Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Reinigen eines Rohres (2), das ein Verunreinigungen enthaltendes Produktgas führt, wobei das Rohr im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist, wobei durch das Verfahren feste und/oder flüssige Verunreinigungen von den Wänden des Rohres (2) gelöst werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verunreinigungen in die das Produktgas produzierende Vorrichtung (1), wie zum Beispiel ein Generator, zurückgeführt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verunreinigungen nach Bedarf beseitigt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verunreinigungen kontinuierlich beseitig werden.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Verunreinigungen enthaltenden Produktgasrohres, wobei das Rohr (2) im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen rechteckig ist, wobei in dem Rohr ein mechanisches System zum Reinigen der Rohrwände ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die während der Reinigung gelösten Verunreinigungen durch dasselbe System, das das Produktgas produziert, wie zum Beispiel ein Generator, in die Vorrichtung (1) zurückgeführt werden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ein Paar von Kettenrädern (3, 4) aufweist, die an jedem Ende des Rohres neben den Seitenwänden des Rohres montiert sind, wobei zumindest eines der Kettenradpaare für den Antrieb durch eine Antriebsmaschine (7), wie beispielsweise ein Elektromotor, ausgebildet ist, wobei die Kettenräder Endlosketten (5) tragen, die an jeder Seitenwand des Rohres verlaufen, wobei an den Ketten Reinigungselemente (8, 10) befestigt sind, die sich mit den Ketten bewegen, wobei die Elemente in der Breitenrichtung des Rohres orientiert sind und eine Breite haben, die im Wesentlichen gleich der Breite des Rohres ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reinigungselemente Kettenschaber (8, 10) sind, die in einem Abstand voneinander an den Ketten (5) montiert sind, wobei die Kettenschaber die Wand des Rohres (2) reinigen, während sich die Ketten bewegen, und die gelösten Verunreinigungen in die das Gas produzierende Vorrichtung (1) zurückbefördern.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einige (8) von den Kettenschabern derart angeordnet sind, dass sie die Ober- und Unterflächen des Rohres reinigen, und einige (10) derart, dass sie die Seitenflächen des Rohres reinigen.
