Definitions
- the invention relates to an accessory intended to be positioned on a shoe, the accessory used to add features like adjustment, closing and tightening, such as a lever device Tensioner and rack as used for ski boots or surfing.
- Sports shoes consist of slippers and / or hulls of which flexibility is sought to enable them to marry at best the foot shape for the comfort of their users.
- some accessories are necessarily added to the surfaces of these footwear, such as closing and tightening devices example.
- they consist of an organ latch connected to a tensioning lever fixed on a first part of a shoe, and intended to be hung in a rack fixed on a second part of the shoe to bring these two parts together shoe and get the closure and tightening of the shoe.
- the racks of the closing and clamping devices of the prior art are rigid metal parts in order to obtain the resistance necessary to the stress they undergo when closing the footwear and whose length allows to offer several possibilities of tightening the shoe to make it suitable for all kinds of foot and lower leg forms.
- These racks have for disadvantage of inducing an opposite effect to the overall comfort sought by the remainder of the shoe's structure since their rigidity removes the flexibility of the shoe where it is placed, which can represent pain points for users. To limit this harmful effect, their length is reduced to a minimum, to the detriment of adjustment possibilities of the shoe.
- the above examples and disadvantages also apply to accessories formed of a base with a buckle or lever, or representing devices for advancing or flexing a shoe. More generally, the invention relates to an accessory consisting of minus a part adapted for fixing the accessory on a shoe and at least a part of adjustment, allowing to bring the functionality of type closing and clamping itself to a shoe.
- a general object of the present invention is to provide a Shoe accessory that does not have the disadvantages of art prior.
- a first object of the present invention consists in offer a shoe accessory that has a good resistance to efforts to be compatible with the use for the ski boots for example.
- a second object of the present invention is to propose a sports shoe accessory that keeps the comfort of the shoe, which does not induce the pain points of the solutions of art prior.
- a third object of the present invention is to propose a shoe accessory that fits all types of foot and ankle.
- a fourth object of the present invention is to provide a Shoe accessory that is particularly suitable for use as a closing and tightening device for a ski boot.
- the shoe accessory according to the invention comprises a part for allow it to be fixed on the surface of the boot a part of adjustment implementing a setting feature on the shoe, this adjusting part being divided into at least two interconnected parts movably by a connecting means.
- the shoe accessory of the invention may comprise at least three parts interconnected two by two in a mobile manner, by a axis penetrating through corresponding openings of the two parts to allow rotation around the axis of a part relative to each other.
- the shoe accessory according to the invention may comprise at least a link.
- the accessory for a sports shoe according to the invention may be a rack whose toothed portion is divided into at least two parts moving relative to each other.
- the first embodiment relates to an accessory 1 corresponding to a rack with five teeth of a closing and clamping device of a ski boot.
- This rack 1, shown in Figure 1 consists of a part rigid 2, preferably of minimum length, intended to fix the rack on the shoe by rivet-type fastening means, placed in an opening 6 provided for this purpose. It consists of more than one adjusting part 3 comprising the teeth of the rack and allowing to fulfill the functionality of closing and tightening the shoe.
- the adjusting part 3 is divided into two parts 4 and 5, comprising respectively a tooth and four teeth of the rack. These two parts 4, 5 are connected in rotation relative to one another by through an extension 7 of part 5 that enters a opening 8 of the end of part 4. This end includes two wings 9 around the opening 8, each wing comprising an opening 10.
- the extension 7 of part 5 comprises a corresponding opening 11.
- connection of the parts 4 and 5 is effected by a transverse axis 12 which crosses respectively the openings 10 and 11 of the two parts 4, 5.
- This connection can be easily understood and seen using Figure 3 which represents this geometry in a disassembled position, in a second embodiment which has similarities and the same references are used for the same elements and which will be described more far.
- FIG. 2 represents a second embodiment of an accessory being a rack of fastening and clamping device for ski boot.
- the adjustment part 3 of the rack consists of three parts: a part 5 having only three teeth, a link 13 of a single tooth, and part 4 with a tooth. These three parts are connected to each other in a manner similar to the link described previously in the context of the first embodiment. Two axes 12 are used to connect these three parts 5, 13, 4.
- Figure 3 shows the link 13 out of the accessory 1. It consists of a first portion representing a rack tooth, comprising an opening 8 surrounded by two wings 9 each having a opening 10, and a second portion corresponding to an extension 7 having an opening 11.
- the opening 8 is intended to receive extension 7 of part 5 and its extension 7 is intended to be inserted in the opening 8 of the part 4, in the manner of a chain.
- a link in the sense of the invention as being an element small size including a male part and a female part to bind in a mobile way to other elements so as to form a sport shoe accessory.
- a link 13 of two rack-and-pinion teeth could be used without moving away from the concept of the invention.
- This second variant further increases the flexibility of the rack and therefore decreases the harmful effects related to the rigidity of the art racks. previous, while maintaining their resistance.
- a third embodiment consists in proposing a rack consisting solely of links so as to form a flexible chain.
- the housewarming could include four 13. This embodiment would therefore make it possible to obtain the maximum flexibility of the rack.
- FIG. 4 represents the implementation of the invention on an accessory of adjustment of the advance of a ski boot.
- a rack 1 of three Teeth mounted on the upper 15 of the shoe consists of two links 13 of a tooth and an additional tooth connected to the attachment part 2 on the shoe. This rack allows adjustment of the angle of the rod 15 with respect to the shell 16 by hooking a fastening member 14 connected to the shell 16, the rod 15 being rotatable relative to the hull 16 about an axis 17.
- the present invention therefore defines a sports shoe accessory who has a good resistance to the efforts, which makes it possible to preserve the comfort of the shoe due to its flexibility and reduced length, and which suits all types of foot and ankle shape since its length is suitable.

Abstract
Description
- si l'organe d'accrochage est fixé sur la dent de la partie 4 de la crémaillère afin de fermer et serrer les deux parties d'une chaussure, alors la partie 5 de la crémaillère ne supporte aucune charge et peut épouser la forme de la surface de la chaussure sans la presser grâce à l'articulation au niveau de l'axe 12. Le point dur se limite alors à la partie 4 de la crémaillère. On obtient donc une réduction significative de la longueur sur la chaussure susceptible de créer des points douloureux, sans diminuer la longueur totale de la crémaillère ;
