Dabei wird das Gargut automatisch erkannt, so daß dann der Garprozeß entweder in Abhängigkeit von voreingestellten Parametern oder nach in einer Speichereinrichtung der Regeleinrichtung hinterlegten Garprofilen geführt werden kann. Zu diesem Zwecke kann beispielsweise ein Cluster-Verfahren zum Einsatz kommen, wie es aus der WO 2004/62372 A2 bekannt ist. Gemäß Figur 3 kann in einem weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Gargerät (nicht gezeigt) auch ein Garprozeßfühler 17" zum Einsatz kommen, und zwar sowohl zur Erfassung eines Garguts 5" in einem Garraum als auch zur Erfassung von spezifischen Gargutgrößen des Garguts 5". Sobald also über den Garprozeßfühler 17" die Anordnung eines Garguts 5", in das er zumindest teilweise eingeführt ist, in dem Garraum erfaßt worden ist, beispielsweise auf der Grundlage des Offenbarungsgehalt der DE 100 61 821 C2 , wird automatisch ein Garprozeß gestartet. Ein Betätigungselement als Bestandteil einer Schalteinrichtung ist somit nicht vonnöten. Vielmehr wird eine Schalteinrichtung von dem Garprozeßfühler 17" bereitgestellt. Mittels über den Garprozeßfühler 17" erfaßter Gargutgrößen wird zudem der Garprozeß automatisch geführt, wie beispielsweise im Rahmen der DE 199 45 021 A1 beschrieben. Bei dieser Garprozeßführung werden also über eine Regeleinrichtung 20', die die Ausgabedaten des Garprozeßfühlers 17" empfängt und auswertet, ein Dampfgenerator 21", ein Gebläserad 23", eine Heizeinrichtung 24" und eine Anzeigeeinrichtung 25" angesteuert. Während eines Garprozesses kann somit gezielt das Gargut 5" mit Wärme und/oder Dampf beaufschlagt werden. In Abhängigkeit von dem Garprozeß kann zudem, im Anschluß an ein Garverfahren, ein Reinigungsverfahren automatisch initiiert werden, nämlich sobald über den Garprozeßfühler 17" erfaßt worden ist, daß kein Gargut 5" im Garraum angeordnet ist. Sodann wird über die Regeleinrichtung 20' gezielt eine Reinigungseinrichtung 22" angesteuert. Sowohl während des Garprozesses als auch des Reinigungsprozesses kann über die Anzeigeeinrichtung 25" das jeweilige Stadium des Prozesses angezeigt werden, einschließlich der erfaßten Gargutart oder des zugrunde gelegten Verschmutzungsgrads. Claims (9)

  1.
