- la figure 4 représente un boítier d'entraínement et une cascade de pignons selon l'invention ;
- la figure 5 représente la disposition des pignons intermédiaires dans le boítier d'entraínement selon l'invention ;
- la figure 6 représente un boítier d'entraínement pour la réalisation de l'agencement selon l'invention ;
- la figure 7 montre très schématiquement le montage d'un pignon intermédiaire sur le boítier d'entraínement selon l'invention, et
- la figure 8 montre le carter chapeau palier d'un moteur à combustion interne avec la modification nécessaire pour un agencement selon l'invention.
Claims (8)
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation d'un organe auxiliaire (2) sur un moteur à combustion interne (10), le moteur (10) comprenant un carter chapeau palier (3) et un vilebrequin (11) avec des contrepoids (4) logé dans le carter chapeau palier (3), caractérisé en ce que l'organe auxiliaire (2) est pourvu d'un pignon (21) d'entraínement en rotation et est relié en entraínement au moteur (10) moyennant une cascade de pignons (5, 6) comprenant au moins un pignon intermédiaire (5) et une couronne (6) sertie sur un des contrepoids (4) du vilebrequin (11).
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe auxiliaire (2) et le (ou les) pignon(s) intermédiaire(s) (5) sont maintenus par un boítier d'entraínement (1) destiné à être monté sur le carter chapeau palier (3) du moteur (10).
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'organe auxiliaire (2) et le (ou les) pignon(s) intermédiaire(s) (5) sont maintenus par un boítier d'entraínement (1) comportant un support (23) conformé de manière à s'étendre jusqu'à l'intérieur du carter chapeau palier (3).
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le pignon intermédiaire (5) est monté dans le boítier d'entraínement (1) à l'aide d'une vis-axe (7).
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le boítier d'entraínement (1) est conformé pour être monté sur le carter chapeau palier (3) moyennant des vis (12).
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la cascade de pignons (5, 6) comprend deux pignons intermédiaires (51, 52) et une couronne (6) sertie sur l'un des contrepoids (4) du vilebrequin (11).
- Agencement avec liaison par entraínement en rotation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les pignons intermédiaires (51, 52) sont montés chacun dans le boítier d'entraínement (1) à l'aide d'une vis-axe (71, 72).
- Boítier d'entraínement (1) pour un entraínement en rotation d'au moins un organe auxiliaire (2), le boítier (1) étant destiné à être monté sur un moteur à combustion interne (10), le moteur (10) comprenant un carter chapeau palier (3) et un vilebrequin (11) avec des contrepoids (4) logé dans le carter chapeau palier (3), caractérisé en ce que le boítier d'entraínement (1) comprend une cascade de pignons (5) destinée à établir la liaison en entraínement entre le (ou les) organe(s) auxiliaire(s) (2) et le vilebrequin (11), la cascade comprenant une couronne (6) sertie sur un contrepoids (4) du vilebrequin (11) et est conformé pour maintenir également l'organe auxiliaire (2).
