Claims (8)

  1. Utilisation de polyglycérines alkoxylées, réticulées par des composés électrophiles multifonctionnels, ayant une masse moléculaire de 1000 à 100000 unités, qui comprennent 5 à 100 unités glycérine, qui sont alkoxylées par des groupes oxyde d'alkylène en C2-C4 ou un mélange de tels groupes oxyde d'alkylène, de sorte que la polyglycérine alkoxylée, réticulée, présente un degré d'alkoxylation de 1 à 100 unités oxyde d'alkylène par groupe OH libre, pour casser l'émulsion huile dans l'eau, en une quantité de 0,0001 à 5 % en masse, par rapport à la teneur en huile de l'émulsion à casser.
  2. Utilisation selon la revendication 1, où le nombre d'unités glycérine est compris entre 5 et 50.
  3. Utilisation selon la revendication 1 et/ou 2, où les polyglycérines alkoxylées réticulées présentent une masse moléculaire de 3000 à 50000 unités.
  4. Utilisation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, dans lesquels le degré d'alkoxylation moyen est compris entre 1 et 70 unités oxyde d'alkylène par groupe OH libre.
  5. Utilisation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, où l'oxyde d'alkylène est l'oxyde d'éthylène ou l'oxyde de propylène.
  6. Utilisation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, où une alkoxylation mixte par l'oxyde d'éthylène et l'oxyde de propylène est présente dans un rapport de 1:2 à 1:10.
  7. Utilisation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, où la réticulation des polyglycérines est effectuée par l'éther diglycidylique de bisphénol A, l'éther diglycidylique de butane-1,4-diol, l'éther diglycidylique d'hexane-1,6-diol, l'éther diglycidylique d'éthylèneglycol, l'éther diglycidylique de cyclohexanediméthanol, l'éther diglycidylique de résorcine, l'éther diglycidylique de glycérine, l'éther triglycidylique de glycérine, l'éther triglycidylique de propoxylate de glycérine, l'éther polyglycidylique de polyglycérine, l'éther triglycidylique de p-amino-phénol, l'éther diglycidylique de polypropylène-glycol, l'éther tétraglycidylique de pentaérythritol, l'éther polyglycidylique de sorbitol, l'éther triglycidylique de triméthylolpropane, l'éther triglycidylique d'huile de ricin, l'éther tétraglycidylique de diaminobiphényle, l'huile de soja époxydée, l'acide adipique, l'acide maléique, l'acide phtalique, l'anhydride maléique, l'anhydride succinique, l'anhydride dodécylsuccinique, l'anhydride phtalique, l'anhydride trimellitique, l'anhydride pyromellitique, le diméthoxydiméthyl-silane, le diéthoxydiméthylsilane, le diisocyanate de toluène, le diisocyanate de diphénylméthane.
  8. Utilisation selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, où l'étape de réticulation est effectuée après l'alkoxylation des polyglycérines.
