Claims (8)

  1. Injecteur de carburant pour des moteurs à combustion interne comportant un boîtier (2) logeant une aiguille intérieure d'injecteur (22) et une aiguille extérieure d'injecteur (20) entourant l'aiguille intérieure (22), coopérant avec un siège de soupape (12) et commandant par leur mouvement longitudinal, l'ouverture respective d'au moins un orifice d'injection (14, 16) ainsi qu'un piston d'injecteur (30) agissant sur l'aiguille intérieure (22) du côté opposé au siège de soupape (12) et une première chambre de commande (34) ainsi qu'une seconde chambre de commande (35) réalisées toutes deux dans le boîtier (2) et qui peuvent être remplies de carburant,
    la pression dans la première chambre de commande (34) générant une force exercée sur le piston d'injecteur (30) dans la direction opposée à celle de l'aiguille intérieure (22) et la pression dans la seconde chambre de commande (35) génère une force exercée sur l'aiguille intérieure (22), la première chambre de commande (34) et la seconde chambre de commande (35) étant reliées hydrauliquement par un organe d'étranglement (40),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le piston (30) comporte un épaulement (32) dont une face frontale délimite la première chambre de commande (34) et l'autre face la seconde chambre de commande (35),
    l'organe d'étranglement (40) étant réalisé dans l'épaulement (32) du piston d'injecteur (30).
  2. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    à la fois la première chambre de commande (34) et la seconde chambre de commande (35) entourent le piston d'injecteur (30).
  3. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la surface de l'épaulement (32) sollicitée par la force dans la première chambre de commande (34) est égale à la surface de l'épaulement (32) sollicitée par le carburant dans la seconde chambre de commande (35).
  4. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le piston d'injecteur (30) est réalisé en une seule pièce avec l'aiguille intérieure (22).
  5. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le piston d'injecteur (30) est sollicité par un ressort de fermeture (38) agissant dans la direction de l'aiguille intérieure (22).
  6. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    une chambre de pression (10) entourant l'aiguille extérieure (20) est réalisée dans le boîtier (2), cette chambre étant remplie avec du carburant à haute pression.
  7. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'aiguille intérieure (22) comporte un épaulement de pression (18) sollicité par le carburant de la chambre de pression (10) lorsque l'aiguille extérieure (20) se soulève du siège de soupape (12).
  8. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un ressort de fermeture (38) agit sur le piston d'injecteur (30) en direction du siège de soupape (12), la force du ressort étant toujours supérieure à la force hydraulique exercée sur l'épaulement de pression (18) de l'aiguille intérieure (22).
