Claims (6)

  1. Cylindre de découpe et de transport (1) pour des bandes de matériau,
    - qui dispose d'ouvertures de sortie de milieu (14) dans sa face périphérique (7), par la sollicitation desquelles, à une pression différente, peut être agi sur le comportement d'application de la bande de matériau sur la face périphérique (7) du cylindre (1), et
    - qui dispose d'un système d'amenée de pression (3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13) par lequel les ouvertures de sortie de milieu (14) sont reliées à des moyens pour la mise à disposition de milieux d'une pression différente,
    - qui dispose d'au moins un réservoir de pression (3, 4),
    - qui (3, 4) constitue une partie du système d'amenée de pression (3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13) et
    - qui (3, 4) peut être relié par une vanne à au moins une partie des ouvertures de sortie de milieu,
    - où le au moins un réservoir de pression est réalisé comme cuve d'air comprimé (3, 4) qui, en tant que composant séparé, est introduit dans le cylindre (1), caractérisé en ce que
    les parois du cylindre (1) et les parois de la cuve d'air comprimé (3, 4) viennent en contact au maximum à une ligne.
  2. Cylindre de découpe et de transport (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une vanne (11),
    - au moyen de laquelle la liaison des ouvertures de sortie de milieu (14) avec le réservoir de pression peut être interrompue, est disposée à l'intérieur du cylindre (1).
  3. Procédé pour agir sur le comportement d'application d'une bande de matériau sur la face périphérique d'un cylindre de découpe et de transport (1) selon la revendication 1,
    - dans lequel des ouvertures de sortie de milieu (14) dans la face de pourtour (7) du cylindre (1) sont chargées par moment en milieux d'une pression différente, et la bande de matériau est sélectivement relevée de ou fixée sur la face de pourtour (7) et
    - dans lequel le ou les milieux sont mis à disposition avec des moyens pour la mise à disposition de milieux d'une pression différente et
    - sont amenés aux ouvertures de sortie de milieu (14) par un système d'amenée de pression (3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13),
    - où dans des composants du système d'amenée de pression (3, 4, 5, 11, 12, 13), par les moyens pour la mise à disposition de milieux d'une pression différente, tout d'abord une pression statique est formée,
    - et en ce que les ouvertures de sortie de milieu (14) sont chargées par cette pression, en ouvrant des vannes (11).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour la mise à disposition de milieux d'une pression différente continuent à fonctionner également lorsque les vannes (11) sont ouvertes.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour la mise à disposition de milieux de pression différente, lorsque les vannes (11) sont fermées, continuent à fonctionner jusqu'à l'atteinte d'une pression prédéterminée.
  6. Dispositif pour l'enroulement d'un matériau en forme de bande, caractérisé par un cylindre de découpe et de transport (1) selon la revendication 1.
