Description

  • La présente invention concerne le domaine des appareillages électriques, en particulier des interrupteurs et notamment des interrupteurs modulaires munis d'une lampe témoin ou de signalisation, et a pour objet un tel interrupteur.
  • Il existe, actuellement, sur différents interrupteurs, modulaires ou non des dispositifs témoins ou de signalisation sous forme de lampes, dont le faisceau traverse généralement une partie translucide de l'actionneur desdits interrupteurs.
  • Par le terme lampe est désigné ci-après tout dispositif permettant de réaliser un éclairage, à savoir sous forme de lampes à incandescence, de lampes fluorescentes, de dispositifs électroluminescents, par exemple de diodes électroluminescentes.
  • Ces lampes connues, qui sont montées par enfichage traversant dans le mécanisme des interrupteurs sont reliées électriquement aux bornes du mécanisme de l'interrupteur par un câblage effectué manuellement.

  • A cet effet, ledit interrupteur, constitué par une plaque d'habillage surmontée d'un actionneur et pourvue à sa face inférieure d'un mécanisme muni de bornes de connexion et comportant une lampe témoin ou de signalisation logée dans le mécanisme et débouchant à travers la plaque d'habillage sous une partie translucide de l'actionneur, est caractérisé en ce que ladite lampe témoin ou de signalisation est pourvue d'un bornier de connexion électrique aux bornes de l'interrupteur par enfichage dans une prise correspondante du mécanisme, ledit bornier étant câblé d'origine sur la lampe.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise, grâce à la description ci-après, qui se rapporte à un mode de réalisation préféré, donné à titre d'exemple non limitatif, et expliqué avec référence aux dessins schématiques annexés, dans lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective par le côté d'un interrupteur conforme à l'invention ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective par le dessous de l'interrupteur, et
    • la figure 3 est une vue en perspective par le dessus de l'interrupteur.
  • Les figures 1 à 3 des dessins annexés représentent un interrupteur constitué par une plaque d'habillage 1 surmontée d'un actionneur 2 et montée par sa face inférieure sur un mécanisme 3 muni de bornes de connexion 4, cet interrupteur comportant une lampe témoin ou de signalisation 5 logée dans le mécanisme 3 et débouchant à travers la plaque d'habillage 1 sous une partie translucide 6 de l'actionneur 2.
  • Conformément à l'invention et comme le montrent plus particulièrement les figures 2 et 3 des dessins annexés, ladite lampe témoin ou de signalisation 5 est pourvue d'un bornier 7 de connexion électrique aux bornes de l'interrupteur par enfichage dans une prise correspondante 8 du mécanisme 3, ledit bornier 7 étant câblé d'origine sur la lampe 5.
  • Ainsi, la lampe témoin ou de signalisation 5 forme avec son bornier de connexion électrique 7 une pièce unique pouvant être montée simplement et rapidement dans le mécanisme 3 par enfichage de la lampe à travers son logement dans le mécanisme 3 et par enfichage du bornier 7 de la prise correspondante 8 du mécanisme 3.
  • Le logement vide de la lampe 5 et la prise 8 pour la connexion du bornier 7 sont parfaitement visibles sur la figure 2, sur laquelle la lampe 5 et le bornier 7 ne sont pas représentés. La figure 1 des dessins annexés représente l'interrupteur conforme à l'invention, le bornier 7 étant enfiché dans la prise 8 et la lampe 5 étant logée dans le mécanisme 3.
  • Dans cette position, et comme le montre la figure 3, la lampe témoin 5 peut avertir l'utilisateur de l'état du circuit commandé par l'interrupteur, par exemple en étant allumée, ce qui pourra être constaté, si la lampe est allumée, par constatation de l'allumage de la lumière, à travers la partie translucide 6 de l'actionneur 2.
  • Grâce à l'invention, il est possible de réaliser des interrupteurs, en particulier des interrupteurs modulaires munis d'une lampe témoin ou de signalisation, dont ladite lampe peut être montée facilement et rapidement sans nécessiter d'opérations spécifiques de câblage lors du montage. Il en résulte que le prix de revient des interrupteurs ainsi réalisés peut être réduit et que le fonctionnement de ces lampes est rendu plus fiable.

Claims (1)

  1. Interrupteur, constitué par une plaque d'habillage (1) surmontée d'un actionneur (2) et montée par sa face inférieure sur un mécanisme (3) muni de bornes de connexion (4), cet interrupteur comportant une lampe témoin ou de signalisation (5) logée dans le mécanisme (3) et débouchant à travers la plaque d'habillage (1) sous une partie translucide (6) de l'actionneur (2), caractérisé en ce que ladite lampe témoin ou de signalisation (5) est pourvue d'un bornier (7) de connexion électrique aux bornes de l'interrupteur par enfichage dans une prise correspondante (8) du mécanisme (3), ledit bornier (7) étant câblé d'origine sur la lampe (5).
