Definitions
- the invention relates to a component assembly for forming a building exterior wall, wherein the components of the component assembly formed from expanded materials and elongated, and the component assembly comprises components that are designed as box-shaped, form-fitting stacked and longitudinally juxtaposed, fillable with concrete hollow body.
- Such a device arrangement is known for example from German Utility Model 93 12 416.
- the components of the type mentioned are widely used in the construction of buildings use. They consist in particular of plastics, especially polystyrene.
- the components are used in particular for vertical walls use.
- the components are arranged side by side and put on each other.
- the components themselves are vertical and horizontal passages, which are filled after placing the components to the wall with concrete.
- the free surface of the components is plastered with a corresponding plaster in the desired manner.
- walls can be produced very quickly. This significantly shortens the construction time of a building.
- the components themselves since they are formed from expanded fabrics, can be easily processed according to the desired requirements, for example in corner connections.
- Normal components have the same wall thickness in the inner wall and the outer wall. With greater insulation, the outer wall becomes thicker than the inner wall.
- the components must have a certain strength so that they do not burst when filled with concrete. This high strength is also automatically produced in the production of the thicker outer wall, because you can not produce two different strengths in a foaming.
- Object of the present invention is to develop a device arrangement of the type mentioned so that can be made in an effective production process building exterior walls, which ensure optimum isolation of the building.
- the object is achieved in a component arrangement of the type mentioned in the fact that the building outer wall each having two transversely juxtaposed components, wherein one of the two components in the region of a longitudinal side has a return to the positive reception of a projection which in the region of the longitudinal side of the other Component is provided.
- the components that form the building exterior wall now not only arranged in the longitudinal direction side by side and are positively stacked on each other, but also in the transverse direction other components are placed.
- the outer building wall is thus, based on the arrangement of the components in the transverse direction, designed so that they each have two transversely juxtaposed components.
- two building outer walls are positioned parallel to one another and adjacent to one another.
- the greater thickness of the building exterior wall can be achieved, which causes the higher insulation.
- one of the two components in the region of one longitudinal side has a recess for the positive reception of a projection which is provided in the region of the longitudinal side of the other component. This ensures that the components arranged transversely next to one another are connected to one another, thus forming the quasi-formed two outer walls of the building - a building exterior wall.
- This design of the component arrangement makes it possible to design the inner component of the building exterior wall as a conventional component, thus with identical thickness whose walls. It is only necessary to modify the inner member in the area cooperating with the outer member, that is in the area of projection and recess.
- the respective outer component can be designed individually according to the requirements imposed by the insulation. Even with the outer component whose walls should have substantially the same wall thickness in order to achieve optimal cycle times in the production.
- the outer component does not have to have the strength, like the inner component, it can therefore have a different design.
- the outer component is made with a lower strength, because it only has to wear the plaster. To save more raw material, can the outer component be provided with cavities. Since these outer wall does not contribute to the strength of the building exterior wall, these cavities usually take only air, they are therefore not filled with concrete.
- the component 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 is largely similar to a component known from the prior art.
- the component 1 is made of polystyrene and has a wall 2 and a wall 3 arranged parallel thereto.
- the two walls 2 and 3 connect arranged parallel to each other and perpendicular to the walls 2, 3 webs 4, which is in the case of the embodiment by eight webs 4.
- the height of the respective web 4 is about half the height of the wall 2. All webs 4 are arranged at the same level, with a horizontal orientation of the component 1 with respect to the bottom 5 of the wall 2.
- On the bottom 5 and 6 of the walls 2 and 3, these walls 2, 3 are provided with recesses 7 which are substantially square in cross-section and have rounded corners.
- the upper sides 8 and 9 are provided with pins 10, wherein the respective pin of the substantially play-free recording in each case a recess 7 is used.
- the device 1 differs in that the height of the wall 3 is dimensioned shorter than the height of the wall 2.
- the upper pin 10 of the two walls 2 and 3 are arranged at the same level, thus are also the tops 8 and 9 of these walls arranged at the same level. Accordingly, the bottom 6 of the wall 3 is at a higher level than the bottom 5 of the wall 2. As a result, a recess 11 is formed in the component 1 below the wall 3.
- the component 1 described so far has walls, by which the walls 2 and 3 and the webs 4 are understood, on, each having substantially the same wall thickness. It is in the device 1 to a large extent previously used device, with the difference that the height of the wall 3 with respect to the height of the wall 2 is shortened. With the component 1, a component 12 cooperates. This is also elongated, and has the same length as the device 1, as can be seen from the illustration of Figure 1.
- This component 12 is substantially cuboid-shaped and has in the region of its lower end a projection 13 extending over the length of the component 12.
- the projection 13 is provided on its upper side 14 with pins 15, which is designed according to the pin 10.
- the height of the projection 13 is dimensioned so that at level arrangement of the bottom 16 of the device 12 and the bottom 5 of the wall 7 of the respective pin 15 engages in the corresponding recess 7 of the wall 3 and in this case the top 14, the bottom 6 of the wall. 3 contacted.
- the projection 13 is provided on its underside 16 with recesses 7, which correspond to the recesses 7 of the component 1. In the nested state of, relative to the longitudinal direction of the two components 1 and 12 juxtaposed components, contacted the wall 3, the device 12 in the region of its immediately adjacent to the projection 13 above vertical boundary surface 17.

The components 12 can be manufactured in different thicknesses. The normal structural element 1 with the high strength remains unchanged.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a component assembly for forming a building exterior wall, wherein the components of the component assembly formed from expanded materials and elongated, and the component assembly comprises components that are designed as box-shaped, form-fitting stacked and longitudinally juxtaposed, fillable with concrete hollow body.
Such a device arrangement is known for example from German Utility Model 93 12 416.
Components for the formation of such a construction arrangement, for example, in the brochure "thermomur - The construction system of the future already today !!" of Maschinenfabrik Beaufort GmbH, Aarstraße 1 - 3, 65307 Bad Schwalbach.
The components of the type mentioned are widely used in the construction of buildings use. They consist in particular of plastics, especially polystyrene.
The components are used in particular for vertical walls use. For this purpose, the components are arranged side by side and put on each other. In the components themselves are vertical and horizontal passages, which are filled after placing the components to the wall with concrete. Outside and / or inside, the free surface of the components is plastered with a corresponding plaster in the desired manner.
By mating and juxtaposing the components thus walls can be produced very quickly. This significantly shortens the construction time of a building. The components themselves, since they are formed from expanded fabrics, can be easily processed according to the desired requirements, for example in corner connections.
In the construction of buildings, a particularly good insulation is of utmost importance. Improved insulation is achieved when using expanded materials primarily by a greater thickness of the component or the walls of the device.
Normal components have the same wall thickness in the inner wall and the outer wall. With greater insulation, the outer wall becomes thicker than the inner wall.
Since the cycle time in the production of the respective component depends on the thickest wall, the effective output in the production of the components is substantially lower if the walls have different thicknesses.
It should be noted that the components must have a certain strength so that they do not burst when filled with concrete. This high strength is also automatically produced in the production of the thicker outer wall, because you can not produce two different strengths in a foaming.
Although you can make the thick outer wall separately with low strength. Then it is necessary to provide a connection of the inner and outer walls by means of sheet metal, wire or plastic webs.
Object of the present invention is to develop a device arrangement of the type mentioned so that can be made in an effective production process building exterior walls, which ensure optimum isolation of the building.
The object is achieved in a component arrangement of the type mentioned in the fact that the building outer wall each having two transversely juxtaposed components, wherein one of the two components in the region of a longitudinal side has a return to the positive reception of a projection which in the region of the longitudinal side of the other Component is provided.
It is essential in the component assembly according to the invention, that the components that form the building exterior wall, now not only arranged in the longitudinal direction side by side and are positively stacked on each other, but also in the transverse direction other components are placed. The outer building wall is thus, based on the arrangement of the components in the transverse direction, designed so that they each have two transversely juxtaposed components. As a result, in the component arrangement according to the invention, as it were, two building outer walls are positioned parallel to one another and adjacent to one another. As a result, the greater thickness of the building exterior wall can be achieved, which causes the higher insulation. With reference to two of the components arranged transversely in the transverse direction, one of the two components in the region of one longitudinal side has a recess for the positive reception of a projection which is provided in the region of the longitudinal side of the other component. This ensures that the components arranged transversely next to one another are connected to one another, thus forming the quasi-formed two outer walls of the building - a building exterior wall.
This design of the component arrangement makes it possible to design the inner component of the building exterior wall as a conventional component, thus with identical thickness whose walls. It is only necessary to modify the inner member in the area cooperating with the outer member, that is in the area of projection and recess. The respective outer component, however, can be designed individually according to the requirements imposed by the insulation. Even with the outer component whose walls should have substantially the same wall thickness in order to achieve optimal cycle times in the production. The outer component does not have to have the strength, like the inner component, it can therefore have a different design. The outer component is made with a lower strength, because it only has to wear the plaster. To save more raw material, can the outer component be provided with cavities. Since these outer wall does not contribute to the strength of the building exterior wall, these cavities usually take only air, they are therefore not filled with concrete.

The
Compared to the device according to the prior art, the
The
The
In the case of the component arrangement according to the invention, the
The respective
In these rooms concrete can be filled, which thus connects the
