Claims (14)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer une feuille intercalaire (10) pour un document d'identification de type livre, laquelle feuille est constituée d'au moins une couche d'un élastomère thermoplastique (40, 140, 240, 340, 340', 340") et d'au moins une couche supplémentaire (42, 43, 142, 143, 144, 145, 242, 243, 244, 245, 242', 243', 244', 245') et présente une zone de charnière (22) qui est prévue pour l'application de la couture lors de l'achèvement du document d'identification, la au moins une couche supplémentaire étant disposée de telle sorte au dessus et/ou en dessous de la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique qu'elle s'étend en direction du plan de la feuille intercalaire (50) essentiellement depuis le côté (25, 25') opposé à la zone de charnière jusqu'à la zone de charnière et que la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique s'étendant jusqu'à l'intérieur de la zone charnière, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une couche supplémentaire est fixée directement à la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique par laminage, et en ce qu'une bobine de transpondeur est intégrée dans au moins une des au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique, à l'extérieur de la zone de charnière.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que sont disposées au-dessus ou en dessous de la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique une première couche supplémentaire et au moins une seconde couche supplémentaire du même côté qu'une première couche supplémentaire, et la première couche supplémentaire et la au moins une deuxième couche supplémentaire sont attachées ensemble avant le laminage et/ou ensemble avec la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que la au moins une couche supplémentaire est disposée essentiellement sur des zones de la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique qui présentent une épaisseur inférieure par rapport aux zones renforcées de la couche en élastomère thermoplastique, la au moins une deuxième couche supplémentaire dépassant légèrement au-dessus de la zone du renfort.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la première couche supplémentaire et la au moins une deuxième couche supplémentaire sont disposées sur des zones de la au moins une couche en élastomère thermoplastique qui présentent une épaisseur inférieure par rapport à des zones renforcées de la couche en élastomère thermoplastique, la au moins une deuxième couche supplémentaire dépassant légèrement au-dessus de la zone du renfort.
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que deux ou plus feuilles intercalaires sont fabriquées ensemble sur une planche, deux feuilles intercalaires étant adjacentes l'une à l'autre chacune par leur zone de charnière, les feuilles intercalaires étant découpées à la matrice dans la planche après le laminage.
