Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist aus der CH-PS 315224 bekannt. Bei der bekannten Vorrichtung wird jeweils ein flachgelegter Beutel aus einem Beutelmagazin mittels eines Saugarmes entnommen, welcher linear verschiebbar und in einer Achse schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Der entnommene Beutel wird nach einer Schwenkbewegung des Armes an einen vier Aufnahmeplätze für Beutel aufweisenden Rotor übergeben. Der Rotor ist in einer vertikal angeordneten Achse schrittweise um jeweils 90 Grad drehbar, und hält den jeweiligen Beutel während des gesamten Förderwegs bzw. während der gesamten Drehung des Rotors mittels einer Greifeinrichtung fest. Das Erfassen des jeweiligen Beutels von der Greifeinrichtung wird dabei von zwei, an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Beutels angreifenden Saugeinrichtungen ermöglicht. Eine weitere Saugeinrichtung zum Öffnen des Beutels ist im Bereich einer Füllstation vorgesehen, die es ermöglicht, ein Füllrohr in den Beutel einzuführen. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung 10 dient zum Öffnen von als Zuschnitte 2 bevorrateter, flachgelegter Beutel 1 und Einsetzen dieser Beutel 1 in eine Fördereinrichtung 11 einer Verpackungsanlage. Die als Ovalläufer konzipierte Fördereinrichtung 11 weist ein endloses Fördertrum 12 auf. An dem Fördertrum 12 sind mittels Träger 14 in gleichmäßigen Abständen dem Format der Beutel 1 angepasste Aufnahmebecher 15 austauschbar befestigt. Die Aufnahmebecher 15 haben einen Boden 16, zwei Seitenwände 17, 18 und eine Rückwand 19. Die der Rückwand 19 gegenüberliegende Seite des Aufnahmebechers 15 ist offen ausgebildet, so dass sich in Draufsicht (Figur 1) nach außen offene Aufnahmebecher 15 ergeben.The
Die Aufnahmebecher 15 werden mittels eines nicht dargestellten Antriebs über das Fördertrum 12 getaktet in Richtung des Pfeiles 13 im Uhrzeigersinn voranbewegt, wobei im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel der Fördertakt jeweils dem Abstand zweier Teilungen t zwischen zwei Aufnahmebechern 15 entspricht. Der Förderweg der Fördereinrichtung 11 lässt sich in einen ersten Bereich 21 einteilen, in dem die Zuschnitte 2 bereitgestellt werden, einem zweiten Bereich 22, in dem die Zuschnitte 2 als Beutel 1 in die Aufnahmebecher 15 eingesetzt werden und gleichzeitig die Beutel 1 mit einem Füllgut, insbesondere rieselförmigem Füllgut, befüllt werden, einem dritten Bereich 23, in dem eine Produktverdichtung stattfindet, einem vierten Bereich 24, in dem nicht dargestellte Verschlusseinrichtungen zum Verschließen der Beutel 1 angeordnet sind, und einem fünften Bereich 25, in dem die befüllten und verschlossenen Beutel 1 aus den Aufnahmebechern 15 der Fördereinrichtung 11 entnommen werden.The receiving
Im ersten, geradlinig verlaufenden Bereich 21 sind in Förderrichtung der Aufnahmebecher 15 betrachtet zwei Beutelmagazine 28, 29 nebeneinander angeordnet. Jedes der beiden, an sich bekannten und untereinander gleichen Beutelmagazine 28, 29 weist seitliche Führungen 30, 31 mit Haltenasen 32, 33 zum Zurückhalten des zuvorderst liegenden Zuschnitts 2 im Beutelmagazin 28, 29 auf. Die Zuschnitte 2 werden mittels jeweils eines im Bodenbereich der Beutelmagazine 28, 29 angeordneten Transportriemens 34, 35 in Richtung der Haltenasen 32, 33 gedrückt bzw. gefördert, so dass dort stets ein Zuschnitt 2 bereitsteht. Die Beutelmagazine 28, 29 werden vorzugsweise manuell bestückt, d. h., dass bei geringer werdendem Füllstand zusätzliche Zuschnitte 2 von Hand in das Beutelmagazin 28, 29 zwischen die Führungen 30, 31 von der den Haltenasen 32, 33 gegenüberliegenden Seite eingebracht werden.In the first, rectilinearly extending

Über eine nicht dargestellte Vakuumquelle kann ein Unterdruck auf die jeweilige Wand 2 des Zuschnitts 2 erzeugt werden, welcher beim Bewegen der Saugplatten 37, 38 in ihre von den Beutelmagazinen 28, 29 beabstandete Übergabeposition bewirkt, dass der entsprechende Zuschnitt 2 den Widerstand an den Haltenasen 32, 33 überwinden und so aus dem Beutelmagazin 28, 29 abgezogen werden kann.Between the

Dann werden die Saugplatten 54, 55 in Kontakt mit den Zuschnitten 2 gebracht und ein Unterdruck zum Halten der Zuschnitte 2 erzeugt. Jetzt können die Finger 46, 47 der Greifer 45 geöffnet und in ihre ursprüngliche Position zur Übernahme der nachfolgenden Zuschnitte 2 zurückverfahren werden. Die Saugplatten 54, 55 werden nun in die Aufnahmebecher 15 verfahren, während gleichzeitig die Saugplatten 59, 60 durch die Aufnahmenbecher 15 hindurch in Kontakt mit den zugewandten Wänden 3 der Zuschnitte 2 gebracht werden. Durch eine gesteuerte Auseinanderbewegung der jeweils zusammenwirkenden Saugplatten 54, 59 und 55, 60 wirken diese als Öffnungseinrichtung für die Zuschnitte 2, so dass die Dosierrohre 66, 67 innerhalb der Aufnahmebecher 15 in die Öffnungsquerschnitte der Beutel 1 eintauchen und mit dem Befüllen beginnen können. Sobald die Dosierrohre 66, 67 sich innerhalb der Beutelöffnungen befinden, kann der Unterdruck an den Saugplatten 54, 55, 59, 60 abgestellt werden. Zuletzt werden die Saugplatten 54, 55, 59, 60 wieder in ihre ursprüngliche Position zurückverfahren, worauf sich die Vorgänge wie beschrieben wiederholen. Selbstverständlich muß der Antrieb der Fördereinrichtung 11 so insbesondere mit den Saugplatten 54, 55, 59, 60 abgestimmt sein, dass das Einführen der Zuschnitte 2 in die Aufnahmebecher 15 jeweils in einer Stillstandsphase der Fördereinrichtung 11 erfolgt.The
Die soweit beschriebene Vorrichtung 10 kann in vielfältiger Weise modifiziert bzw. abgewandelt werden. Insbesondere ist zur Leistungsanpassung eine andere Anzahl von Beutelmagazinen 28, 29 denkbar, einhergehend mit entsprechend angepassten Beutelabzieheinrichtungen 36, Greifeinrichtungen 44 und Saugplatten.
