor from the end of the shafVhandle where the gel/foam discharge chamber is located | Page 1/6 | Fig 4 Is to emphasize the overall look and shape of the razor and also to show an enlarged section of the discharge gel/foam dispenser.
Figure 1 shows the razor from a plan view, the gel/foam dispenser 1 is located at the bottom end of the razor shafVhandle.
Figure 2 shows gel/foam dispenser from a side angle and highlights the volume of gel/foam content capable of being stored 1. When a squeezing motion is applied to 1 the content of the dispenser is discharged via the exit chamber 4.
Figure 3 is the end of the razor shafVhandle showing the gel/foam discharge chamber 4 and is where the gel/foam content exits the shafVhandle. Figure 4 also shows an enlarged section of the exit chamber 4 l i | Page 2/6 |
