Claims (14)
- Procédé de nettoyage de pièces (2) pour enlever les milieux actifs accrochés et/ou les résidus d'usinage, selon lequel, on place la pièce (2) dans une chambre de nettoyage (1) et on applique un milieu de nettoyage gazeux à la chambre de nettoyage (1) pour enlever par soufflage les agents d'usinage et/ou les résidus d'usinage restés accrochés,
le soufflage étant fait avec un grand nombre de jets séparés (22), dirigés sur la pièce (2) suivant au moins trois groupes et au moins les buses (4) des trois groupes (4a, 4b, 4c) sont dirigées sur la pièce (2) suivant des angles différents,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on abaisse la chambre de nettoyage (1) pour effectuer l'opération de nettoyage sur une installation de transfert (13) pour transférer les pièces (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
selon lequel
on utilise l'air comprimé comme milieu de nettoyage et la pression du milieu de nettoyage est comprise entre 0,5 bar et 10 bars et de préférence entre 0,9 bar et 8 bars. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2,
selon lequel
on déplace la pièce (2) par rapport à la chambre de nettoyage (1) et on la tourne de préférence dans la chambre de nettoyage (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'
on dirige un premier groupe de jets séparés suivant un premier angle par rapport à la direction de rotation (7), un second groupe de jets séparés dans une direction correspondant à la direction de l'axe de rotation et un troisième groupe de jets séparés suivant un angle par rapport à la direction de rotation sur la pièce (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
selon lequel
on déplace la pièce (2) en translation par rapport à la chambre de nettoyage (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 5,
selon lequel
on dirige un premier groupe de jets séparés, suivant un angle, contre la direction de déplacement, un second groupe de jets séparés perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement et un troisième groupe de jets séparés, suivant un angle, dans la direction de déplacement sur la pièce (2). - Dispositif de nettoyage de pièces (2) pour enlever les agents d'usinage, restés accrochés et/ou les résidus d'usinage comprenant une chambre de nettoyage (1) et des moyens pour introduire un milieu de nettoyage gazeux, ces moyens étant formés par des buses (4) réparties en au moins trois groupes (4a, 4b, 4c),
au moins les buses (4) des trois groupes (4a, 4b, 4c) étant dirigées suivants des angles différents par rapport à la pièce (2),
caractérisé en ce que
la chambre de nettoyage (1) peut être abaissée sur une installation de transfert (13) transférant les pièces (2). - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
selon lequel
les buses (4) sont des buses à air comprimé de préférence des buses réglables à plusieurs trous. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8,
selon lequel
les buses (4) d'un groupe sont prévues sur au moins un tube distributeur commun. - Dispositif selon la revendication 9,
caractérisé en ce que
les buses (4) d'un premier groupe (4a) font un angle (25a) d'environ 25° par rapport à la normale (15a) du tube de distribution (3), les buses (4) du second groupe (4b) sont parallèles à la normale (15a) du tube de distribution (3) et les buses (4) d'un troisième groupe (4c) font un angle (25c) compris entre 10° et 35° par rapport à la normale (15a) du tube de distribution (3), de façon opposée aux buses (4) du premier groupe (4a). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, ayant une installation pour réaliser un mouvement relatif entre la pièce (2) et les buses (4), cette installation étant une installation de serrage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11,
ayant un palier mobile pour les buses (4). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12,
dans lequel
la chambre de nettoyage (4) comporte un orifice de sortie pour le milieu de nettoyage. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 13,
dans lequel
à l'intérieur de la chambre de nettoyage (1), il y a une structure en forme de grille pour recevoir et dévier le brouillard de pulvérisation mis en turbulence et des particules de liquide.
