Abstract
The present invention refers to an equipment for wrapping single bread-baking products packaged together. Specifically, it is about a piece of equipment completely automated, which clusters, puts in order, arranges and transfers the bread-baking products to the product feeding conveyor of the wrapping machine. Said equipment has the quality of being perfectly synchronized with its components, providing a better operation precision and celerity;significantly reducing man intervention in this important unitary operation. The equipment is characterized because the thrusters that it presents receive two types of movements through a lever with eccentric pin that also is activated with the direction changers in the feeding heads. These movements (pendulous and circular) permit an adequate and synchronized working of the thrusters aligning and clustering in a perfect manner the bread-baking pieces, for its later wrapping. The structure in general is fixed to a wrapping machine conveyor belt of product, putting all the mechanisms in perfect synchronization with the wrapper, giving a better functionality and much more benefits.
Description
SYSTEM OF GROUPING OF BREAD PIECES FOR THEIR SUBSEQUENT WRAPPING
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a team for the preparation of bakers products, forming groups, for subsequent wrapping, either in presentations of two or four loose bakers products, as required. More specifically, it is a fully automated equipment which groups, orders and accommodates the pieces of bakery products according to the desired quantity, and which also translates these groups once arranged and ordered, to the product feeding conveyor of the machine. wrapping machine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Until prior to the present invention, the operation of arranging and arranging the pieces of bakers' products, for their wrapping, required the permanent presence of personnel at the site where each wrapping machine was located, dedicated, said personnel, exclusively to arrange, order and manually transfer the product (bakers' product parts) to the wrapping machine

Currently in the baking industry and more specifically in the process of making pieces of bakers products, there are production lines in which it is necessary to optimize certain unit operations, such as packaging or wrapping, where it is required to completely automate this operation that implies obtaining better results.
Industrial baking being an activity with high production volumes, it is required that the unit operations used in the production process of different products, are developed as accurately as possible and at acceptable speeds that provide satisfactory results and therefore greater benefits.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has as its first objective to make available a fully automated machine or device for preparation of pieces of bakers products, which allows to properly arrange, align, group and move said pieces of bakers products in desired quantity and order, of the food conveyor.
Adaptation of the usher to the product feed conveyor of the wrapping machine.
Another objective of the present invention is to have a machine that, in addition to the aforementioned qualities, involves a reduction in labor costs, by eliminating the presence of personnel in wrapping machines, and also avoids direct contact of people with the product.
Another objective of the invention is to have a machine that besides having the ability to wrap presentations of two and four bakery products, has the versatility to be able to wrap other types of products, in ways similar to those of bakers or bakery products. of rectangular shape without importing the size, with the only condition that it can be adapted to the packing conditions of the product; This versatility is achieved by simply modifying the dimensions of the pusher and its arms.
And all those qualities and objectives that will become apparent, when making a description of the present invention, supported in the illustrated modalities, to those people related or not with the field of technology.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In general terms, the automatic system for preparing the pieces of bakers products for subsequent wrapping of the present invention consists of 1) a grouping system, which consists of a pair of thermoplastic strip strips, which carry the product ( baker product) from the production area, to the accommodation site. and ordering for its wrapping, these bands transport the product, without it having a certain arrangement or arrangement.
Each conveyor belt presents in the final part a pair of guides (one per band) perfectly centered, whose function is to form rows of donuts in longitudinal form, deviating them in turn to send them to other bands with characteristics similar to the previous ones. These last bands present in the final part a 2) structure fixed transversely to it (stop), which has the function of stopping the donuts once aligned by the deviators.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The characteristic details of the preferred embodiment of the present invention are described below, relying on the accompanying drawings and serving the same reference signs to indicate the same parts of the system.
Once the pieces of bakers' products have been prepared, they are conducted from the production area, to the area of accommodation and ordering for their wrapping through two conveyors of thermoplastic slats (1), which present in their final part and properly centered a pair of guides (10), one for each band, that allow to properly order the donuts, forming rows of donuts longitudinally, deviating them in turn to guide them to other bands with the same characteristics as those already mentioned.
In the present embodiment, the bands lead the rows of the baker product (A), to the two feeder heads (7), one for each band, which are located at the ends, which are also constituted with a pusher (3) each with fixed support, which receive movement of a direction changer (6) through a lever with eccentric bolt (5) that causes the arms of the pushers (4) to activate, the latter receive two types of movements that transmit to the pushers (3), helping to improve the operation satisfactorily; One of the movements received by the pushers is of the pendular type and the other is circular; the pendular movement has the purpose of pushing a pair of donuts perfectly towards the area of the feed conveyor to the envoing machine (2), which is located between the two bands of thermoplastic slats that have an adequate separation, allowing the correct installation of said conveyor.
The second movement that the pushers receive is the circular type, which has the purpose of freeing the height of the following pieces of bread, which have already passed to the area of the pushers (3) and the one to be reinstalled in its initial site to start another cycle.
Each pusher (3) takes two pieces of bread from the rows previously formed by the auks of the feeding head (10) and transfers them to the feeding conveyor of the wrapping machine (2), and as both pushers act synchronously, it is achieved form a group of four donuts (B) properly ordered and aligned, ready for wrapping.
In addition, the pushers (3) of the feeder head (7) are also perfectly synchronized with the thrusters of the feed conveyor (2) of the wrapping machine; due to this, the transmission of the feeding head (7) is provided by the feed conveyor (2) of the wrapping machine. The thermoplastic spreader conveyors (1) 'side of the feed head (7), act with its own drive unit, completely independent.
The invention has been described sufficiently so that a person with average knowledge in the art can reproduce it and obtain the results that we mentioned in the present invention.
