1- Procédé pour la réalisation d'un bouchon en liège, du genre consistant généralement : a) à obtenir un bouchon (1 ), taillé directement dans la masse ou reconstitué, délimité par un cylindre (1C) et par deux extrémités (1A) et (1 B), conçu pour obturer le col d'une bouteille destinée à contenir tout type de liquide, notamment un vin tranquille ou effervescent ou un spiritueux ; b) à lui appliquer une opération de traitement bactéricide globale ; c) à recouvrir au moins une partie de son cylindre (1 C) d'une pellicule (2C) d'un matériau, notamment du silicone ou de la paraffine, destiné à faciliter son bouchage et son débouchage ; d) à recouvrir au moins l'une de ses extrémités (1AJ B) d'une pellicule (2A,2B) d'un matériau, notamment un élastomère, de qualité alimentaire ou non, coloré ou non, possédant la propriété d'être perméable aux petites molécules de gaz telles que N2, O2 et CO2 et imperméable aux liquides et aux grosses molécules de gaz à cycles aromatiques ; caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à poncer, ou à rogner, pour en accroître l'adhérence, les extrémités (1A) et/ou (1 B) du bouchon (1 ) avant l'étape qui consiste à les recouvrir du matériau constitutif de la pellicule (2A,2B). 2- Procédé, selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à poncer, ou à rogner, pour en accroître l'adhérence, le cylindre (1 C) du bouchon (1 ) avant de le recouvrir du même matériau que celui utilisé pour recouvrir les extrémités (1A) et/ou (1 B) dudit bouchon. 3- Procédé, selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à recouvrir les extrémités (1A) et/ou (1 B) et le cylindre (1 C) du bouchon (1) au cours de la même opération. 4- Procédé, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le matériau utilisé pour recouvrir les extrémités (1AJ B) ou le cylindre (1 C) du bouchon (1 ), est déposé selon une technique choisie parmi la pulvérisation, l'enduction ou le trempage. 5- Procédé, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau utilisé pour recouvrir les extrémités (1A) et/ou (1 B) du bouchon (1 ), est du silicone mélangé à un solvant dans des proportions variables entre 20 à 80% pour le silicone et 80 et 20% pour le liant. 6- Bouchon obtenu par la mise en œuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pellicule (2A,2B) recouvrant au moins l'une de ses extrémités (1AJB). 7- Bouchon, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en addition, une pellicule (2C) recouvrant son cylindre (1C). 1- Method for producing a cork stopper, of the type generally consisting of: a) obtaining a stopper (1), cut directly into the mass or reconstituted, delimited by a cylinder (1C) and by two ends (1A) and (1 B), designed to seal the neck of a bottle intended to contain any type of liquid, in particular a still or sparkling wine or a spirit; b) to apply to it a global bactericidal treatment operation; c) covering at least part of its cylinder (1C) with a film (2C) of a material, in particular silicone or paraffin, intended to facilitate its corking and unclogging; d) covering at least one of its ends (1AJ B) with a film (2A, 2B) of a material, in particular an elastomer, of food grade or not, colored or not, having the property of being permeable to small gas molecules such as N 2 , O 2 and CO 2 and impermeable to liquids and large gas molecules with aromatic rings; characterized in that it consists of sanding, or trimming, in order to increase the adhesion, the ends (1A) and / or (1 B) of the stopper (1) before the step which consists in covering them with the constituent material film (2A, 2B). 2- Method according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of sanding, or trimming, to increase the adhesion, the cylinder (1 C) of the plug (1) before covering it with the same material as that used to cover the ends (1A) and / or (1 B) of said plug. 3- Method according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that it consists in covering the ends (1A) and / or (1 B) and the cylinder (1 C) of the plug (1) during the same operation . 4- Method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the material used to cover the ends (1AJ B) or the cylinder (1 C) of the plug (1), is deposited according to a technique chosen from spraying, coating or soaking. 5- Method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the material used to cover the ends (1A) and / or (1 B) of the plug (1), is silicone mixed with a solvent in variable proportions between 20 to 80% for the silicone and 80 and 20% for the binder. 6- Stopper obtained by the implementation of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it comprises a film (2A, 2B) covering at least one of its ends (1AJB). 7- Stopper according to claim 6, characterized in that it comprises, in addition, a film (2C) covering its cylinder (1C).
