Claims (7)
- Kantenverleimaggregat für eine Holzbearbeitungsmaschine zum Anbringen eines bandförmigen Kantenmaterials (4) an die Schmalseiten plattenförmiger Werkstücke (1) mit einem Andruckwerkzeug (8), welches das ihm zulaufende Kantenmaterial (4) an seinem Umfang aus der Zulaufrichtung in die Richtung der zu beschichtenden Werkstückschmalseite (2) umlenkt und an diese anpreßt, wobei das Andruckwerkzeug (8) und das Werkstück (1) relativ zueinander zwecks Verfahrens des Werkzeugs (8) entlang der Werkstückschmalseite (2) bewegt werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andruckwerkzeug ein Druckelement (8) in Gestalt einer Dreikantsäule mit miteinander parallelen Druckkanten (9) ist, welche im Grundriß des Druckelements (8) gesehen in den Ecken eines gleichseitigen Dreiecks angeordnet sind, wobei das Druckelement (8) um eine Achse (11) drehbar gelagert ist, welche die zentrale Achse der das Druckelement (8) bildenden Dreikantsäule ist und dementsprechend zu den Druckkanten (9) parallel verläuft. - Kantenverleimaggregat nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckelement (8) frei drehbar gelagert ist. - Kantenverleimaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Druckkanten (9) befindlichen Seitenflächen (12) des Druckelementes (8) relativ zu der Ebene, die durch je zwei benachbarte Druckkanten (9) hindurchgeht, zum Innern des Druckelementes hin eingesenkt ausgebildet sind. - Kantenverleimaggregat nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenflächen (12) des Druckelementes (8) konkav gewölbt sind. - Kantenverleimaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen den Druckkanten (9) befindlichen Seitenflächen (12) des Druckelementes (8) vom Druckelementinnern weg nach außen hin, nämlich konvex vorgewölbt sind. - Kantenverleimaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckkanten (9) des Druckelementes (8) gerundet sind. - Kantenverleimaggregat nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rundung der Druckkanten (9) des Druckelementes (8) an die Rundung von zu durchfahrenden Innenecken (3) zwischen aneinander winklig anschließenden Schmalseiten (2) der Werkstücke 1 angepaßt ist.
