Ablagevorrichtung für ein Kältegerät umfasst einen wenigstens zwei langgestreckte, voneinander fest beabstandete Arme (6) umfassenden Rahmen (1) und einen Kühlgutträger (15), der eingerichtet ist, um auf den Armen (6) zu ruhen und in einen Zwischenraum (5) zwischen den Armen rastend einzugreifen.

Description

Ablagevorrichtung für ein Kältegerät
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ablagevorrichtung, die in einem Kältegerät montierbar ist, um Kühlgut darin zu lagern. Derartige Ablagevorrichtungen können am Korpus eines Kältegeräts montiert sein; dann haben sie meist die Form von Platten, die an gegenüberliegenden Wänden eines Innenraums des Kältegeräts aufgehängt sind und die freie Grundfläche des Innenraums größtenteils ausfüllen. Ablagevorrichtungen für die Montage an einer Innenseite einer Kältegerätetür haben meist die Form von oben offenen Kästen, die mit Hilfe von aneinander angepassten Rastmitteln des Kastens und der Türinnenseite in wählbaren Höhen an der Türinnenseite montierbar sind. Auch Ablagevorrichtungen in Form von an der Türinnenseite montierbaren Kästen mit einer schwenkbaren Klappe sind gebräuchlich.
Viele derartige Ablagevorrichtungen sind zwar demontierbar, so dass sie nach Bedarf des Benutzers in unterschiedlichen Höhen in einem Kältegerät montiert werden können, doch ist der Montage- und Demontageprozess meist beschwerlich, so dass es für einen Benutzer nicht zweckmäßig ist, eine solche Ablagevorrichtung komplett zu entnehmen, wenn er auf das darin oder darauf gelagerte Kühlgut zugreifen möchte.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist, eine Ablagevorrichtung zu schaffen, die wenigstens zum Teil aus dem Kältegerät entnehmbar ist, um auf ihren Inhalt zuzugreifen, und die anschließend schnell und bequem wieder im Kältegerät platzierbar ist.
Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch eine Ablagevorrichtung für ein Kältegerät, die einen Rahmen mit wenigstens zwei langgestreckten, voneinander fest beanstandeten Armen und einen Kühlgutträger umfasst, der eingerichtet ist, um auf den Armen zu ruhen und in einen Zwischenraum zwischen den Armen rastend einzugreifen. Der zweiteilige Aufbau erlaubt es, bei Entnahme des Kühlgutträgers den Rahmen an seinem Einbauort im Kältegerät zu lassen, so dass der Kühlgutträger, wenn er außerhalb des Kältegeräts nicht mehr benötigt wird, einfach wieder auf den Armen abgesetzt und eingerastet werden kann. Durch seine Verrastung im Zwischenraum zwischen den Armen ist der Kühlgutträger gegen Verrutschen und Herabfallen gesichert, was insbesondere dann wichtig ist, wenn der Rahmen an der Tür des Kältegeräts montiert ist. Vorzugsweise sind die zwei Arme einteilig zusammenhängend ausgebildet, so dass der feste Abstand zwischen ihnen durch diesen Zusammenhang festgelegt ist.
Vorzugsweise umgibt der Rahmen den Zwischenraum ringsum, das heißt die Arme sind an ihren beiden Enden miteinander verbunden. So wird ein hohes Maß an Steifigkeit und Stabilität des Rahmens erreicht.
Für die Handhabung des Kühlgutträgers kann es aber auch sinnvoll sein, wenn die zwei Arme jeweils ein mit einem gemeinsamen Verankerungsteil zur Verankerung am Kältegerät verbundenes Ende und ein freies Ende haben.
Bei dem Kühlgutträger kann es sich um einen Behälter handeln, dessen Wände einen Innenraum umschließen, er kann aber auch im wesentlichen plattenartig, ohne einen umschlossenen Innenraum ausgebildet sein.
Wenn der Kühlgutträger ein Behälter ist, so ist es unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Stabilität wünschenswert, dass dessen Innenraum sich bis unter die Arme erstreckt, so dass der Schwerpunkt des Kühlgutträgers und gegebenenfalls seines Inhalts möglichst tief zu liegen kommt. In einem solchen Fall ist es der Behälter selbst, der zwischen den Armen einrastet.
Dem Behälter kann ein Deckel zugeordnet sein.
Wenn der Kühlgutträger eine auf den Armen ruhende Trägerplatte ist, dann weist diese zweckmäßigerweise an ihrer Unterseite wenigstens einen Vorsprung zum rastenden Eingreifen in den Zwischenraum auf, um so einen sicheren Halt an den Armen zu gewährleisten. Der Trägerplatte kann wiederum ein Deckel zugeordnet sein, wobei in diesem Fall der Deckel behälterartig, mit einem Innenraum, ausgebildet sein sollte.
Besonders bevorzugt ist es, wenn dieser behälterartige Deckel selbst wieder als Kühlgutträger, alternativ zu der Trägerplatte, in den Rahmen einsetzbar ist. In dieser Anordnung kann die bisherige Trägerplatte die Funktion des Deckels übernehmen, mit anderen Worten die Trägerplatte und ihr Deckel sind in zwei verschiedenen Konfigurationen, einmal mit der Trägerplatte nach unten und das andere Mal mit dem Deckel nach unten, in den Rahmen platzierbar.
Vorzugsweise sind die Arme der Ablagevorrichtung, gegebenenfalls über das Verankerungsteil, an einer Innenseite einer Kältegerätetür montiert. Es wäre allerdings genauso gut möglich, die Vorrichtung an einer Innenwand des Korpus eines Kältegeräts anzubringen.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die beigefügten Figuren. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Rahmens der Ablagevorrichtung gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung;
Figur 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer zweiten Ausgestaltung des Rahmens;
Figur 3 den Rahmen aus Figur 1, bestückt mit einem plattenartigen Kühlgutträger;

Figur 6 einen schematischen Schnitt durch ein Kältegerät, der unterschiedliche Anbringungsmöglichkeiten der Ablagevorrichtung zeigt.
Figur 1 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des Rahmens 1 der erfindungsgemäßen Ablagevorrichtung sowie ein Bruchstück einer Wand 2 eines Gehäuses eines Kältegeräts, in dem der Rahmen 1 montiert ist. Die Wand 2 ist in regelmäßigen Abständen mit versenkbaren Befestigungszapfen 3 bestückt, von denen einer im ausgefahrenen Zustand gezeigt ist. Der Rahmen 1 hat die Form eines L-Profils, mit einem horizontalen Schenkel 4, in den eine große, hier rechteckige Öffnung 5 geschnitten ist, die den Schenkel 4 weitgehend auf die Öffnung 5 umgebende parallele Arme 6 sowie einen der Wand benachbarten Steg 7 und einen von der Wand 2 abgewandten Steg 8 reduzieren. In den wandnahen Steg 7 sind zwei in etwa T-förmige Aussparungen 9 geschnitten, die jeweils zusammen mit Aussparungen 10 des vertikalen Schenkels 11 eine Aufnahmeöffnung für einen der Befestigungszapfen 3 bilden. Mit Hilfe von zwei in diese Aufnahmeöffnungen eingreifenden Befestigungszapfen 3 (von denen nur einer dargestellt ist) ist der Rahmen 1 fest an der Wand 2 verankert.
Bei einer in Figur 2 gezeigten Abwandlung des Rahmens 1 ist der von der Wand 2 abgewandte Steg 8 auf zwei aufeinander zu gerichtete Finger 12 reduziert, die von den freien Enden der Arme 6 abstehen.
Figur 3 zeigt den Rahmen 1 aus Figur 1 , bestückt mit einer als Kühlgutträger fungierenden Trägerplatte 13, die auf den Armen 6 und den sie verbindenden Stegen 7, 8 aufliegt. Die Trägerplatte 13 ist in der Figur transparent dargestellt, um zwei Vorsprünge 14 zeigen zu können, die der Trägerplatte 13 als Standfüße dienen, wenn sie nicht in dem Rahmen 1 gehalten, sondern zum Beispiel auf einer Tischplatte abgestellt ist. Die Vorsprünge 14 sind so bemessen und platziert, dass sie durch ihren Eingriff zwischen die Arme 6 und die Stege 7, 8 die Trägerplatte 13 in horizontaler Richtung unverrückbar halten.
Die Trägerplatte 13 ist der Figur der Einfachheit halber mit ebener Oberseite dargestellt; sie kann jedoch auch beispielsweise gewölbt sein oder ihrerseits Rastvorsprünge oder -stege aufweisen, die einen (in der Figur nicht dargestellten) auf die Trägerplatte 13 aufgelegten Deckel in horizontaler Richtung unverrückbar halten.
Figur 4 zeigt den Rahmen 1 aus Figur 1 , bestückt mit einem Kühlgutträger in Form eines Kastens 15 mit einem Boden und vier Seitenwänden. Ein umlaufender Bund 16 an der Oberkante der Seitenwände ruht auf dem Armen 6 und den Stegen 7, 8; der Kasten 15 selbst ist in seinen Abmessungen an den Abstand der Arme 6 angepasst, so dass er rastend und horizontal unverrückbar in die Öffnung 5 eingreift. In Figur 5 ist der gleiche Kasten 15 wie in Figur 4, diesmal allerdings in gewendeter Orientierung gezeigt, in der er als Deckel der Trägerplatte 13 aus Figur 3 dient. Die Trägerplatte 13 und der Kasten 15 können so gemeinsam beispielsweise als Butterdose eingesetzt werden, die einschließlich Inhalt leicht aus dem im Kühlschrank montierten Rahmen 1 entnommen und auf einen Esstisch platziert werden kann und nach Benutzung wieder in ihre Raststellung auf den Rahmen 1 zurückgesetzt werden kann.
Um diese Butterdose zu entnehmen, muss ein Benutzer die Trägerplatte 13 an ihren seitlich über die Arme 6 und den Kasten 15 überstehenden Laschen 17 fassen. Wenn die Laschen 17 groß genug sind, kann es ausreichen, nur eine einzige von ihnen zu fassen; wenn die Laschen 17 zu kurz sind, um einen sicheren Griff zuzulassen, muss die Butterdose mit beiden Händen gehandhabt werden. Der Rahmen 1 aus Figur 2 erlaubt darüber hinaus auch eine Handhabung der Butterdose, bei der zum Beispiel die Trägerplatte 13 von unten mit dem Daumen und der Kasten 15 von oben mit den übrigen Fingern einer Hand gefasst wird, unabhängig von den Abmessungen der Laschen 17. Diese Ausgestaltung des Rahmens erlaubt es also, die Laschen 17 kurz zu halten und so Platz in dem Kältegerät zu sparen.
Figur 6 zeigt anhand eines schematischen Schnitts durch ein Kältegerät verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Anbringung der erfindungsgemäßen Ablagevorrichtung. Obwohl die typische Anwendung die Anbringung an Befestigungszapfen 3 einer Tür 18 des Kältegeräts sein wird, ist es auch nicht ausgeschlossen, sie an einer Innenwand des Korpus 19 zu montieren, wenn diese in entsprechender Weise mit den Befestigungszapfen 3 versehen ist.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Ablagevorrichtung für ein Kältegerät mit einem wenigstens zwei langgestreckte, voneinander fest beabstandete Arme (6) umfassenden Rahmen (1) und einem Kühlgutträger (13, 15), der eingerichtet ist, um auf den Armen (6) zu ruhen und in einen Zwischenraum (5) zwischen den Armen rastend einzugreifen.
2. Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Arme (6) einteilig zusammenhängend ausgebildet sind.
3. Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) den Zwischenraum (5) rings umgibt.
4. Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Arme (6) jeweils ein mit einem gemeinsamen Verankerungsteil (7, 11) verbundenes Ende und ein freies Ende (12) haben.
5. Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlgutträger ein Behälter (15) mit einem Innenraum ist, der sich, wenn der Kühlgutträger (15) auf den Armen (6) ruht, bis unter die Arme (6) erstreckt.
6. Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (15) einen Deckel (13) aufweist.
7. Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kühlgutträger eine auf den Armen (6) ruhende Trägerplatte (13) ist, die an ihrer Unterseite mit wenigstens einem Vorsprung (14) zum rastenden Eingreifen in den Zwischenraum (5) versehen ist.
8. Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerplatte (13) ein behälterartiger Deckel (15) zugeordnet ist.
9. Ablagevorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der behälterartige Deckel (15) selbst als Kühlgutträger in den Rahmen (1) einsetzbar ist.
10. Ablagevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihre Arme (6) an einer Innenseite einer Tür (18) eines Kältegeräts montiert sind.
