Claims (8)

  1. Ein Zuführapparat (1) mit schwingendem Drehelement (10) mit Produkt-Beabstandung, ausgebildet, um in Reihe mit einem Sternförder- und -Falzrad (5) einer Verpackungsmaschine angeordnet zu werden, Folgendes umfassend: eine gesteuerte Einheit (3) zur Verteilung einer Folie (4), mit der jedes Produkt (P) eingewickelt und verpackt wird, einen drehenden Sternförder (5), ausgestattet am Ende jedes seiner Arme (6) mit einem Greifelement (7) für ein entsprechendes Produkt (P), mindestens eine Einheit (8) zum Fördern der Produkte (P), die angeordnet ist, um die Produkte (P) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer Drehachse (9) des Sternförderes (5) zu fördern, und die mit der Verteilungseinheit (3) ausgerichtet ist; eine Einführungseinheit (13) zum Einführen des Produktes (P) in das Greifelement (7) des Arms (6) des drehenden Sternförderes (5), der an den Bereich angrenzt, wo die Folie (4) vorbereitet wird,
    gekennzeichnet durch ein Drehelement (10), angeordnet am Endabschnitt der mindestens einen Einheit (8), zur Überführung jedes Produktes (P) an die Einführungseinheit (13), wobei das Drehelement (10) mit Endarmen (12) ausgestattet ist, von denen mindestens einer mit einer entsprechenden Greifklemme (11) versehen und geeignet ist, sich aus einer ersten Anordnung, in der die Backen der jeweiligen Greifklemme (11) sich parallel zu und angrenzend an entsprechende seitliche Oberflächen des Produktes (P) befinden, in eine zweite Anordnung zu drehen, in der die Klemme (11) mit einem der Greifelemente (7) ausgerichtet ist und daran angrenzt, die starr mit dem entsprechenden Arm (6) des Sternförderes (5) gekoppelt sind.
  2. Der Zuführapparat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endarme (12) des Drehelements (10) zwei und im Wesentlichen koplanar sind und in einem Winkel von 90° zueinander liegen.
  3. Der Zuführapparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehelement (10), um sich von der ersten Anordnung in die zweite Anordnung zu bewegen, von einem Motorantrieb durch einen Hub von im Wesentlichen 90° angetrieben wird, wobei ein ähnlicher Rückhub für den Rückweg von der zweiten Anordnung in die erste Anordnung bereitgestellt wird.
  4. Der Zuführapparat gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fördereinheiten (8) zwei sind, ausgerichtet und benachbart, und parallel zu der Ebene liegen, die den Sternförderer (5) enthält.
  5. Der Zuführapparat gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführungseinheit (13) zur Überführung des Produkts (P) von der entsprechenden Klemme (11) des Elements (10) an das Greifelement (7) zwischen dem Element (10) und dem Greifelement (7) der Klemme (11) angeordnet ist.
  6. Der Zuführapparat gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführungseinheit aus einem Vorschubschieber (13) besteht, der im inaktiven Zustand im Wesentlichen unterhalb der Klemme (11) des Drehelements (10) angeordnet ist, wenn die Klemme sich in der zweiten Anordnung befindet, wobei sein oberes Ende sich vertikal bewegt.
  7. der Zuführapparat gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende mit einem Behälter für das Produkt (P) ausgestattet ist, wobei das Produkt (P) während der Translationsbewegung sich innerhalb des Behälters befindet, bis es, mit Anordnung der Verpackungsfolie (4) dazwischen, im Greifelement (7) eines der Arme (6) des Sternförderers (5) angeordnet wird.
  8. Eine Verpackungsmaschine mit einem Zuführapparat wie in Anspruch 1 beansprucht.
