Claims (10)

  1. Roue de ventilateur radial, comportant un disque de recouvrement (3), muni d'une ouverture d'admission (5), et un disque de fond (1), lesquels sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une couronne d'aubes qui comporte des aubes directrices (2), qui sont inclinées de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur dans le sens opposé au sens de marche et qui sont orientées dans la direction axiale,
    sachant que sur le disque de recouvrement (3) et le disque de fond (1) sont réalisées des zones de bordure (7, 14) extérieures, qui s'avancent en saillie au-delà du diamètre utile des aubes (DSa) et qui définissent un espace de diffusion (16) annulaire avec un diamètre extérieur (DN), qui est jusqu'à 25 % plus grand que le diamètre utile des aubes (DSa), la roue de ventilateur radial ne comportant pas d'aubes en dehors du diamètre utile des aubes (DSa),
    caractérisée en ce que
    les aubes directrices (2) ont des arêtes extérieures (12), qui sont parallèles à l'axe de rotation (4) et qui définissent le diamètre utile des aubes (DSa), et
    les zones de bordure (7, 14) extérieures saillantes ont une section droite et ainsi le profil de la section de l'espace de diffusion (16) est rectangulaire, ou élargi vers l'extérieur en forme de trapèze.
  2. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'angle d'entrée (ß1) des aubes directrices (2) est de l'ordre de 19° à 25° et leur angle de sortie (ß2) est de l'ordre de 28° à 34°.
  3. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le diamètre extérieur (DN) de l'espace de diffusion (16) est de 8 % à 20 % plus grand que le diamètre utile des aubes (DSa).
  4. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la zone de bordure (7, 14) extérieure et un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation forment un angle α qui est inférieur à 35°.
  5. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'angle α mesure 12°.
  6. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle l'ouverture d'admission (5) du disque de recouvrement est élargie vers l'intérieur en forme de trompette.
  7. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle les arêtes intérieures (10) des aubes directrices (2) comportent une courbure convexe dans la zone adjacente au disque de recouvrement (3).
  8. Roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le disque de fond (1) est muni d'un système de moyeu (9).
  9. Unité de ventilation, comportant une plaque d'aspiration (7) avec une buse d'admission (18) intégrée, laquelle est reliée par l'intermédiaire d'un support (19), au moyen de consoles (20), à un support (21) portant un système d'entraînement (22), une roue de ventilateur selon la revendication 1 étant montée sur un arbre d'entraînement (23) entre le système d'entraînement (22) et la buse d'admission (18).
  10. Ensemble de ventilateur radial qui comporte les éléments suivantes :
    ✔ une roue de ventilateur radial selon la revendication 1,
    ✔ et une zone, qui est radialement adjacente à l'espace de diffusion (16) et, du côté frontal, à une zone de bordure (7, 14) extérieure, et ne comporte pas d'éléments de direction influençant sensiblement le profil de pression et/ou le profil de vitesse d'un fluide circulant à travers ladite zone.
