Definitions
- the invention relates to a bottle cleaning system explained in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- Articles cleaning and / or sanitizing equipment especially for refillable bottles and / or other vessels, usually operate with multiple treatment stages in which the bottles are treated with a caustic or other liquid at different temperatures to reduce, for example, thermoelectric voltages or save energy if different cleaning processes at optimal temperatures run optimally.
- a separate heating was provided for each treatment stage, preferably steam-heated heat exchangers were used for this purpose.
- a predetermined amount of liquid of the respective treatment stage was withdrawn continuously or at intervals from the treatment stage and reheated via the heat exchanger, if necessary.
- the known device is thus constructed relatively expensive device.
- the US 5,133,041 relates to a method and a device for transporting goods, in particular liquids, which have to be heated in order to prevent flocculation or solidification.
- the liquids are stored in a tank and remain in this tank.
- the heating takes place with the aid of the exhaust gases of an internal combustion engine or, if these are not available, via an auxiliary electric heater. Both the exhaust gases and the electric heater contain heat exchangers for heating a heating oil, which is used for heating the liquids in the tank.
- the US 4 083 398 concerns a waste heat recovery plant in chemical plants or the like.
- the waste heat of a burner plant is used to preheat the air for the burner.
- a device for continuous pasteurization of bottles or the like which comprises a plurality of treatment stages operated at different temperatures.
- the water required for pasteurization for all treatment stages is heated in a common, steam-heated heat exchanger and mixed with cold water depending on the required temperature.
- the excess water and wastewater is then returned from all treatment stages to a common storage tank, and is then reheated to the temperature of the hottest processing stage. This too is relatively expensive.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a bottle cleaning system, which is structurally simple and energy-saving works.
- the present invention is based on the finding that it is sufficient to heat only one of the treatment stages by a structurally complex, eg steam-heated heat exchanger, while the other treatment stages, if they work at the same or at a lower temperature than the first treatment stage the liquid from the first treatment stage are heated.
- the necessary heat exchanger thus operates at a temperature below 100 ° C, so that it is structurally less expensive.
- FIG. 1 shows the device according to the invention for treating objects with liquid by means of a bottle cleaning system in a highly schematic representation.
- Fig. 1 shows a device 1 for treating objects with liquid, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a bottle cleaning system.
- the device 1 includes a first treatment stage 2, a second treatment stage 3 and a third treatment stage 4, which are formed in the illustrated embodiment as a container for receiving a respective lye bath.
- a first treatment stage 2 a second treatment stage 3 and a third treatment stage 4, which are formed in the illustrated embodiment as a container for receiving a respective lye bath.
- conveyors for the objects to be treated in this case bottles that move the objects, preferably in vertical loops and preferably continuously through the respective treatment stages 2, 3, 4, that for an optimal treatment or cleaning necessary residence time in the respective treatment stages 2, 3, 4 is achieved.
- the liquor is heated in all three treatment stages.
- the first treatment stage 2 is connected to a main circuit 2.1 of the liquor of the first treatment stage 2.
- the main circuit 2.1 contains a pipeline 5, which opens out of the container of the first treatment stage 2 and leads via a pump 6 into a steam-heated heat exchanger 7, which is supplied via a line 8 with steam and contains the usual condensate drainage 9, which preferably has a condensate flow control, wherein the heat exchanger is more or less accumulated depending on power requirements via a control valve.
- the heat exchanger 7 is preferably designed a plate heat exchanger and sufficiently powerful so that it can heat the liquor from the first treatment stage 2 over the operating temperature.
- the emerging from the heat exchanger 7 line 5 leads to a second heat exchanger 10, which in turn is designed as a plate heat exchanger, and then passes through a shut-off valve 5a, back into the first treatment stage 2.
- a bypass line 11 is still provided, which steam-heated, first heat exchanger 7 bridged.
- the bypass line 11 is connected to a bypass valve 12 and a differential pressure gauge 13, via which the heating power can be adjusted.
