Description

  • La présente invention concerne une bande pour l'épilation d'une partie du corps avec de la cire à épiler.
  • Ce type de bande connu est destiné à être appliqué puis ôté par arrachement sur une zone de peau recouverte préalablement d'une couche de cire à épiler.
  • L'invention se rapporte également à un autre type de bande sur une face de laquelle a été préalablement déposée une cire à épiler.
  • De manière connue, les bandes du premier type précité sont destinées à être appliquées sur une cire préalablement appliquée sur la peau à l'état fondue, puis une fois la cire durdie et après refroidissement, les bandes sont arrachées avec les poils.
  • Les bandes de ce type, mais également celles du second type sur lesquelles est prélablement appliquée la cire, sont généralement de forme rectangulaire.
  • L'expérience a toujours démontré que cela présentait un inconvénient incontournable au moment de l'arrachement.
  • En effet, on comprend aisément que l'adhésion de la surface complète de la bande sur la cire ne permet pas une préhension aisée de ladite bande en vue de son arrachement.
  • De plus, du fait de la forme quadrangulaire de la bande, il n'est pas aisé de soulever une de ses parties latérales en vue de l'arrachement.
  • Le travail de l'esthéticienne n'est donc pas facilité car elle doit procéder par tatonnements et souvent s'y reprendre à plusieurs reprises pour bien saisir la bande.
  • De plus, si la préhension de la bande s'effectue par l'un de ses angles, il n'est pas obtenu un arrachement selon des forces équilibrées, ce qui peut provoquer des douleurs au sujet en cours d'épilation.
  • Un autre type de bande est connu par le document FR-A-805243 .
  • La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et concerne à cet effet une bande dépilatoire du type destinée à être appliquée puis arrachée sur une zone de peau recouverte d'une couche de cire à épiler préalablement déposée sur la peau ou sur la bande, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte à l'une au moins de ses extrémités, une partie découpée convexe formant une languette de préhension.
  • Ceci permet d'obtenir un arrachement plus aisé et équilibré de la bande dépilatoire.
  • La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles.
  • Cette description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels :
    • La figure 1 représente une vue en plan d'une bande d'épilation selon un premier exemple de réalisation de l'invention.
    • La figure 2 représente une vue en plan d'une bande d'épilation selon un second exemple de réalisation de l'invention.
    • La figure 3 représente un outil de découpe de bandes d'épilation selon l'exemple de la figure 2.
  • La bande d'épilation 1 désignée globalement sur la figure 1 peut être du type destinée à être appliquée puis arrachée sur une zone de peau recouverte d'une couche de cire à épiler, mais elle peut également être destinée à recevoir elle-même une couche de cire, préalablement à sa pose.
  • D'une manière générale, elle comporte selon l'invention, à l'une de ses extrémités 2, une partie découpée convexe 3 formant une languette de préhension.
  • Comme le montre la figure 1, cette languette de préhension 3 s'inscrit dans un rectangle 4 et forme au moins l'une des extrémités de celui-ci dans le sens de la longueur.
  • La bande 1 se décompose en une zone active A globalement rectangulaire destinée à être mise en contact avec la cire préalablement déposée sur la peau ou directement sur la bande 1A, et en une zone neutre N constituée par la languette de préhension 3.
  • Selon l'exemple de réalisation de la figure 1, la languette de préhension 3 est globalement de forme arrondie, de largeur 1 inférieure à celle L de la bande 1 et réalisée symétriquement de part et d'autre de son axe longitudinal XX'.
  • Bien entendu, toute autre forme de la languette peut être imaginée, comme celle de la languette 3A selon la figure 2 qui est de forme globalement rectangulaire à angles arrondis.
  • Quelque soit la forme retenue, du fait du positionnement central de la languette et de sa forme, la préhension de cette languette est immédiate et sûre pour permettre un arrachement équilibré, évitant de plus de s'y prendre à plusieurs reprises.
  • Selon une première possibilité, la bande 1 ou 1A est réalisée dans un matériau non tissé comme par exemple de la viscose, du polyester, du polypropylène, du polyester.
  • Selon une seconde possibilité, la bande 1 ou 1A est réalisée dans un matériau tissé pouvant être de toute matière, comme le coton par exemple.
  • Selon une autre possibilité encore, la bande 1 ou 1A est réalisée dans un matériau plastique tel que le polypropylène, le polyéthylène, la cellophane.
  • Il faut également citer dans les avantages, le fait que la présence de la languette, et surtout sa forme lui permettant de se distinguer du reste de la bande, permet la localisation immédiate de l'endroit à préhender, et tirer d'un seul coup avec un précision du geste et une efficacité certaine.
  • La bande d'épilation 1 ou 1A peut être obtenue individuellement par découpe par l'intermédiaire d'un outil de forme correspondante (non représenté).
  • Elle peut également être obtenue par l'intermédiaire d'un outil de découpe 5 pour l'obtention simultanée d'une pluralité de bandes 1 ou 1A.
  • Comme le montre la figure 3, l'outil de découpe 5 comporte une ou plusieurs empreintes 6 correspondant à une série I de bandes 1A par exemple, qui peuvent avoir des largeurs et des formes différentes, disposées côte à côte et dirigées dans le même sens S, et à une série II de bandes 1A disposées également côte à côte, mais dirigées dans le sens contraire S1 qui sont décalées d'un demi pas ou d'une demi largeur de bande 1/2P, de manière à ce que les languettes 3A d'une série I soient imbriquées dans celles de l'autre série II, l'une quelconque des languettes 3A d'une série I étant formée par les demi côtés a, b de deux languettes 3A de deux bandes successives 1A de l'autre série II en vis-à-vis.
  • Un tel outil permet de réaliser des bandes d'épilation selon l'invention avec une chute minimum, donc avec une économie de matière très importante, d'autant plus que la zone entourant la languette et constitutive d'une chute serait de toute façon une zone inutile car elle ne doit pas être en contact avec la cire afin précisément de permettre une préhension aisée.

Claims (9)

  1. Bande dépilatoire du type destinée à être appliquée puis arrachée sur une zone de peau recouverte d'une couche de cire à épiler préalablement déposée sur la peau ou sur la bande, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte à l'une au moins de ses extrémités (2), une partie découpée convexe (3) formant une languette de préhension en vue d'un arrachement plus aisé de ladite bande.
  2. Bande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'elle s'inscrit dans un rectangle (4), la languette de préhension (3) formant au moins l'une de ses extrémités dans le sens de la longueur.
  3. Bande selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle se décompose en une zone active (A) globalement rectangulaire destinée à être mise en contact avec la cire préalablement déposée sur la peau ou sur la bande (1A), et en une zone neutre (N) constituée par la languette de préhension (3).
  4. Bande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la languette de préhension (3) est globalement de forme arrondie, de largeur (1) inférieure à celle (L) de la bande (4) et réalisée symétriquement de part et d'autre de son axe longitudinal (XX').
  5. Bande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée dans un matériau non tissé.
  6. Bande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée dans un matériau tissé.
  7. Bande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée dans un matériau plastique.
  8. Bande selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est obtenue individuellement par découpe par l'intermédiaire d'un outil de forme correspondante.
  9. Utilisation d'un outil de découpe (5) de bandes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'outil comporte une ou plusieurs empreintes (6) pour l'obtention d'une série (I) de bandes (1A) disposées côte à côte et dirigées dans le même sens (S), et à une série (II) de bandes (1A) disposées également côte à côte, mais dirigées dans le sens contraire S1) qui sont décalées d'un demi pas ou d'une demi largeur de bande (1/2P), de manière à ce que les languettes (3A) d'une série (I) soient imbriquées dans celles de l'autre série (II), l'une quelconque des languettes (3A) d'une série (I) étant formée par les demi côtés (a, b) de deux languettes (3A) de deux bandes successives (1A) de l'autre série (II) en vis-à-vis.
