Description

The present invention relates to a sound insulation system for traffic routes with the sound source opening, substantially C-shaped sound insulation elements, which are hinged opening on foundations to a sound source.

Soundproofing systems for traffic routes are known in a variety of versions and are used in particular alongside highways, motorways and railway tracks in urban or built-up area to protect residents from unnecessary noise pollution. Such sound insulation systems are often structurally very expensive high walls in order to absorb the sound emitted by the traffic routes as much as possible and thus to keep the noise pollution on the urban side of the soundproofing wall as low as possible. In order to achieve the best possible effects here, usually not transparent, partially greened systems are used, which consist of metal, stone or wooden braids and on the one hand greatly disturb the landscape and on the other hand due to their height both the users of the traffic routes the view in the Deny landscape as well as take the neighbors any free view over the area of the traffic routes.

Attempts have already been made to make such sound insulation systems lower, as for example the DE-OS 39 34 489 it can be seen in which a noise barrier is provided by mutually coupled sections, which is low on the one hand and on the other hand low by applying absorption layers on the noise protection system, the noise level of the environment should keep. This noise protection system according to the DE-OS 39 34 489 consists of a base element made of concrete and a transept mounted on it, on which construction on the inside of an absorbent material is applied.

Also the U.S. Patent 4,142,468 is a soundproofing system for railways refer to, this sound insulation system is integrally formed together with the support structure for the track bed, which on the one hand, the soundproofing system could be kept relatively low, but on the other hand it still aesthetically impaired the landscape and beyond due to the low Height of the sound insulation system has only a limited effectiveness.

Of the DE 202 19 637 U1 is already a noise barrier removed, which has two mutually offset and separate wall parts. Here, the first wall part is anchored in the ground and the second offset to parallel. Such wall parts, which are made of sound-absorbing material, in this case can be formed curved to the sound wave.

Of the DE 20 2004 00 569 U1 is a protective wall consisting of elongated, in cross-section trough-like wall profiles, in particular pressing profiles made of metal, such as aluminum, or plastic, which are arranged one above the other coupled along their longitudinal edges and arranged between fixedly anchored columns and held on this, removable.

The present invention now aims to provide a sound insulation system available, which on the one hand does not disturb the landscape, at the same time extremely high sound insulation effect and on the other hand with respect to conventional sound systems means lower construction height.

To solve this problem, the sound insulation system for traffic routes according to the present invention is characterized in that an axis connecting the end points of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements with the horizontal angle of 55 ° to 80 °, in particular 60 ° to 70 °, includes in that additional support profiles for the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements are fixed to the foundations, and that the additional support profiles are in the region of the lower half facing the foundation, in particular of the lower third, and the side of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements opening to the sound source, in particular at a junction between two plate-shaped elements or a kink of the same, are hinged. Due to the inclined design of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements and their opening to the sound source, these elements can on the one hand have a particularly low overall height and on the other hand succeeds by the inclined formation of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements by rolling friction or friction of wheels of a train with the rails to absorb noise as close as possible to the point of origin and reflected by the inclined formation of the construction towards the ground, where the sound through ordinary soil material is absorbed, which can minimize noise pollution to local residents.

In order to ensure the safety of the sound insulation system with certainty, even in extreme weather conditions, the system is designed so that additional support profiles for the essentially C-shaped soundproofing elements are fixed to the foundations. By such a construction, on the one hand, a support of the system on the foundations, whereby even under extreme weather conditions, such as high wind pressure and the pressure and suction waves, for example, fast moving trains, tilting or unhooking the soundproofing system from the foundation avoided with certainty can be, and on the other hand by suitable design of the additional support profiles for the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements an extremely simple fixing possibility of the entire system is created, which in addition to the rapid possible installation of the system, a not inconsiderable cost savings factor is provided. By further the additional support profiles in the lower half of the foundation facing half, in particular the lower third and the sound source opening, the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements, in particular at a junction between two plate-shaped elements or a kink of the same, are hinged, in turn ensures that no disturbing beams and profiles are visible in the field of vision of residents or users of the traffic routes. The fact that the upper portion of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements can be kept free of supporting structures, for example, a construction could be provided, the lower part is greened, so that in this area existing additional support profiles escape the viewer and the top of a transparent construction can be selected so that a clear view of the landscape can be ensured.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the sound insulation system is designed such that the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements are formed from a plurality of interconnected or integrally formed with each other, plate-shaped elements. Characterized in that the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements are formed from a plurality of interconnected or integrally formed, plate-shaped elements, a plurality of different substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements can be realized, which on the one hand to different conditions of both the topography and be adapted to the degree of Verbau of the landscape, which also offer the possibility of secondary use of the sound insulation system. A possible secondary use of a sound insulation system consisting of plate-shaped planar elements is, for example, the use as, for example, advertising media or as an articulation or fixing point for additional required technical facilities, such as the attachment of solar cells. To form shapely and at the same time functional soundproofing elements, in this case the C-shaped soundproofing elements, as corresponds to a development of the invention, are formed from at least three, in particular at least four, plate-shaped elements. In this case, in particular when forming the C-shaped soundproofing elements from at least three plate-shaped elements, a large area for the attachment of, for example, advertising or even a transparent Area are made available, or even in training with particular at least four plate-shaped elements, for example, on the remote from observers parts of the sound insulation solar cells are set, and facing the viewer parts or plate-shaped elements of the sound insulation system, for example, a greening of the sound insulation system ,

In order to ensure a secure anchoring of the soundproofing system according to the invention, the foundations for the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements are formed from a plurality of foundations spaced over the length of the soundproofing system. The fact that the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements are fixed to a plurality of spaced foundations, on the one hand ensures a secure anchoring of the soundproofing system in the ground and on the other hand can be achieved by selectively selecting the materials for the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements a self-supporting construction , whereby the number of foundations required for supporting the system can be significantly reduced compared to conventional constructions. Such a construction is therefore not only distinguished from conventional systems by avoiding visible continuous concrete foundations, but it is incidentally both inexpensive and easy and quick to produce.

In order to improve the self-supporting effect of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements and to further stiffen the construction, the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements have in their end regions a plurality of spaced over the length of the soundproofing system Clamping elements on. Due to the arrangement of these clamping elements, a buckling of the construction or a gaping at joints is avoided with certainty especially at strongly inclined construction of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements, whereby the life of the soundproofing system as a whole significantly extended.

As materials for the construction of the plate-shaped elements of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements according to the present invention, glass, acrylic, plastic, wood, metal and / or material combinations thereof are proposed. By a targeted selection of the materials mentioned and in particular by combining the same it is possible to specifically adapt the sound insulation system according to the present invention to the ever increasing problem of the one hand, required noise barriers in residential areas and on the other hand the requirements of aesthetics and efficiency. In particular, by suitable choice of the soundproofing system forming materials in addition to a shapely construction, which can be extremely low due to the inclined "C" beyond also on the one hand aesthetically valuable structures that have a variety of uses in addition to their effect as noise protection, to On the other hand, each of the most suitable for the required sound reflection materials are selected. Finally, by appropriate choice of material over a long-length self-supporting construction with a long life is provided.

By, as this corresponds to a development of the soundproofing system for traffic routes, the plate-shaped elements of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements are formed from box elements whose openings are directed to the interior of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements, for example, the overall construction can be made of wood , where by the box construction on the one hand, an extremely stiff self-supporting system can be provided and on the other hand, a fully green construction can be offered, on the one hand the environmental thought is taken into account and on the other hand the most complete sound insulation available. By targeted selection of the sound source opening box elements sound insulation effect is further greatly improved beyond. A similarly good effect can be achieved when using a hollow body.

In order to further improve the sound insulation, the plate-shaped elements of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements may additionally comprise sound-absorbing overlays and / or paints, whereby, in addition to the reflection of the sound waves into the ground achieved by the construction of the soundproofing system according to the invention, a certain absorption of the same can be ensured.

In order to improve the absorption of the sound waves, in particular to improve the absorption of the sound, the sound insulation system according to the invention can be further developed by providing a bed of sound-absorbing material in the region of the foundations over the length of the sound insulation system. Such a bed of sound-absorbing material on the one hand in the case of railways For example, be the track bed or existing in the track bed gravel itself, or in the case of trafficways targeted sound-absorbing materials used in the street banquet or on the edge of the track system, for example in the case of bridges, urban track beds or the like to further improve the effect of the sound insulation system.

  • Fig. 2 shows a further embodiment of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element with foundation and additional support profile;
  • Fig. 3 shows a further embodiment of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element with foundation and additional support profile;

  • Fig. 5 a further embodiment of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element, consisting of a further form of a box construction, which is fixed to a foundation and has an additional protection profile.

In Fig. 1 is generally a substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1, which in the present case of two interconnected, kinked, plate-shaped elements 2 is formed, wherein the lower end of the lower, plate-shaped element 2 defined by a dedicated articulation surface 3 on a foundation 4 shown schematically. In order to prevent the plate-shaped elements 2, which may be screwed in the region of the joint between the two plate-shaped elements 2 and provided with a sealing elements, not shown, on a tilting or tearing of the articulation surface 3 of the foundation 4 with certainty, is on the Foundation 4 an additional support profile 5 flanged, which is fixed in the region of the joint between the two plate-shaped elements 2 on the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1. To further stiffen the construction is in the formation of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 according to Fig. 1 on the inside of the substantially C-shaped element in the joint area between two substantially C-shaped elements as a clamping element, a so-called edge support 6 is shown schematically to further stiffen and harden the construction as a whole. The construction of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element according to Fig. 1 is carried out in a preferred manner of canted or glued Plexiglas, which is susceptible to contamination on the one hand by its closed surface and also have a high self-cleaning effect due to the so-called micro-perforated surface in addition by the sound vibrations in the opening. By such a design can be avoided, for example, that substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements 1 to coat with a so-called anti-soiling coating, whereby a further cost saving factor is achieved.

Due to the formation of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element according to Fig. 1 made of acrylic or plexiglass, ie a so-called sound-proof material, a self-supporting construction can be constructed, in which only every 7 to 10 m is required to provide a foundation or a support profile, so that achieved in addition to the cost savings achieved by a shapely soundproofing can be, which identifies few essential constructive elements obstructing the clear view. For comparison, it should be noted that common noise barriers currently on the market require a foundation or additional support structure every 2 to 3 meters.

In the presentation according to Fig. 1 is indicated at the top schematically with 7 a fixed to the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 solar collector. The attachment of, for example, solar panels at the top of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements 1 can be obtained due to the large lengths and in particular due to the large number of required kilometers of noise barriers a not inconsiderable amount of energy, which, for example, for highway or railway applications, such as lighting Traffic signs, street lighting, identification of escape routes and the like. Can be used easily and easily, without additional power supply facilities must be provided.

The fact that the additional support member 5 is articulated substantially in the lower half of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements 1, on the one hand, the use of these soundproofing elements in railway barriers ensure the unobstructed view of the train passengers on the surrounding landscape, which may be of particular interest when passing through inhabited areas with well-known attractions, and on the other hand, the free view of the residents on the surrounding landscape is not unnecessarily affected by disturbing support structures.

In the presentation according to Fig. 2 are the reference numerals of Fig. 1 as far as possible retained, in Fig. 2 the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 is made of a wood construction, in particular of boiler pressure impregnated veneer laminated wood panels. The plate-shaped elements 2 are in this case screwed together and fixed to the foundation 4 via a frame 8 with schematically illustrated steel dowels 9.

In the training according to Fig. 2 is the additional support profile 5 in contrast to the construction according to Fig. 1 not fixed directly to the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1, but it is a steel upright, which connected via perforated plates 10 on the one hand to the foundation 4 and on the other hand with the in turn provided clamping element 6, which is here in the form of a spider is. By such a construction, the provision of fasteners on the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 itself can be avoided, whereby on the one hand a weakening of the construction is avoided and on the other hand, the soundproofing system on the side facing away from the sound source side provides a smooth wooden surface, which for versatile additional uses is available, without the system would be interrupted by the appearance disturbing fixing elements. In the presentation of Fig. 2 is here, As is indicated schematically by 11, the rear surface of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 is designed as an advertising medium 11.

Also the construction according to Fig. 2 offers the advantage of being a self-supporting construction, with which very large spans between the individual foundations or additional support profiles can be achieved, with spans of up to 20 m are readily achievable in execution as a wooden structure.

In Fig. 3 a further embodiment of the sound insulation system according to the invention is shown schematically, in which the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 is made in one piece from a bent plate, for example made of metal or acrylic glass. The substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 is in this case articulated directly on the foundation 4, as well as the additional support structure 5, which is formed in the present case so that it ends directly in a bend 12 of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1, whereby a particularly stiff and unbreakable connection can be achieved. In order to provide a self-supporting construction of high stability especially in extreme situations, such as high suction pressure passing trains or high wind pressure, is certainly in the training of Fig. 3 provided in the end regions of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1, a clamping element 13, with which a buckling or tearing of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element of the foundation 4 is avoided with certainty even in extreme situations.

Finally, in the presentation of Fig. 3 denoted by 14 a bed of sound-absorbing material, in which due to the inclination of the substantially C-shaped element to the horizontal, the sound waves are almost completely reflected, whereby the sound-absorbing effect or the sound-absorbing effect, the overall construction is significantly improved.

The representation of Fig. 4 which, moreover, is analogous to that of Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 as a wooden box construction, wherein in the illustrated embodiment in the back of the boxes additional sound-absorbing pads 15 are inserted, whereby the sound-insulating effect is further improved.

In Fig. 5 is a further embodiment of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1, consisting of a box construction, shown, wherein this box construction analogous to that in Fig. 4 also shown an additional support member 5 which is hinged to a foundation 4, has. The substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 is in this case formed of a plurality of interconnected boxes 16, 16, the sound-absorbing effect can be significantly improved by the special design of the sound source boxes open, 16 already in the interior of the boxes 16 multiple reflections of the sound waves occur. The boxes 16 are again formed in this illustration as inclined to the sound source, substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements 1, in the central region via corresponding connections, in particular screw or bolt connections an additional support member 5, which is fixed to the foundation 4 is, is provided. In addition, the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 is itself articulated at its lower end 3 to the foundation 4 or screwed thereto. Also for stiffening this construction 1 frames 6 are provided as additional clamping elements in the region of the joint of two adjacent, substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements, in particular a gap between two abutting, substantially C-shaped soundproofing elements 1 and a buckling of essentially to avoid C-shaped soundproofing elements 1 with certainty.

In order to provide a secure connection of the individual box elements 16, in particular in the region of kinks, on the one hand the boxes can be arranged offset from each other or for safe training of wrinkles deposits, such as wedges are inserted to the desired inclination of the substantially C-shaped soundproofing element 1 ensure the sound source. Such a design makes it possible, in particular by selecting the appropriate inclination of the individual box elements 16, due to the reflection effect in the interior of the boxes to further improve the sound insulation.
