Definitions
- the invention relates to a nozzle device of an agricultural field sprayer.
- Agricultural spraying machines for applying liquid to a field are known in the art.
- Such spraying machines can be designed as drawn syringes, as mounted spraying devices or as self-propelled spraying devices and have a sprayer boom equipped with nozzle devices.
- the nozzle devices communicate with a spray line and may include one or more nozzles for dispensing the liquid.
- the FR 2 655 571 A discloses a nozzle device connected to a spray line and having a plurality of nozzles equipped with a hand-rotating quick-change device for nozzles. Further, the nozzle device is provided with a biased diaphragm valve which opens a line to the nozzle as soon as a corresponding opening pressure in the nozzle device is achieved. The problem is that the valve opens only in response to the injection pressure and the nozzle device is thus actuated only in response to the prevailing injection pressure in the spray line.
- the EP 932 448 B1 discloses a nozzle device having an inlet channel connected to a spray boom and an outlet channel connected to a nozzle. Furthermore, the nozzle device is provided with an electromagnetically switchable valve which connects the channels during an injection process. The problem is that the valve must be supplied during the entire injection process with an electrical switching current to dwell in the connection position.
- EP 1 477 062 A1 discloses a section valve, which is switchable via a valve spool, which is displaceable via a motor-driven eccentric drive.
- the valve disclosed herein is elaborately constructed and unsuitable for use with a nozzle device.
- the object underlying the invention is seen to provide a nozzle device of the type mentioned, with which the above-mentioned problems are overcome.
- a nozzle device of the type mentioned a housing part and an adjustable by foreign energy and can be brought into several control positions control to control the flow of a spray liquid from a spray line through a plurality formed in the housing part channels, wherein the control is designed such that it without supply dwelled by external energy in the control positions, wherein at least one connectable to the spray line of the spraying machine, a plurality of nozzles disposed on the housing part nozzle ports and a plurality of nozzles each connected to a nozzle connection are provided, and wherein the control in the housing part between the connectable to the spray line of the sprayer channel and is arranged connected to the respective one nozzle port channels, so that the respective channels are connected to each other by the control or separable from each other wherein a plurality of the housing il arranged nozzle ports and at least one to at least one nozzle port of the nozzle device leading channel are provided, and the control is arranged in the housing part between the connectable to the spray line of the spraying machine channel and connect
- the control lingers without supply of external energy in the control positions.
- the control element is preferably designed as a control valve. It is suggested that Form control as a ball valve, wherein the ball of the ball valve has at least one channel formed as a bore through which the channels formed in the nozzle device channels are connected to each other. For this purpose, the ball is brought into a corresponding control position, in which the openings of the channel formed in the ball are partially or completely covered with the openings of the channels formed in the Düsenvorrichtüng.
- the ball valve is preferably mounted in a ball valve seat formed by ball sockets, wherein the ball valve seat is disposed within the nozzle device between the channels to be connected.
- the ball valve can also with multiple branched channels or with be provided with a plurality of holes whose openings can connect several channels or a selection of channels with each other.
- a T-shaped, star-shaped or also "three-legged" -shaped channel composite can be formed by which a plurality of channels can be connected or disconnected in different combinations with one another.
- the control element is preferably used to connect a nozzle attached to the nozzle device with the spray line of a spray boom or to interrupt the connection. It is conceivable to integrate several control elements in the nozzle device.
- the control can be brought by means of external energy or power-operated in different control positions or switched or adjusted.
- the Aufbriwgen the foreign energy to adjust the control takes place automatically in the form of electrical, magnetic, pneumatic or hydraulic energy.
- the control element is designed such that, as soon as it is brought into an adjustable control position, this set control position is maintained, without the control element or an adjusting means provided for adjusting the control element external energy in the form of electrical, magnetic, hydraulic or pneumatic energy is supplied. This can be done for example by frictional engagement between the control element and the nozzle device and / or by self-locking adjusting means with which the control element is adjustable.
- a self-locking adjusting means may be formed, for example, as a spindle connected to the control, which changes the position of the control by turning and self-locking the control in his standstill Holding position.
- the nozzle device may be formed with a plurality of channels, at least one of which is connected to the spray line of a syringe linkage. At least one further channel leads to a nozzle attached to the nozzle device, through which spraying liquid can be discharged.
- the nozzle device may also be provided with a plurality of nozzles, which may be the same or different. In this case, a plurality of channels leading to a nozzle or even multiple channels leading to different nozzles may be formed in the nozzle device.
- the spray quantity and / or the pointed jet shape can be varied and regulated.
- the control element is arranged between the channel connected to the spray line of the spraying machine and at least one channel connected to a nozzle, so that the respective channels can be connected to one another or separated from one another by the control element.
- control positions are adjustable, in which different channels with a channel leading to a spray line or several channels leading to one or more nozzles are simultaneously connected to a channel leading to a spray line.
- the advantage here is that the nozzles connected to the nozzle device may have different outlet openings and different nozzles are automatically selected via the control.
- control and several of the respective channels can be connected at the same time with a channel connected to the spray line.
- Different switch combinations of the nozzles are conceivable with each other, so that, for example, the application rate is adjustable by adjusting the control by one or two or more nozzles simultaneously spray liquid.
- control positions occupied by the control also have control position in which the flow is reducible between two channels, such that in such a
- Control position only a portion of the liquid flow is passed.
- control is actuated by means of a motor.
- a motor for this are particularly controllable electric motors, which are connected via a spindle with the control.
- the electric motor may be formed, for example, as a pulse-controlled stepper motor. Conceivable, however, are other types of electric motors that allow a finely adjusted adjustment of the control. If necessary, also reduction gear can be used to realize a fine adjustment of the control by a rotary or linear movement.
- a nozzle device is particularly suitable for use on agricultural sprayers.
- Such syringes for example Mounted sprayers, trailed sprayers or self-propelled sprayers, have a spray boom, which extends horizontally to the direction of travel of the syringe and to the ground.
- the syringe linkage carries a spray line which extends along the syringe linkage.
- the spray line is equipped with a plurality of nozzle devices, which are arranged distributed along the spray line over the entire width of the spray boom.
- the spray line may be formed as a rigid tube, which is provided with a plurality of spray line holes through which spray liquid is passed into the nozzle devices.
- Such a syringe linkage provided with nozzle devices according to the invention offers the advantage, in addition to the already mentioned advantages when using a nozzle device according to the invention, that due to the design of the nozzle device, each individual nozzle device is controllable and thus a more accurate width adjustment when dispensing spray liquid over a part width-controlled sprayer boom is made possible.
