Description

Technical Field The present invention relates to devices for fastening closure systems or distribution systems on the necks of containers and relates in particular to a system for fixing a sleeve attached to a container of definitive shape.
STATE OF THE PRIOR ART In order to be able to adapt a closure system or a distribution system on the opening of a container without threads or any other attachment system, it is advantageous to use a sleeve attached to the neck. of the container fitted with an external thread or a hooking means. Thus, in the case of a closure system such as a stopper, the sleeve added and fixed to the neck of the container has an external thread complementary to the thread of the stopper, thus making it possible to close the container tightly. The advantage of the added threaded sleeve is multiple. It adapts to all types of containers, whatever its size or its material such as metal, glass or plastic. It is particularly suitable for aluminum containers widely used in the field of perfumery, flavorings and pharmaceutical products. In addition, if the cap has to be modified for technical, aesthetic or other reasons, it is not necessary to change the production line of the container, only the threaded sleeve must be modified so that the external thread of the sleeve fits with the thread of the new plug. When it comes to aluminum containers, the most common material in the application of this invention, there are several types of sleeve attached to the neck of the container. The known devices consist in attaching a sleeve to the neck of a container which is not finalized. Once the sleeve is in place on the neck, the container undergoes the last manufacturing step in order to block the sleeve on the container. A first method for blocking the sleeve on the container consists in rolling or folding the neck of the container on the sleeve. Thus, the roll of the neck crimped the sleeve on the container and guarantees its retention on the container. This neck manufacturing step can generate impurities which then pollute the product intended to fill the container, which represents a drawback of the system. To avoid pollution of the product, the container can be washed, but this operation is expensive and not always possible because of material compatibility. On the other hand, the washing of the container provided with its sleeve remains imperfect because there remains impurities under the sleeve. A second method for blocking the sleeve on the container consists in deforming the neck of the container from the inside so as to wedge the sleeve on the neck. However, this solution also presents the risk of introducing impurities into the container and of polluting the product.
Disclosure of the invention This is why the object of the invention is to provide a system for fixing and maintaining a sleeve on the neck of a container in order to adapt a closure or distribution system on the container. finalized in its final form in order to avoid the risk of introducing impurities into the container. Another object of the invention is to provide a method of fitting this system for fixing the sleeve. The object of the invention is therefore a system for fixing a sleeve to a container neck. The system comprises a crown fitted on the neck of the container comprising first blocking means cooperating with second blocking means located on the neck of the container to limit its longitudinal engagement and prevent both its rotation and its longitudinal movement around the neck and also comprising first clipping means placed on its face external intended to cooperate closely with second clipping means placed on the internal face of the sleeve so as to block the sleeve on the crown and thus prevent the withdrawal and / or rotation of the assembly.

Detailed description of the invention This fixing system is intended to be placed on a container 20 in its final form provided with a neck and a molding 21 located near the end of the neck. The first part to be placed on the container is a crown 10. With reference to FIG. 1, the crown 10 has two main parts, a circular base 11 and a set of flexible strips 12 linked by one side inside. the circular base 11, the opposite side being free. The flexible strips are non-contiguous and pointed in shape preferably at their two ends. The internal diameter of the strips corresponds to the external diameter of the neck of the container. On the internal face of the strips and on their free end is disposed a protrusion 14 forming a circular ring intended to be housed in the molding 21 of the container 20 as shown in FIG. 2. The strips 12 and the ring 14 make up the means of blocking of the internal face of the crown (also called first blocking means) limiting its longitudinal engagement on the neck and blocking its rotation around the neck. The crown is made of a material that guarantees the flexibility of the lamellae, preferably polypropylene (PP). The crown and the sleeve can be polyethylene (PE), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS), polyamide (PA), polyacetal (POM), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polyester (PET) , made of polystyrene (PS) or polycarbonate (PC). These materials can be used at 100% or added to a variable percentage of mineral or metallic materials such as calcium, fiberglass or talc in the form of powder mixed with plastic. In order to set up the crown on the neck of the container 20, the crown is fitted onto the neck by its base and until the ring 14 is housed in the molding 21 (also called second locking means). The fact that the strips are non-contiguous and flexible allows the passage of the crown around the neck of the container without effort. As already mentioned, the positioning of the ring in the molding limits the longitudinal engagement of the crown on the neck of the container. The neck of the container is provided with at least one boss or groove 23, which will be housed in the space left free between two non-contiguous strips 12 of the crown 10 and this in order to prevent rotation of the crown on the neck of the container. The positioning of the boss between two strips is facilitated by the pointed shape of the strips. The circular base of the crown comprises at least one clipping ring 16 intended to immobilize the sleeve on the crown as described in Figures 3 and 4 below. The sleeve 30 is shown in perspective in FIG. 3. On its external face, it is provided with a thread 38 capable of receiving a plug and with a tamper-evident system by tearing off a flange 54 shown in FIG. 5 and positioned at the same time as the stopper before the first use of the container, the collar being linked to the stopper and linked to the sleeve by teeth 34. This system guarantees the user the first use of the container. The internal face of the sleeve 30 comprises ribs 32 of pointed shape equal in number and identical in their shape to the strips 12 and first clipping means. The clipping means located on the internal face of the sleeve (also called second clipping means) consist of at least one clipping ring 36, complementary to the clipping ring 16 of the crown. When the sleeve 30 is put in place on the crown 10, the latter is guided to its final location by the introduction of the strips 12 into the ribs 32, the pointed shape of the strips making it easier to put them in place. Each strip housed in a rib prevents rotation of the sleeve 30 relative to the crown 10. Thus, the sleeve is definitively put in place, when the clip ring 36 of the sleeve and the clip ring 16 of the crown, of which the shape is reversed and complementary to that of the ring 36, are engaged with each other. In this position, the sleeve is locked on the crown and the assembly is fixed and immobilized on the container. The assembly of the locking and clipping means of the system makes the sleeve closely cooperate on the crown and the crown on the container preventing the withdrawal of the assembly. On the other hand, the shape of the sleeve is such that it preferably completely covers the crown for aesthetic reasons and for technical reasons. Indeed, the end 41 of the sleeve is pressed under pressure on the neck of the container and prevents any external products from seeping under the sleeve. A second tamper-evident system, called the attached sealing system, can be added to the collar tamper-evident system, but unlike it, it can be placed on the container several times, both before the first opening. of the container in addition to the first system only after the first opening during successive openings of the container. This system consists of passing a lead ring through one of the holes 39 located on the periphery of the sleeve and through a corresponding hole in the plug. The system according to the invention is shown in section in FIG. 5 with the plug 50 screwed onto the external thread 38 of the sleeve 30. In order to guarantee the tightness of the container, the plug has a seal 52 which comes resting against the upper part of the roll of the container 20. The main tamper-evident system is composed of a collar 54 secured to the stopper. The tamper-evident system by added sealing is put in place by a lead or plastic ring through the holes 39 and 59. The method of fitting the fixing system according to the invention then consists in fitting the crown 10 around the neck of the container 20 until the ring 14 is housed in the molding 21 of the neck of the container, the sleeve 30 is then fitted on the crown until the clip ring 16 of the crown 10 is engaged with the clip ring 36 of the sleeve. The embodiment described here represents the preferred embodiment of the invention, but the device according to the invention can also be used to fix a system for dispensing the product contained in the container such as a push-up pump. According to a variant of the device according to the invention not shown in the figures, the first and second locking means are complementary to those described in the present invention. Consequently, on the internal face of the strips and on their free end is disposed a hollow forming a circular ring intended to accommodate a prominence or bump of the container 21, corresponding respectively to the ring 14 and to the molding 21 of the embodiment described. . According to another variant of the device according to the invention, the circular base of the crown comprises at least one row of short threads, of the helical sector type to replace the clip ring 16 intended to immobilize the sleeve on the crown. In this case, the second clipping means located on the internal face of the sleeve consist of at least one row of short threads, of helical sector type, complementary to the clipping means located on the circular base of the crown, to replace the clip ring 36. Thus, the sleeve is definitively put in place when the row of threads of the crown and the row of threads of the sleeve are engaged with each other. The advantage of this variant relates to the manufacture of the crown and of the sleeve and in particular of the demolding made easier thanks to the row of several short threads compared to a crown and a sleeve provided with rings. The system according to the invention has the advantage of being able to adapt to a container which is finalized and of definitive shape, that is to say to a container which no longer undergoes any transformation. Therefore it has the advantage of adapting to the neck of a container already rolled or folded down and washed, therefore free of all impurities. In addition, the system according to the invention can be adapted to the customer's request. Indeed, the customer may desire a particular cap and in this case the sleeve has the shape adapted to receive the desired cap while the crown remains identical.
